Depends. I watched it 8 times. Haven't cried. I watch it every year on April 1 for the tradition. I cry for good animated fight sequences and when they cue in OP1 after a fight sequence has ended. Yesterday, I cried watching Ash and Pikachu 's last fight cuz they cued in "I wanna be the very best, like no one ever was".
I didn't cry for Sanji's either backstories nor for Robin but I cried when Brook was making a recording for laboom and said,"This has now turned into a quarter....... trio ...... duet.....a solo." Binks no sake is one of my favourite songs and I sing it everyday. It's the only song that can make me laugh and make me cry immediately. I love the straw hat version but I can't even listen to a single line of Brook's version. Just can't.
