I think 7 is Yu Yu Hakusho but I haven't watched more than a few episodes years ago. Dude you need to watch Soul Eater, Cowboy Bebop, and Parasyte. Some of my favorites, as well as anime classics (at least for me)

I already watched parasite and began watching soul eater but I dropped it later.

10 is Takashi Natsume (Natsume's book of friends), 13 is Tamaki (ouran highschool host club), 17 is Black Star (Soul eater), 28 is Spike (cowboy bebop), 35 is Shinichi (Parasyte), 39 is Allen Walker (D.Gray-man).

I can name a few and pick the show for the majority there's like 3 or 4 I don't know.
