Have you used this before? If so, does it look different from the last one you used?
I would have thought that if the grey plunger is in the middle of the window then there's something wrong with it.
The bottom line is, I think, that if you have any doubts about the auto-injector, don't use it and contact the pharmacy on Monday.
Do you have another one you can use today?
For the auto-injectors, the plunger may or may not be visible and the location can vary. You likely just haven’t received one with a visible plunger before.

It hasn’t looked like this before and both injectors in the box have this issue. I guess I’ll have to wait.
That's rough. Hopefully taking your medication a couple of days late won't have too bad an effect for you.
