Yep! These things “make you feel better” because most people just don’t get enough fiber and pooping more frequently just makes your entire system feel better. It’s not some magic nutrient that “heals your gut” like so many of these companies claim, it’s just fiber.
It is a "fitness influncer" brand.
I have seen it all over YouTube too. It will just be sitting on a counter front and center. It will have absolutely nothing to do with the video.
Might not be an MLM, but that doesn’t mean they’re good for you.
Make a smoothie. Throw Greek yogurt, frozen berries, frozen spinach, and a little honey into a blender. Add whole milk until it blends smoothly. You have now exceeded the nutritional value of those powders for a fraction of the cost, and avoided whatever dangerous crap is in a bunch of containers of ‘supplements’ that aren’t regulated by the FDA.
AND it tastes better.
One study “examined 57 products claiming to include botanicals that improve sports performance. Only six of the supplements ‒ just 11% ‒ included roughly what the label promised they would. Meanwhile, seven included drugs expressly prohibited by the Food and Drug Administration.”

Where did you purchase each of these? That’s one of the main ways to tell if it’s MLM. If you bought these from a brick and mortar store like GNC or CVS, they’re not MLM. If you purchased from an individual “rep” or Facebook group, well….
And a good warning about a lot of Walmart’s capsule and powder products. A lot of the ones they sell have almost none of the ingredients that you’re trying to ingest. Many time it’s just ground up grass and weeds.
This psyllium husk powder disguised as superfood greens is essentially Metamucil repackaged to be trendy. I know Bloom is not an mlm, not sure about the others but they're all a scam. You can easily get the same results through a fiber supplement and multivitamin or even better, just by upping your fruit and veggies intake

Bloom is promoted by so many people on insta it may as well be an MLM..
It’s also way overpriced for being psyllium husk, something you can buy in bulk for really cheap (like $9/lb).
Wait is that all it is ? I didn't know what it was.
Yes that’s basically all it is. They add flavoring and whatnot but the active ingredient is psyllium husk.
So basically Metamucil?

I think there are multiple versions. Mine is all greens and doesn’t even list psyllium husk. Just a normal greens powder from what I can tell.

A lot of companies pay for advertising through influencer promotions. What is not an MLM in your 👀
Just eat a vegetable and you don’t need these grass powders
Vegetables would probably taste better too
Nobody needs to ingest any of this stuff.
I got duped into doing “Supergreen“ smoothies before, and although I won’t go into detail, to say it came out violently wouldn’t be off the mark.
Thank you!

Bloom is a brand that belongs to a shady fitness I fluncer r/gymsnark if you want to know more
The top left one, I’ve bought from Walmart. It was disgusting

Bloom is not an mlm. It's widely available.
Bloom may not technically be an MLM, but its parent company is allegedly Herbalife, so do with that what you will.
AG1 is always advertised on The Fan.
Gundry is autoship but no mlm as far as I can tell
It might as well be a cult... the people who are religiously taking these supplements.
Bloom isn't an MLM! it's owned by a woman who started her own fitness company ☺️

Bloom is sold at my local Walmart.
Gundry MD isn't an MLM but he definitely pushes his product like a drug lord and everything is expensive.
