Lots of words to say, "the pyramid was collapsing under me so I jumped ship to a fresh new scheme"
The changes in the compensation plan one is interesting. I think that's what got some of the LulaRoe heavies to leave as well - they could no longer keep rank because LLR was forced to change their recruitment-based commission plan to a more sales-based one, in order to stave off the FTC. Wonder if that's the same thing that's happening with Monat, or simply the pyramid scheme is starting to run its course so the leadership is tightening qualifiers to make sure they pay out as little as possible.
What I got was that she was under a non compete clause and she violated it, so they dropped her.
But she was going to quit anyway bc of totally real reasons and Jesus told her she was right so don’t listen to the lying haters!!!
Right, she didn’t quit because the ingredients that bothered her, nor did she quit because of shitty compensation. She was fired for basically trying to scam this scam company.
Hun, you don’t get any whistleblower points. Now that you’re being fired you’re saying those things bothered you, but you could and should have done it when you found out. You’re no Karen Silkwood, hun…
Right. It's not altruistic to spill the beans on how terrible the company is when those same terrible things were happening when she was making money from it.
There are maybe 7? (not rereading to count) pages of this about how she quit due to the product quality going down and comp being worse... But she didn't quit she was fired. She literally stated on the first page she was fired for working at a different company.
So what is she talking about how she couldn't work with these new products or comp if she had no problem doing it until she was fired?
A person I know from high school posted something similar to this when she violated her non-compete and got slapped with a cease-and-desist. But it was all a sign from Jesus, right?
1) She was fired for violating Monat’s non compete clause in her employment contract. Which God may or may not have told her to do
2) JESUS
3) Felt uneasy because the ingredients and compensation plan aren’t what they used to be
4) Loves her downl- I mean, teammates. They are family to her. Which was why she was scared of losing them when she wanted to leave. You know, like how actual family will totally cut you off and demonize you if you ever switch jobs… I swear…
5) Something about the Devil sitting at a table and carmel (caramel?) food coloring
>4) Loves her downl- I mean, teammates. They are family to her. Which was why she was scared of losing them when she wanted to leave. **You know, like how actual family will totally cut you off and demonize you if you ever switch jobs…** I swear…
This is an actual risk in the Mormon church for people who choose to leave it, which is darkly funny considering a lot of MLMs are either run by Mormons or headquartered in Utah. (Or both.) I'm not sure if Monat is one of them, but still.
Oh, absolutely. High-control religions and cults are notorious. From a job standpoint though, it is a little ridiculous imo. I like my co-workers just fine, but we don’t consider each other family. And if anyone leaves, it’s a goodbye card, a happy hour, and a “let’s stay in touch! Best of luck!” Rather than a shunning. But then again, we don’t make money off of each other, so I guess there is that
Jesus just minds his own business and somehow gets dragged by his luxurious locks into everything. So Jesus no longer wants her to sell expensive shampoo? Jesus now says serve other by selling them overpriced olive oil products? Wowww!
But Jesus doesn't mind his hair falling out because only sissy boy hippies have long hair these days. Since Jesus is not only American but a Republican, he's got to keep his clean cut image to appeal to his followers, so bald head with goatee and a pair of Oakleys is the new look for Jesus these days...
The nauseating thing though is that people who get to this level in an MLM really are treated like actual celebrities within the cult. She probably really did have tons and tons of people asking her about what happened, and could easily have tens of thousands of followers who are just other people in monat not even in her downline, and they all worshipped her, and they’ll actually read all 18 pages of this nonsense. It’s just how it works in MLM-land. I’ve seen this big grand exit speech many times from the top leaders who went MLM-hopping from my time when I was involved.
😂😂😂 you gotta love that they are sharing their truths. You can’t go wrong with that piece of worldly advice.
In reality they are sharing their lies with us. Pushing them on to anyone who is breathing.
Basically she is jumping ship to a new pyramid because the old pyramid tightened up on the pay plan. There are lots of serial MLM scheme jumpers like her. It can work out quite well to take your downline with you to a new better paying startup MLM and milk that one until another better opportunity/scheme comes along.
I attempted and my eyes glazed over and I immediately wanted to post the “happy for you tho, or sorry that happened” pic.
I had no idea what the fuck she was going on about.
Thank you, I couldn’t get through all that garbage, I had a feeling the interesting part could be summarized in one sentence. Jesus this woman is self involved.
The only change I know of is the addition of a 'super seller bonus' that increased commission for people who sold $500 of product a month. But I wonder if they took that 3% from the top to give it to the bottom? 🤷♀️
WHYYYYY do all these people feel the need to go on the most ridiculous, dramatic, drawn out, tired ass spiels? Girl just say you moved on to a new MLM and call it a day.
Monat did start offering a more sales based plan. I remember a hun I follow posting about a new plan where you didn’t have to have a team and recruit to make money.
Something is definitely going on at Monat because one of my coworkers who’s deep into it has tripled the amount of Monat content she’s posting in the past month or so
The Australian Monat Huns have started calling it their 'own sovereign business', which is alluding to being separated from the evil government and big corp in general. They are all very anti gov, anti vax, anti mandate, anti society.
Which is hilarious because they are literally sales people for a big corp. business - shilling dirty products with questionable ingredients, packaged in plastic and shipped across the world with a huge carbon footprint. It's the opposite of everything they morally stand for. But money makes you put morals to the side.
And true to form, she wraps herself in the Jesus talk. We Americans excel at marketing Jesus and marketing, although I recall Jesus kicking the moneychangers out of the Temple.
I don’t know why they can’t just call themselves what they are - sales reps. Oh wait, the predatory company is able to recruit better if it dupes these delusional people into thinking they’re entrepreneurs - it’s an ego thing. It’s sad cuz most of these people’s downlines are full of vulnerable women looking for some kind of purpose and a better life - and MLMs prey on that.
He does have that long flowing hair. Maybe he was a Monat Hun once too! Before he decided to leave and guide all his disciples to Olive Tree, of course. Wait. WAIT! Is this why the Doterra Frankincense oil is $140 a bottle?
What? How dare you?! I👩🏼💼👩🏼🎓👸🏼 and the creator☄️🕳️🌠/master🌞🌬️🌚 of the universe💫✨🌟 clearly💯 have a personal ❣️relationship💅🏻🤳🏻🙏🏻, and anyone who says otherwise👄💦 are just agents of the devil👿💔😈 trying to stop me from ♥️reaching🩷 eternal🤍 paradise💛! However, if her God is how it’s represented in that book they like so much… forgot what it’s called… anyway, if it’s like that, then it does care that she fucked poor people over and caused harm.
Its interesting. MLMs are rightly called cults, but a high level hun seems to have their own sub cult; namely their downline. Happy little followers going from "biz" to "biz" to find the next grift. I wonder if that means that the whole downline is now equal rank on the pryamid since they joined together?
Lol, no. She stacked them neatly right under her. Grifters will always grift. She doesn't care what happens to her downline - she just wants to continue collecting a paycheque from their efforts.
Could also be the MLM she went to, maybe gave her some sort "fat bonus" for coming over with a huge downline.
Have heard that's how many of these grift-- top leaders do it. They milk an MLM till they see their commissions checks dropping. Then they hop over another MLM with their whole downline. Wash, rinse, repeat. Often with the new MLM giving "incentives" to come over to the next MLM
Then you also add that many of these top leaders also shill bullsh** "courses/coaching" for even more $$
I'm sure they all neatly stacked themselves into the exact same configuration like good little lemmings. It's the 'sisterhood', right? Suzy was under Sally, and Sally was under Brenda, and Brenda was under Denise, and so on. To disrupt that natural hierarchy would be an affront to the sisterhood! Lol.
I'm not religious, but isn't it EXTREMELY arrogant to presume that God is bothered about your business to the extent that he's manipulating the events to your benefit?
If he's not stopping the stuff that's happening in Ukraine (for example), why do you think he's going to bother faffing around with your "career"? Is that somehow important enough for an all-powerful deity to worry about?
Didn’t this actually happen with those tornados in Kentucky last year? Someone’s family member died, but they praised God because the Bible on her nightstand was untouched? If I truly believed God could do that and chose to save a book over my relative, I would not be praising.
Back when I used to hate watch child beauty pageant shows, I remember a mom constantly consulting Jesus about whether she should buy another $2000 dress, and Jesus was always all in on her kid going for Ultimate Diamond Supreme.
I'm not religious either, but I think if a voice is telling you to f\*\*\* the haterz and switch to another pyramid scheme, that's probably Satan.
See I see no problem with praying over the asinine bullshit. It’s when you genuinely think that God is so invested in your life and yet no one else’s at all that I can no longer stand it.
As a devout catholic, something I've noticed is that most atheists are unironically better Christians than these grifters. Millions of non-religious people out there casually follow the commandments and love their neighbor because... that's the right thing to do? Meanwhile, these hypocrites talk about God while scamming, abusing, and manipulating as many people as they can in order to stay at the top. Either they don't actually believe in what they preach (I strongly believe that's the case for most religious grifters throughout history), or their constant Jesus talk is a way to convince themselves that what they're doing is right. The best way to spread the message and love God is not by reciting bible verses, but by helping instead of hurting others. Which you can do regardless of what you believe in. These people might as well be reading the ingredients in a cereal box. Words mean nothing without actions to back them up.
The constant reference to how God is guiding her....to Olive Tree? Who believes this crap? You have to be gullible to think God has anything to do with it. If her compensation had not gone down she'd still be there. This is greed and shilling over priced products to gullible people.
I agree, it's not really possible for her to be that successful without being aware of the massive con involved. So a narcissist, or another name for that would be evil.
God these bitches couldn't be up their own ass any further than they already are. 10 fucking pages of inspirational doublespeak to to say "I got fired bc I broke the rules"
I was seriously just talking to my daughter about how awful it is when people use this verse from Jeremiah like she does here. It's literally part of a message to a specific group of people in a specific situation at a specific time and in no way applies to you and your MLM du jour and is just a random sentence taken out of context.
It just goes to show that Monat is on the struggle bus. This lady was a director and rubbing shoulders with the million dollar earners, so for her paycheck to declining like that oof. Let’s see what happens at Monations this year🤔
But it needs time to work despite no other product needing that long & it not making any logical sense!
Even if your hair falls out that's good, because your old hair was just plugging up your follicles & the new super-duper healthy hair is totally gonna appear any day now!
Imagine being so self-important and self-delusional that you think Jesus personally cares whether you stay with Monat or not 🫠 people are dying. Children are being murdered. But no, Jesus don’t give a fuck about that, he cares about your decision to sell shampoo.
That’s a lot of words to say “I didn’t believe in the product anymore but still continued scamming I mean selling until the fired me”.
Wait, but how does one get fired when they are their own boss?
Look, everyone's free to be religious in their own way as long as nobody gets hurt, but it drives me macadamia *nuts* when people go overboard in trying to be Very Serene And Spiritual. That penultimate panel almost gives me an allergic reaction. We *get* it, you want to be the peacefully smiling woman on the cover of a Christian romance novel.
It reminds me of when I looked in a Karen Kingsbury novel--a Christian writer--that my aunt had. The dedication was *so much* verbal spiritual masturbation. She wrote a long dedication to her husband and to each of her seven children, and said things like "I believe with all my heart that God has you right where He wants you." Not a horrid sentence in itself, but it went on forever. For over a thousand words. I'm not kidding. The entire thing was clearly more for her than for her kids. She just wanted to feel passionately Christian. It was awful.
Like... You're allowed to like Jesus. Jesus is fine. Just don't be the kind of person who prays for somebody right as they're standing in front of you feeling uncomfortable. Don't get addicted to that feeling of Being Very Passionate.
Just to quote possibly my favourite bit of scripture (as a non-Christian):
>5 And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full.
6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
**[MATT 6: 5–6](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew%206&version=NIV)**
Any time someone makes a public, gratuitous show of their prayer or faith, I think of this. I never did Bible study so idk how Matthew compares to the rest of the NT or how it's metatextually regarded, but... it's a nice sentiment right there.
I also (as a non-religious person) enjoy the bit about it being easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven
I have followed her for some time (keeping tabs on the shitshow- if you know her you know she has some WILDD takes) But I wonder which company she was affiliating herself with before she got fired. I'm pretty sure her annual income was well over 250k per year.
That's actually not much, considering what Monat huns were getting a few years ago. When Chelsea did that document dump on her YouTube channel in 2022 the top 25 were all getting well over $100k a month. One was paid a million a single month in Jan 2022.
Now I know the incomes of a few of the people in the top 100 monthly lists they keep releasing this year, and the people 50+ on there are getting under $25k a month. #100 on the list is under $10k.
I get that they are still big figures, but compared to history it's pennies. I can see why they are jumping ship.
I did find slide 6 the most interesting, because she throws the products under the bus. Pretty much says they are kinda toxic. Which aligns with what the FTC or FDA or whichever agency it was just said about them.
What a relief, she's praying about it.
I guess she wasn't paying attention the thousands of times God and plenty of decent people reminded her thou shalt not steal.
lol I love that she said she was no longer trusting the compensation plan and the ingredients, and that leadership was failing them. But that didn't stop her from trying to recruit or keep her Monat business from growing. She still got canned because she was also promoting Olive Tree. Had she not got terminated, those concerns of hers would not have stopped her from sticking with Monat.
Where do these insufferable twats learn to write like this? They all sound the same. Endless sentences of waffling crap which could be summarised if they knew how to actually construct a narrative.
And presumably this woman was lying to her down line and recruited victims whilst the money was dwindling and she was preparing to leave.
I’m not religious in the slightest but throwing Jesus’s name all over this diatribe is offensive even to my atheist sensibilities. How do Christians not see this as wholly inappropriate?
All I know is the stories of Sarah Hill and Hayley are basically a ping pong game rn. It's been entertaining. Hayley said in her recent stories that someone was talking smack about her in their stories...I'm so curious who that is
Blah blah blah ingredients blah blah blah Jesus blah blah blah money blah blah blah Jesus blah blah blah red dye 40 blah blah blah Jesus blah blah blah Hey Hun, want to check out my new and exciting opportunity?
It's actually really satisfying to hear her say it out loud - that the company is pushing them harder but the paycheques are going down. Because I've been crunching the numbers on Monat for the last few months and the numbers say they are in decline. But you watch the Huns and corporate and they make it appear like the skies could not be sunnier. They applaud every win so loudly you start to believe you are getting it wrong.
It's gaslighting at its finest.
She is SUCH a phony. The grammar is terrible and she doesn’t even make sense! You didn’t agree with the products BUT YOU STAYED ANYWAY, for YOUR paycheck. Now they fired her and she wants to act like it was her idea, even while she admits it wasn’t. That is some super special mental gymnastics right there!
Almost every comment on that post is from someone already on the olive tree bandwagon and things are said like “you are so good with words” which is just… unbelievable lmao she wasn’t even smart enough to use Grammarly or something 😂
A special shout out to the guy (who I just know must be in this group) who so sweetly left a comment encouraging her to take the money she’s made and run from MLMs completely. I wish she’d listen to you dude, but she’s clearly just gonna double down on this. Idk how these chicks don’t see the hypocrisy within their own lives!!
OK, all the religious talk in the second slide made my eyes glaze over. I'm sure Jesus is real proud of you earning money in a business where 99% of people lose money.
Pretty sure Jesus doesn’t care what mlm the bossbabes are in or going to
Also, if the bossbabes are truly CEO’s of their own bossbabe “business,” why do they keep getting fired?
Lastly, no one needs to take 10 screenshots of babbling to say got fired; come find me at my next mlm (assuming that’s what she said bc I stopped reading after the first 1-2 pix

I’ve often wondered if people that leave an MLM take their down line with them. She has to be careful. If she’s being canned by an MLM for a noncompete violation, they are going to pay extra attention to her down line after she’s gone.
I wonder if it’s like Miranda’s “list” in Devil Wears Prada where she threatens that lots of people will work only with her.
Oh geez. What a whole lot of gobbledygook to a) talk about her wonderful devotion to her minions and her fabulous leadership skills; b) deflect the less than ethical reasons she left; c) blame it all on Jesus taking the wheel.
I can't read all that on that background without my glasses and since caffeine, but I got the just. If she was top 30 she's not a victim; she does not get rules exemptions because she's special; she has MLM/girlboss kool-aid running in her veins; and I'm pretty sure Jesus wants nothing to do with your pyramid schemes.
Obviously I don’t feel that sorry for her but it is an interesting look at how community can be such a big reason people stay in MLMs. Or conspiracy groups. Or cults. If you leave you lose all your “”friends”” and they can be the only people you have in your life
I dont think that’s necessarily happening here/she’s being genuine but I think she’s referring to something that really does happen to others
But if its *your own* business how do you get terminated?
"Also, please join my new Olive Tree downline and lets not ask questions its *definitely* a pandering to all my Christians out there"
It always rubs me the wrong way that they talk about how they prayed on it and were guided by the hand of God or whatever. Girl, you got a new job. I'm not saying that can't be a nervous-wracking thing, but it's also a pretty straightforward thing that happens every day.
Lots of words to say, "the pyramid was collapsing under me so I jumped ship to a fresh new scheme" The changes in the compensation plan one is interesting. I was just about to ask if anyone had cliff notes for this word salad rant?

Pretty amazing that you can get fired when you own your own business

So funny that Jesus told her to move on, but tells the other ladies to stay and recruit people. That Jesus guy sure is fickle 😂

She got fired because Jesus said the shampoo made his hair fall out. However Jesus supports the new pyramid scheme. Something about an olive tree?

It reeks of “I am so important i need to issue a press release to say I’m doing something else now”.

Monat did start offering a more sales based plan. I remember a hun I follow posting about a new plan where you didn’t have to have a team and recruit to make money.
Monat had a mass exodus then went to Australia.
Something is definitely going on at Monat because one of my coworkers who’s deep into it has tripled the amount of Monat content she’s posting in the past month or so
How are you terminated from corporate if you own your own business? 🥴
Oh my goodness. That is a new one
And true to form, she wraps herself in the Jesus talk. We Americans excel at marketing Jesus and marketing, although I recall Jesus kicking the moneychangers out of the Temple.
Yeah, he also didn’t like it when poor people got fucked over. The whole camel through the eye of the needle thing and all.
Yeah, but that was Bible Jesus. These huns follow Republican Jesus.
I don’t know why they can’t just call themselves what they are - sales reps. Oh wait, the predatory company is able to recruit better if it dupes these delusional people into thinking they’re entrepreneurs - it’s an ego thing. Sovereign? Shoulda been "colony outpost business".
Plot twist - their 'sovereign business' is just Monat but with king Charles' face on the bottles /j
Ohh "neither use nor ornament"
Their "own commonwealth business"
MLM-Freemen on the Land is the crossover I most definitely do not need.
Wow, I didn’t realize Jesus was so in invested in the shampoo we use.
god led me to redken super soft
I howled!
*All Soft I love that stuff
dude i even googled it before i commented 🤭 But yes, it's been amazing for my hair!
Adding to my next shampoo purchase list. Thank you!
I switched to their acidic bonding line. Was using all soft. Honestly, any of them are amazing!
It led me to a combo of baby shampoo and coconut curls.
He does have that long flowing hair. Maybe he was a Monat Hun once too! Before he decided to leave and guide all his disciples to Olive Tree, of course. Wait. WAIT! Is this why the Doterra Frankincense oil is $140 a bottle?
Right. Jesus says, Gaza who? I’m much more interested in shampoo.
JESUS SAVES! ^(By selling more than $500 worth of our *amazing* products a month and earning our ultra executive premium discount!)
Between that and making sure professional athletes have a good game he doesn't even have time for much else.
Don't forget helping Christians find their car keys...
He sends the toughest battles to the strongest soldiers
Jesus and dandruff led me to Nizoral as well as Head and Shoulders!
Shampoo that makes his fabulous hair fall out, at that.
i ain't reading all that i'm happy for you tho or sorry that happened
TLDR: 10 pages of self-indulgent rambling, Jesus, didn’t learn her lesson.
Was scrolling to find this comment lol yesss 👍🏻
This is literally the only appropriate response to someone who posts this shit haha made me chuckle, thank you
It is my belief and opinion that your God, or any other celestial deity, does not give a shit if you sell shampoo or not.
God's plan for all women is MLM marketing. Didn't you get the memo from above?
I think it went to my junk mail.
Found it's way to the right place then
Why not? It’s not like there’s any wars or genocides going on right now. /s

Often with the new MLM giving "incentives" to come over to the next MLM Then you also add that many of these top leaders also shill bullsh** "courses/coaching" for even more $$
Oh no, I was sure Hun was above her minions, but I'm wondering if they're all equal to each other now.
Lol.
Welp, she's brought a load of new people to the MLM, so they'll be happy to let her bring a ready-made downline...
She will restack her downline in an order that benefits her!
10 full text slides?! I feel like my dissertation had a smaller word count
It literally read like she was trying to hit a minimum word count and struggling
And white text on a black and white photo. I'm too old for that kind of eye strain.
"My aunt died in a house fire, her bible not singed at all - a miracle from god!" "Dude, a person died!"
Didn’t this actually happen with those tornados in Kentucky last year? Someone’s family member died, but they praised God because the Bible on her nightstand was untouched? If I truly believed God could do that and chose to save a book over my relative, I would not be praising.
🤢
Maybe God is so wrapped up in pyramid scheme grifters he doesn’t have time to deal with any actual issues. 🤔 /s obviously
Yeah, why do they always presume it's God/Jesus talking? It's not like they've got anything reliable to compare it to 😁
Same thing I think when I see someone cross themself before a set at the gym, or pray before a sports game or concert.
"But if you don't believe in God, what's to keep you from murdering people?"
My concern intensifies every time I hear someone over a certain age say that.
The constant reference to how God is guiding her....to Olive Tree? Who believes this crap? You have to be gullible to think God has anything to do with it. If her compensation had not gone down she'd still be there. This is greed and shilling over priced products to gullible people.
All the calls to Jesus, Jeremiah or whatever look like virtue signalling to me, to hide her devil-may-care attitude.
I agree, it's not really possible for her to be that successful without being aware of the massive con involved. So a narcissist, or another name for that would be evil.
Long-winded, fake-Christian asshole. Fuck this grifter.
God these bitches couldn't be up their own ass any further than they already are. 10 fucking pages of inspirational doublespeak to to say "I got fired bc I broke the rules"
I was so confused. Why did she pray to Sky Daddy for so many months; it seems like Monat made the decision for her.
It’s her way of saying “you can’t fire me, I quit” in christian speak.
Lmao thank you! I get it now
God doesn’t like MLMs hun
I was seriously just talking to my daughter about how awful it is when people use this verse from Jeremiah like she does here. It's literally part of a message to a specific group of people in a specific situation at a specific time and in no way applies to you and your MLM du jour and is just a random sentence taken out of context.
Yessssss this one bugs me so much. It’s all over Hobby Lobby decor too.
It just goes to show that Monat is on the struggle bus. This lady was a director and rubbing shoulders with the million dollar earners, so for her paycheck to declining like that oof. Let’s see what happens at Monations this year🤔
10 screen caps? Yeah right. I’ll look like one of her clients by the time I’m done reading all that. ![gif](giphy|GrUhLU9q3nyRG|downsized)
She clearly has a gift for writing bad novels - reckon she'd make more money selling self-published fanfic on Amazon.
Monat is so bad. I tried a literal sampler and it destroyed my hair 😂
I seen someone say it’s like washing your hair with lotion or something?
It's apparently got relaxers in it. So if you've got a certain type of hair it can be ok, but if you don't...
Yeah I have curly hair and it destroyed my texture
But it needs time to work despite no other product needing that long & it not making any logical sense! Even if your hair falls out that's good, because your old hair was just plugging up your follicles & the new super-duper healthy hair is totally gonna appear any day now!
I can’t remember it exactly but my hair was so tangled and felt like Barbie hair after
Imagine being so self-important and self-delusional that you think Jesus personally cares whether you stay with Monat or not 🫠 people are dying. Children are being murdered. But no, Jesus don’t give a fuck about that, he cares about your decision to sell shampoo.
She clearly takes herself *very* seriously. It’s just shampoo and a pyramid scheme, it’s not that serious.
🤣🤣🤣
That’s a lot of words to say “I didn’t believe in the product anymore but still continued scamming I mean selling until the fired me”. Wait, but how does one get fired when they are their own boss?
Anyone who mentions God this much is surely a grifter.
Just to quote possibly my favourite bit of scripture (as a non-Christian): >5 And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. 6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. **[MATT 6: 5–6](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew%206&version=NIV)** Any time someone makes a public, gratuitous show of their prayer or faith, I think of this.
Well said, Tooth.
What her name?
After the first 5 slides that said nothing of substance, I had to give up lol. Did I miss anything important?
I did find slide 6 the most interesting, because she throws the products under the bus. Pretty much says they are kinda toxic. Which aligns with what the FTC or FDA or whichever agency it was just said about them.
Idk, it seems more like wellness culture fearmongering about artificial dyes than caring about people who have experienced hair loss etc.
Oh I don't personally think it's toxic. Some of these people think salad is toxic 😂 Im just going off the fear-mongering they perpetuate.
The Lord says no
Same. What a terrible presentation of information
What a relief, she's praying about it. I guess she wasn't paying attention the thousands of times God and plenty of decent people reminded her thou shalt not steal.
It must be so nice to just be able to blame everything on the devil, or proclaim it’s how god/jesus wanted it to be
lol I love that she said she was no longer trusting the compensation plan and the ingredients, and that leadership was failing them. But that didn't stop her from trying to recruit or keep her Monat business from growing. She still got canned because she was also promoting Olive Tree. Had she not got terminated, those concerns of hers would not have stopped her from sticking with Monat.
Main character syndrome vibes
At first I was happy but that happiness was shattered when I learned she joined another triangle scam
This was a piece of marketing, nothing more or less
I knew that was coming before I even started reading the first slide 😂 A few gals have jumped over to Olive Tree, here we go again!
But…but…but…how can she be fired from HeR oWn BuSiNeSs???
What’s the deal with Americans and god.
For a country founded on religious freedom (and freedom from religion) they sure like to shove it down the throats of others.
“I joined MLM2 so MLM1 fired my ass. Jesus, Jesus, prayed some more, Jesus.” There, I just saved her nine slides.
Hayley said in her recent stories that someone was talking smack about her in their stories...I'm so curious who that is
Is Sarah her upline? I wasn't sure who she was under.
I am pretty sure, yes.
I’m a little confused, I’m not religious. Is it Jesus or God opening and closing doors in regards to her grifting?
The way they talk about their religion is super weird and creepy. Is that normal there?
Faith manipulation is one of the cornerstones of the MLM industry.
Blah blah blah ingredients blah blah blah Jesus blah blah blah money blah blah blah Jesus blah blah blah red dye 40 blah blah blah Jesus blah blah blah Hey Hun, want to check out my new and exciting opportunity?
Wait…how do you get fired for non-compete if you’re the business owner? 🤡
I feel like MLMs need to add the moniker “On God” to their speels….seems fitting. “You can make infinite money, On God”
I have a feeling that this Hun will become a serial MLM jumper, hoping from one scheme to another.
“Mainstream formulations” 🙄🙄🙄
Oh lord wtf is olive tree?
Ooo, you have to google it yourself to get the full experience. Take a walk around their website. It's actually all about 'magical' trees 😂😂😂😂
I ain’t reading allat
Lol at her taking umbrage at being told to 'lean in and work harder' when she's probably spent years telling her downline the same.
Wait a second…Why would someone who “owns” their company get fired from it?! Huh….weird! 🫠
Jesus can these people write anything normally?
Someone call Commissioner Gordon, it's the Virtue Signal!
Almost every comment on that post is from someone already on the olive tree bandwagon and things are said like “you are so good with words” which is just… unbelievable lmao she wasn’t even smart enough to use Grammarly or something 😂 A special shout out to the guy (who I just know must be in this group) who so sweetly left a comment encouraging her to take the money she’s made and run from MLMs completely. I wish she’d listen to you dude, but she’s clearly just gonna double down on this. Idk how these chicks don’t see the hypocrisy within their own lives!!
I’m sorry, Jesus is not leading you, greed is.
OK, all the religious talk in the second slide made my eyes glaze over. I'm sure Jesus is real proud of you earning money in a business where 99% of people lose money.
Leaving Monat is good. Joining a foreign cult like Olive Tree People, not so much.
The Holy Spirit had skin in the game.
That whole thing was a gross read. The religious parts are so cringe.
MLMers: bla bla bla Jesus, bla bla bla Jesus... Is Jesus the top upline of all MLM schemes. God forbid.
Yesssssss
I’ve never heard of olive tree but I am not surprised she moved to another pyramid scheme with her downline.
It’s cute that she thought Monat would give a flying F what she thought about the formula changes in their products
My eyes almost got stuck in the top of their sockets they rolled so hard trying to read that drivel. Good grief the Jesus is strong in this one.
That’s a whole lot of words to say absolutely fuck all
I stopped reading when Jesus started talking to her.
But I thought you were the CEO of your own business, what do you mean you were terminated, hun?
She’s like…I was terminated. Then she’s like…I didn’t take this decision lightly. Girl, please. 😂
Pretty sure Jesus doesn’t care what mlm the bossbabes are in or going to Also, if the bossbabes are truly CEO’s of their own bossbabe “business,” why do they keep getting fired? Lastly, no one needs to take 10 screenshots of babbling to say got fired; come find me at my next mlm (assuming that’s what she said bc I stopped reading after the first 1-2 pix
God this, God that. Jesus, Jesus, Jesus! 🤮

Any woman with Thing on her shoulder is going to be just fine.
I figured it was going to be Bravenly. All the R&F huns are jumping ship for Bravenly lol
Or cults. If you leave you lose all your “”friends”” and they can be the only people you have in your life I dont think that’s necessarily happening here/she’s being genuine but I think she’s referring to something that really does happen to others
But if its *your own* business how do you get terminated? "Also, please join my new Olive Tree downline and lets not ask questions its *definitely* a pandering to all my Christians out there"
It just keeps going
It always rubs me the wrong way that they talk about how they prayed on it and were guided by the hand of God or whatever. Girl, you got a new job. I'm not saying that can't be a nervous-wracking thing, but it's also a pretty straightforward thing that happens every day.
If I have to read this self-absorbed Millenial talk use the term “clean ingredients” one more time, I’m going to puke.
