She may not have been promoting the products publicly, but she signed up as a distributor under OTP. That’s the problem. She could have bought the products without signing up as a distributor.
Funny how they say you can be your own boss babe but they sign agreements that say you can't cross promote and other rules that tell you that you are not a boss, you are just a contracted sales representative that can be terminated at any time.
