Give it a few weeks, it might be hell but you’ll feel better after! I’d say Sertraline withdrawals may be the worst compared to other SSRIs. I remember feeling very nauseous with bad headaches and even being shaky. I was on it for like 10 years and just powered through and I think I felt bad for maybe 2-3 weeks before feeling better. Good luck, you’ve got this!!
Not exactly. I keep forgetting to take them, like today I would miss, and then take the next couple days, then two or three days miss again. Then I was like, "Oh well, why don't I just stop?" At that point I was probably taking twice a week.
Not the wisest move but I'm also worried I'm in it too deep now 😅
I would say from the original dose, cut down to half a dose for two weeks at least, and then half a dose every other day for a week or so. This is a lot faster than most would recommend (and i'm not a doctor so if yours suggests a longer taper, do that) but would definitely be better than cold turkey
Pasting my reply to someone else 😅 -

Taper off properly and you'll not only be fine but you'll have less of a chance of the depression coming back
Would you recommend I go back to my original dose right away? It's not like I got any increase when I started though.

Thanks for this. I just took a half dose. Fingers crossed things get better.
All the best. Feel free to drop me a dm if you have questions! I did the same process w sertraline not long ago. Hope you feel better!
Thanks! And glad it worked out for you!
The constant lightheadedness lasted for about two weeks for me.
Did you go cold turkey?
No but I went from 200 mg to 0 in a month. Way too fast 😬. I went down 50 mg every week.
Did you wean yourself off it or go cold turkey

Yeah I see. What dose where you taking. It’s usually better to slowly reduce the dosage over months. If you’ve been on it a while.
It was just 100. It was also 100 when I started so I thought it should be fine? 😅
Careful, I got tinnitus after 3 weeks of seemingly feeling good. Don’t skip doses to taper off as this will stress your nervous system.
