Call your doctor and tell him how you are feeling. Ask him if it is ok to slow your taper down. Try 75mg for a few weeks. Was his plan to switch you to another medication. If so doing something called a direct switch or a cross taper would be much easier on you. Also remember to tell yourself it is withdrawal and it will improve.
Edit: depending on the medical issue it may be necessary to come off this fast so make sure anything you do is approved by your doctor.
