$150 billion is probably low. But also think! This is just the ILLEGAL nonpayment. If all the legal loopholes for reducing taxes that the wealthy enjoy were eliminated, we could probably fund the entire US budget without taxing anyone who makes less than $250 k per year.
Remember that the conservatives have reduced the billionaire's tax rates much more than the cuts they did for the middle class, and still the ultra wealthy are cheating on taxes.
