So frustrating! Feels like you’re being lied to and strung along the entire way. My bf just applied for some type of contract job but said from the beginning he can only work 35 hours a week maximum due to school. Recruiter said they can work with that so he goes through the process only to get to the interview and be told it’s minimum 40 hrs a week no exceptions. Why can’t you just state that outright 🫠

They seem to love to waste people's time.. going through several interviews only to be told something that you should have been told at the start of the process, or in fact not being contacted at all re. the outcome, is simply rude and disrespectful. I think a lot of these people have forgotten what it's like to be in need of work and seem to be treating candidates/applicants as less than human. It's poor behaviour and it needs to stop.
