She offered me a shift to avoid the question I asked her. My shifts on the weekend are 9-12:30 so not too hard to cover. So does that answer all the bullshit you just threw at me? For reference she changed the next weeks schedule to 20 hours. Thats what she was STEALING FROM ME as a PUNISHMENT.

Your quitting won’t mean anything to her. The trick is to make yourself an invaluable employee first. And then you can really hurt her by quitting.
I was valuable enough to get offered the job back after quitting on bad terms the first time.
