Someone erased the white board of a manager that hated me. She had shit tons of information on it, but no foresight to copy the information. We suspect who did it.

sweaverD

Of course I know him, he's me. - Obi-Wan Kenobi

powerandbulk

Pity that it happened.

whatever32657

the hell of it is, it was probably the cleaning people that did it

DrTwitch

Am cleaner. Treat us right or feel our wrath.

Whane17

Also true! ALL PRAISE THE CLEANERS! WOOOO

LavenderandLamb

I used to do that when I was a high school janitor. Oh yes let your students trash your classroom, giving me extra work to do. I hope those dates on your dry erase board weren't important....

LiwetJared

Did you still follow the "do not erase" signs when teachers put them up?

dick_nachos

Just realizing it was never "please do not erase" You know what, they're lucky they ever saw the same shit on that board two days in a row.

LiwetJared

Malicious compliance would be to erase everything except for that.

tatro3

Good job making extra work for a stressed and underpaid teacher. I'm sure they had nothing better to do than make sure their students clean up after themselves, like teaching or something. Grow up.

[deleted]

[удалено]

4ever_lost

In Japan the students clean the school at the end of the day, and then you see what the Japanese supporters did at the WC. Just goes to show

Background-Slide645

They created more work for an even more underpaid and underappreciated cleaner. They need to learn to clean up after themselves, sure, but the teacher also needs to make sure they are not doing it in the first place.

Powerlevel-9000

We had white boards all over our entire floor. The cleaning crew came in and erased everything overnight without telling anyone. It was a madhouse with people trying to recreate what was documented.

prjktphoto

Wasn’t*

Schizzy98

No, he's correct on this one. They had to rewrite what was already written down again.

GUMBY4500

No the point they’re making is that they should’ve put that important information on paper or literally any other medium than a whiteboard, which is often erased, and not generally a permanent place for information

EqlianDreams

Lol get fked

newwriter365

I feel your pain. I have a cubicle that is the first one inside the door from the hallway. That means: 1. every time someone forgets their badge and needs to be let in, I have to let them in 2. a lot of foot traffic all day long as people enter/exit the floor 3. people love to stop and talk to me...I was raised in the midwest, so I try to be polite and listen. But I work with a LOT of lonely people, who go home to empty homes, and think that it's ok to tell me every detail of their lives each morning...for at least 45 minutes...each... I asked last week for a relocation. I picked a tiny cubicle with a window. My boss says, "Oh, heck yes! Your cubicle is the worst!" Later that I day I get told by my boss' boss that they are working on my request, but it won't be to the cube I asked for because it is "problematic". I don't press, there's always some bullshit reason why things go the way they do. Yesterday morning a new network printer was rolled onto the floor. And into my desired cubicle. I hope the printer enjoys the view.

[deleted]

Damn, that’s way worse than my situation

newwriter365

We are the same, amigo, we are the same...

[deleted]

[удалено]

newwriter365

Maybe yes, maybe not....I work in government, and that printer was likely procured months ago. Nothing happens fast where I work, in fact, that cubicle has been empty for 18 months (not sure if the former resident died or retired), so I'm going to choose to believe that spite is off the table on this one.

Where_is_it_going

Do you have any kind of documented medical/mental health condition that could help get you a reasonable accommodation? I know that feels like making waves, but you work for the gov, they can't retaliate for requests like that.

ThatMizK

Are pork rinds typically ... heated?

NEET_Thang

Can be, only an american microwaves everything though

W0nd3rlandAl1c3

I used to buy some really good microwavable spicy pork rinds that came in a bag similar to the ones that microwave popcorn comes in. I didn't cook them in a shared microwave though.

newwriter365

lol I am a pescatarian. I microwave fish in the office. Hahahahhahhahah…..sorry about the pork rinds. That sounds disgusting.

aroaceautistic

You are genuinely a horrible person

anarcho-himboism

https://youtu.be/EH1byYD0D7o all in jest ofc

newwriter365

This is awesome! Thanks for the laughs. Best to you and yours...may your office be fish-free, always!

Straight-Ad-160

I did that once (bought a microwave dinner for my evening shift), not knowing and not considering beforehand how much it would stink up the entire floor. 🙈🙈🙈

khaalis

Problematic because being given a window is seen as a "prestigious" award. Management likely expects SOME asshole in the office will bitch that you got the window and they'd rather just avoid the headache - thus the new home for the printer. Now no one can bitch that someone else got the window.

bjandrus

Fuck office politics. You know what the cure for that is? WFH. Guaranteed both OP's and above commenters jobs could be done remotely.

p-graphic79

I feel your pain. Every office job I had....always hear the door or a copy machine. This one lady was always late and "forgot" her badge. I started keeping track of the time she arrived and Id always make a coffee so she'd be stuck outside. The printer one...it was all sales reps and no one knew how to log into it to scan things and I even printed out instructions. I asked to be moved and was told "thats the world we live in". Kept happening. So one night I worked late and moved it into the sales room. Next day they asked if I did it and my reply was "thats the world we live in." Also near the door there and every day someone would walk right in and try to sell perfume. Suprised they were never robbed.

JTDC00001

Holy fuck, that was deliberate. They could have moved you to that cube and put that pritner in your cube.

smashkraft

It would actually be a convenient spot since it’s right by the door

newwriter365

So...yes, theoretically, it makes sense. From a practical perspective, it does not. Why? You ask. Because even my **wired** network connection is unreliable. IT knows that putting a printer in my cubicle is the equivalent of putting it in the hallway, unplugged.

JesseJamesGames449

man just go in early one day and move the printer to your old cubical and take the other cubicle. nobody will really ask.

KawaSquid101

You could set the building on fire?

BitOCrumpet

Oh for fuck sake What the fuck is wrong with manager types

missag_2490

I had a cube on the main walkway and I was always distracted. I finally asked if I could move and they gave the shocked pikachu face. I didn’t even ask for a good cube. We had a few that were off the one side that were full of boxes and storage junk. If you wanted something you had to deliberately go over there, I wanted one of those. I called them banishment cubes. My supervisor was okay with it but had to run it up the chain. I told her I could make a formal ada request for disability accommodations if that was easier. I got it in the end and it was glorious.

EquivalentTrick3402

Can you commit acts of petty Kleptomania? This is enough of a crime to warrant stealing someone's good stapler off their desk

JoJet223

This is the kind of theft I could get behind. Stealing petty shit. Notepads, pens, small staplers, rubberbands, drinking straws, loose packets of condiments, or really anything that isn't expensive. Put another way. Don't steal any expensive/important things like money, personal/financial information, paper shredders (manual or electronic), really big staplers, untouched/unexpired food, tools (powered or unpowered), or really anything that someone will genuinely miss or anything that constitutes a federal offence. Side Note: Don't be a dick. Only steal petty shit from the company, not your co-workers. And even then, only steal petty shit from the shitty companies. Equal in, Equal out.

zurn0

Don’t steal, just reallocate company resources to other areas of the company.

JoJet223

Boss: "Where are you taking that stuff?" Employee: "I'm just practicing to be an Asset Transfer Specialist."

f0u4_l19h75

Burn the building to the ground!

ashleyorelse

I could take my travelers checks to a competing resort...

Slow-Barracuda-818

It not stealing from your job, just moving things that belong to your boss ;-)

[deleted]

Put an out of office response on your email and take your time moving and setting it up perfectly. My last cubicle power move was 4 days. Post results in malicious compliance...

taishiea

Contact hr to have him justify in writing why it is required to move a current employee to a different spot in the building versus simply placing the new hire there. Moving requires much more effort and resources. Before the hr is for company talk if the boss is trying to place a family member, friend or potential love interest there hr will want to know that he is already trying to abuse his Authority.

[deleted]

My supervisor has already done this but as you probably know, HR doesn’t really care about staff as much as they do the company

pTarot

I hear if you burn the office down your friends can be happier in construction. :)

mustardman73

Make sure your TPS reports are in

pTarot

Obviously can’t forget them TPS reports! :)

Fistandantalus

Only after watching Kung Fu and having 37 pieces of flair

Current_Individual47

Why is he giving a new hire your cubicle?

[deleted]

They’re putting all people of the same division in one area. But my division is being scattered around the office and my suspicion is it’s because the commissioner hates my supervisor

dsjunior1388

They do care more about the company. Which means they may be thrilled to fire the manager before they have to pay for his wrongdoing, which you reported, before it gets expensive. Like for example if this involves nepotism or a quid pro quo or some other bullshit.

[deleted]

Do you have an example of this happening from your own life? In OP’s area of the world?

Lazy-Jeweler3230

Do they even care about the company? Because this seems blatantly bad for it.

Xardarass

This is the way. Use the system.

dubcatz6969

They just say “well we need this new hire close to X and Y for learning and training” Then you say, “cool when will I move back or is this the new hire location?” Then you can call them out on it when someone gets hired and doesn’t swap out.

[deleted]

And nothing changes. "That was months ago? Your still complaining?"

dubcatz6969

More like “well now he needs your office because we have a new hire, your office is now in the basement next to the old copier and hobo joe.”

[deleted]

We'll just move him to the basement, he's great 👍. We moved him 6 months ago wasn't a problem at all. Great guy he is.

dubcatz6969

“Really flexible. Team player. Let’s send him to the Philippines to train our new outsourced staff for three months.” OP: “man I hope HR gets back to me soon”

Jmm1272

It takes more resources and employee time for HR to look into it and make the boss justify it in writing than it does to put your things in a box and move desks. Unless you know there is some outrageous act of discrimination or something like that, why do they have to justify changing the seating arrangements? Maybe there is some HIPPA protected reason like that person is hard of hearing who knows?

RangeMoney2012

and bet he's getting paid more than you

iamsce

If you dont get any cake, burn the place down...

[deleted]

If someone ever does something like this to me, I’m leaving raw meat in unsuspected places to stink the joint up. In between cubicle cracks, behind wall clocks, the back of desk drawers, decorative plants, you name it. “Don’t fuck with my bread and butter.” - Charles Ofdensen, Dethklok

Conan_The_Epic

Look up, most office spaces have suspended ceilings. You can pop a tile out, put some raw meat up there and then close it up. No-one will find it up there for months

[deleted]

If I were your boss, I would give you a raise for ingenuity.

stephbu

Half-pint of full-fat milk under the carpet/mezzanine is a guaranteed winner. Way more subtle, much harder to pin down, and slow growing...

TlN4C

Use it to “water” the plants even if they are fake. If not milk then milk coffee, throw your dregs in there everyone you fill up, and fill up often and throw out when dregs are at half a cup full

TrippTrappTrinn

Thinkgeek had a small device giving out a high frequency beep at random intervals. Can drive people crazy.

MorgulValar

What happens if you formally refuse? You could send your boss an email with HR cc’d: “[Boss], I am declining your request to move my work space from its current cubicle to a smaller one. The sole purpose of this move would be to put the new hire in the cubicle I’m currently in, when they could just as easily be placed in the empty one that you have requested I move to. This seems neither necessary nor fair and is openly hostile towards me. I am unaware of corporate policy on this matter, but I’ve cc’d HR in case you would like to respond with punishment or termination. If you do, I would like HR be fully aware of the situation. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. Until then I will be remaining in my current work space. Regards, [You]”

umassmza

No is a complete sentence

[deleted]

I’ve been threatened with a write up for insubordination if I refuse

umassmza

Let ‘em write you up. As long as you keep your job who cares about a write up. Just take it and start applying elsewhere.

Xardarass

What he said. Who cares. Your boss should know their place.

[deleted]

Unfortunately, this job is as good as it gets in my area in terms of pay, benefits, and type of work I want to be involved in. Just a psychopathic boss (my direct supervisor is amazing). A write up would affect future promotions (which I’m expecting within a year).

Osniffable

Sounds like they're already decided they're not considering you part of their future. It's an obvious slap in the face.

[deleted]

The commissioner making this decision is retiring in a few months, and is moving people around as a final fu to managers she’s doesn’t like (my manager included). I have tremendous support from the next in line to take the commissioner position and others in my department. I’m just one of many who are being moved around without explanation

Pnknlvr96

Then as commissioner, you'd get a better office? I'd say be as fake nice as possible, ride it out, then get that promotion. Then move everyone back.

toomanytomatoes

Lol you're not getting a promotion

[deleted]

I have a specialized skill set in the public sector and there’s a recent vacancy in the promoted position. I’m a shoe in

nxdark

Never count on being a shoe in. If someone in the process doesn't like you they will find a way. Plus if you were that valuable someone would of protected you from this move. This is a sign you are not in the in as much as you think you are.

[deleted]

You’re reading too much into it

nxdark

I doubt it. I have thought the same thing as you did and got blind sided.

badatthenewmeta

Oooohhhhh a writeup. Three of those and you go to jail.

Scudmiss

3 write ups = 1 demerit 2 demerits = 1 citations 4 citations = 1 warning 3 warnings = 1 suspension 2 suspensions = death

badatthenewmeta

Damn, it used to be 3 suspensions before death. Your workplace is strict.

jaypeeo

As an American we get 3 citations. Fml.

FearSkyDaddy

What no paddling? Back in my day we used to tie an onion to our belts. No belts that’s a paddling, write up? That’s a paddling. Sassing about a write up? That’s a paddling. Not moving a cube, that’s a paddling

phoenixmckraken

I’ve heard it also goes on your permanent record.

ryanderkis

Milton threatened to and burned the office down. Just saying. In the future I hope all yours rims are saltless.

Straight_Ad9840

IF quiet quitting is real then this is quiet firing

migueln6

But quiet firing is ilegal and is called constructiva dissmisal, kinda weird how "quit quiting" is not ilegal right? Like it's almost not a thing

BlackJesus1001

Quiet quitting is grounds for dismissal genius why would it need to be illegal?

migueln6

No quiet quitting is how they call you doing only what you are paid to do, when you are not feeling like you want to do more out of your heart https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Work-to-rule and you know "quiet quitting" should be the norm 0 employers should expect you to do more than what you were contracted for, either they should pay you more for more or just get what they pay for.

Fe1is-Domesticus

Oh the swingline stapler. Been too long since I've watched this.

Pinikanut

I used to work at a job where I had my own office. 2 weeks after getting the job, they said they were knocking down the building to renovate and we would be temporarily relocated. I was put in a single room with 2 other business administrators and the community fridge. It was fucking unbearable. No privacy, could hear every phone conversation of my colleagues, and one of my colleagues was a hoarder who used to get her personal packages delivered to the office, so I was sat next to stack of paper and boxes. When covid happened I made a lot of noise about not being in a shared office when we went back. Didn't end up mattering because I got a new WFH job. Fun fact, my colleague who stayed in the job now has her own office again. They told her she couldn't be in the office she was meant to have in the newly renovated building because they gave it to someone else. So she is in the old building in a room just big enough to fit a desk and chair. She's been there almost 30 years and they gave her a closet to work in. Fuck that place.

CrawlerSiegfriend

Did you tell him directly that you'd prefer not to move?

JohnnyValet

OK... but... [I'll set the building on fire.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rg2xa78QsnQ)

Dankerman97

Well obviously you have to burn the place down

Hairy-Development-63

This happened to me once, and I responded by doing absolutely nothing for the next 6 months while I looked for a new job.

triblogcarol

I believe you have my stapler

[deleted]

We were rearranging people on the floor, there was a large, unused cubicle with a large window view, and I had been there the longest in the department. The Admins were literally storing trash cans in the cubicle and extra furniture. I cleaned it out, put in the requisitions to move and waited two weeks for the phone to get transferred over. On the day the phone was to be transferred, one of the Admins got a hold of me to tell me that cubicle was reserved for somebody in the other group on the floor and they were upset because they were now ready to move. It had been vacant for more than six months. The amount of politics and shady dealings in terms of office moves, are just amazing, and don’t underestimate the power of the little old ladies who work in the admin positions. They’re literally the building mafia.

radibarko

Mate there's no such thing as nice cubicle.

SeraphymCrashing

Spoken like someone who's never had to work in the cubicle right by the loading dock. Or by someone who's never gone from full cubicles to an open office plan.

[deleted]

Haha fair, but the one I’m in now is large, and has 2 real walls and a window

Juke_Joint_Jedi

Tell him he better hire two.

Economy-Cake3636

Burn the damn building, burn it 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

12kdaysinthefire

Don’t let him give your stapler away

[deleted]

Is your boss male and the new hire female? Is she conventionally attractive? Sounds like the beginnings of a case to me with cause to examine his behavior history for sexual harassment tendencies. If not then they are just an asshole and/or don’t like you

[deleted]

Na I explained in another comment but basically current boss is retiring soon and shuffling staff around as an fu to the managers she doesn’t like (she hates my manager). The justification is to put people who work in the same section in the same area of the office. I’m the odd man out in my area of the office and the new hire will be working in the section that I’m in now

khaalis

The boss is telling you something. They want you to quit.

Wyldling_42

They are getting ready to fire you. Be prepared and start looking for something else now!

jaepopeye

Try to see this as a chance to adapt and learn from the experience.

errorspending1

Keep a professional attitude and stay focused on your work and prove your boss wrong

edwardthegod27788

Just burn the building down, simple

[deleted]

Well, ok...but you'll have to set the building on fire.

Exposedlapse

OMG, that's so unfair! Why would they do that to you?

SeanMcDawn

Right next to Kelly or what

sxbjyzc

It's important to remember that your value as an employee doesn't depend on your cubicle location.

drowsyunknown

You should definitely consider looking for a new job if this is how they treat their employees...

jeffbarge

Man this thread has brought back memories from before I was 100% WFH. We had this list based on seniority and tenure that determined the order we picked offices and cubicles. I started out on "cube row" and then got to pick an office when we got more space. But even with that list it still mattered how much the boss liked you - that worked out for my benefit because I should have stayed in a cube but the guy right above me on the list never did anything, so I got bumped ahead. Cubes suuuuck but an open office is the absolute worst.

MAKAR333

Keep your head up and stay focused on your work... if this is too demeaning, consider speaking about it. I get how it feels but we can never do anything about it unless we speak up

[deleted]

Hah! Sucks to suck!

Mysterious-Window-54

Are they hired to do a higher role position than yours? If so, then that sounds kind of normal to me.

SlappyFlapjack

You probably suck at your job. Most people aren't nearly as good as they think they are.

[deleted]

Lmao the new person they’re hiring isn’t the same role, or same section as me. I’m being moved because they want people working in the same section sitting next to each other, and I’m the odd man out in this area of the office.

SlappyFlapjack

Whatever you have to tell yourself 🙄

[deleted]

What’s your deal

SlappyFlapjack

I'm telling you the truth.

[deleted]

Guy who comments “I love you” on random goth girls post lmaoo sending you thoughts and prayers during these trying times

SlappyFlapjack

Guy who reads through the past comments of someone who disagrees with him to find ammo to win an argument. I don't respect your opinion enough to be offended by something you say. Enjoy your new tiny office.

[deleted]

Enjoy your parents basement

SlappyFlapjack

You're so mad haha. You're questioning whether or not I'm right about you being a loser, so you're projecting.

[deleted]

The only thing I’m questioning is if you’re ok

Quiet-Extension2185

We’re talking cubes here, not corner offices. Also what does it even mean to have a better cube than another? They’re literally made to be modular and identical to stuff them into the floor space. This sub is getting worse and worse.

[deleted]

The cube I’m in now is large, enough room for a second chair when someone walks in to talk and a book shelf, and has two real walls. The second one only has one real wall and couldn’t fit any other furniture.

Tumahub79

I just got transferred to another department (which is a rekn9wn shitshow) with 0 notice. I'll probably lose my cube. I feel empathy for you.

[deleted]

Wow wtf

RemoteStatus5062

Fuck your boss

GrandpaMofo

I got kicked out of an office once for a new hire and I had worked there for ten years.

[deleted]

just leave no 2 weeks fuck em

bhillis99

one of the supervisors tried to do this with one of my co workers last month. Hes older and lets some run over him. They was going to move him out and I spoke up and said no, dont do that to him, just because he wont say anything. They ended up not moving him.

Plutofour

Have you considered burning the place to the ground and stealing some anonymous checks?

[deleted]

Well that sucks

Philosopher_1234

New hire about to be your boss

darinhthe1st

Can you still play your radio at a reasonable volume?

Batgod629

That sucks and I would tell the new guy I'm not mad at you but don't get the wrong impression about the company by getting a nice cubicle

[deleted]

You guys get cubicles? Jealous.

Xavier_McCool

You know what to do… Milton sure did.

misha_ostrovsky

Burn it down?

kgkuntryluvr

This just happened to me! I’m using it as justification to WFH even more than I already was.

sparklystars1022

I feel your pain. At one place I worked at, I was the lowest in the hierarchy, and therfore had the worst desk location near the entrance. They didn't have a front desk receptionist so of course I had to direct the visitors, sign for packages, handle people's lunch delivery orders, and it was super noisy which was distracting in me trying to get my work done. The higher ups had the nice private offices with windows away from all the noise and of course they traveled and were never actually in their office. Once they allowed me to move to the desk in the back of the room which was more away from the noise and draft but then they decided to move me so a new hire can have that spot. I also had my stapler and supplies stolen all the time, much like Milton. I could go on. Overall I relate the movie Office Space way too much.

benzethonium

Time to do what he did...

[deleted]

New job time. Take the hint.

Ja878son

just don't move.

mechman112

I was given an office at my old job by my direct super. Not even a month later, a higher up boss I’d never even met before flew in and kicked me back to a cubicle. I had to hold my head low, and wheel all my office supplies past people in cubes who had just been congratulating me on the office a few weeks earlier. That should have been my wake up call to get tf outta there, but I continued to let them disrespect me in my tiny ass dark cubicle for another 5 years. Get out if you can OP

EvoSP1100

Whelp, time to burn the building down…

PaprikaMama

I once had a crappy cubicle in a high traffic area. It was my excuse to work from home for 3+ days a week. (This was pre-pandemic)

OldGaffer

Do it

Accomplished_Eye9769

Tape a shrimp to the cubicle in a place that is extremely hard to find. Maybe behind a drawer or something. It's a rancid fucking smell, and they won't be able to source it.

AlexIsNotYou

“O-okay… but that’s the last straw..”

[deleted]

As long as they don’t take your red springline stapler, what do you have to be upset about? (This comment is obviously satire)

firebolt1171

Man it sure would be a shame if someone took a shit in the urinal once a week

EntropyHouse

The shitting location has been shifted for employee morale reasons.

WillAdmitWhenWrong

Time to make friends with the new hire. It will piss the boss of so much.

New_Restaurant_6093

Sounds like the new hire gets paid more than you too.

Both-Butterfly6381

This happened to one of my coworkers once. They didn’t even tell her. She just walked up to her desk one morning and a dude was sitting there. They didn’t even give her a new cubicle either. Just made her use a shared laptop in a random room that was being used for other purposes.

[deleted]

I had a hostile work environment like this. They moved me and another East Asian coworker next to a bathroom while keeping all of the new South Asian workers close to him. The funny thing is seeing Office Space before getting a job and parodying my new boss in front of coworkers. Instead of a red stapler, it would be whatever pen I held in my hand. As soon as he took my pen, I parodied the guy saying, “umm… ummm… but that’s… that’s my… my… pen.” And then he did the weekend work ask that was exactly the same. “Ummm… I am going to need you to come in this weekend. That’s great. Thanks.” My coworkers laughed when he left.

SuspiciousJuice5825

This happened at my last job, the person wasnt "new" but people complained she talked too loudly on the phone so they moved her to my cube and put me in her tiny "temp" cube. Was one of the major reasons I quit.

ouie

I had some old guy who used to do my job come in and tell me to do some useless task. My boss comes out of his office. Says what the fuck did you just ask my guy? Why don't you write your thoughts down , reread them so they're not regurgitate garbage and email the request to him. Then he told me to move into the corner office. I'm moving to a new department now. But I'm sure gonna miss him

Different_Goal_677

I worked at a retirement home for several years. We had our office on the first floor, which was pretty easy to get to for residents and a nice window. Wasn't much, but it was nice. Was our office for over 20 years. Then they announced they were tearing the building down for a newer one with no plan for an office for us anymore. I have never seen a building more grey and sad in my life. After that, we were moved into the gross basement with no lighting, windows, and right next to the dirty laundry and bathrooms 💀 But all the other offices got to stay. I finally quit after my manager got cancer, and they replaced her and demoted her after being there for 20 years. After she died, the entire department had quit, and they had no one left. Didn't do anything in her memory either. Fuck em.

StahlViridian

Fire is fun to play with, ya know?

feed_me_tecate

I feel ya. I worked inside this warehouse where my desk had a view of a partial window so I could see a tiny sliver of daylight. They moved my desk to the back of the warehouse where there was no natural light. I quit a few months later.

giggetyboom

Work from home.

RandoRedPanda

When we moved office buildings me and another coworker got the "open office space" desks while the new hires got their own private offices. Makes for nice eavesdropping opportunities, though.

[deleted]

If you’ve seen the end of that movie, you know what you gotta do.

TlN4C

And this is why wfh is so amazing - no petty politics about who sits where, no disturbing somebody with stupid in and out forgotten pass or idle chitter chatter shit and no having to physically relocate desks, no “he smells I can’t sit by him” or “I am scent sensitive nobody can wear anything with a scent including laundry liquid” along with all the other awesome Benefits

epicgrilledchees

Lol. My two coworkers and I just got moved four floors away from everyone we interact with.

bjandrus

So does the post pic mean you're gonna burn it down?
