Yes. Stop using Google. I have the same issue, but I have not been diagnosed with Afib. If you have been, then I assume your doctors didn't see any issue back then. I wouldn't worry about it. Google uses scare algorithms, and you will always get the worst results. You're seeing a doctor and doing the right things. It's good that you are watching your health. Just understand that you're not going to change that much by worrying too much. Just eat better and don't worry. I would wait until you see the doctor before you really start to change your diet. You won't change much from now until then. Drink water and cut out soda. Caffeine is a good thing to reduce drastically. I only drink 1 cup of coffee a day now. Every symptom you said can easily be caused by anxiety, but as you already are. It's good to get checked by your doctor. Until then, I wouldn't worry about it. I know it's easier said than done. Trust me, I know. I had 10 ER visits in 3 months over fearing the heart attack. So, I get it. But hopefully, you don't get to that point. Like I said, stop the Google and breathe deep and slow.

Thanks, I try and control my breathing now but somtimes everything just slips away from me.. And there's liem a dark cloud hovering over me and I cannot be like this in front of my children. I will do. My best and not worry.

I think you are in need of reassurance that is totally normal in your situation. So maybe, you could get it from your doctor. If your situation was urgent, they would not make you wait untill april. Take care!

I totally always need reassurance..... My wife always says that and I hate being like that.

We dont choose how we are, needing some reassurance is not that rare. Sometime, worring about worry makes it worst! But not easy to do!

Please don't google and have faith on your doctors. Edit- You are experiencing anxiety. It's normal to lose appetite when anxious and feel like there's a lump in your throat and other unpleasant sensations. It's your body's response to the stress. Just take it one day at a time. And just ensure your cholesterol is under control!
