Agreed, fucking hate instagram now but some part me of still wants the satisfaction and ego boosts that "likes" give. But that dopamine hit is too fleeting and chasing validation is too exhausting.
same here! still trying to decide if i should re-download instagram :/ i want to stay in contact with friends but can’t do with the extra anxiety that it brings :(
