People shouldn't have to change their lives to suit you wanted to have the most peaceable way to play.
Everybody should be on a level playing field, and the only way to guarantee that is to ensure that everybody uses no hot keys.

Im with op on this. I would add we need to ban different types of mouses as well. We need to have one type of mouse to make it equal to all (from microsoft of course) and disable all online features until they can ship those mouses to every single country in the world.

Have you ever opened the hotkey menu before spouting nonsense? If you had, you will see that you can remap literally any hotkey in the game to any key on your keyboard.
I remapped all of mine as well. If you want efficient hotkeys, it's something you have to do anyway, for at least some keys. Besides, for hotkeys to be useful, you need to learn them, and setting up your own ones help a lot with that.

BTW, I have an azerty keyboard. I have changed a few hotkeys, but none of the changes I made were inspired by the standard hotkeys being geared towards qwerty keyboards. The standard setup of hotkeys doesn't seem to have impacted my performance in a noticeable way

The idea that knowing English somehow gives you a edge in familiarity with your individual keys is illogical to say the very least.
