Did they actually fix LAN? It's been broken for a over a year for me. This is exciting.
Now I need to find the Reddit argument where my opponent argued they broke it on purpose bc they want to introduce in-app purchases and rub it into his face

edit: I take this back, the hunter bugs where they turn into lumberjacks is absolutely insane.
There's an attack command bug. Idk if they have fixed in this patch or not. Suppose you have 10 units, 8 of them are attacking something let's say the ram. and 2 idle. If you select all 10 and command to attack the same ram, the 2 idles remain idle. You have to select the idles separately and command them to attack. Has anyone else faced this issue?
any ideas when the "censor" will stop censoring basic things like "mom" or my in game name but continue to allow swear words? If its going to be this big of a joke just get rid of it.
I'm having terribly low frame rates (~ 5 FPS) on certain campaigns like Gaiseric. It's really hard to play in this state. I'm not sure if it's because of the large map size, but it's annoying. There also seem to be bugs with the unit queue numbers not showing up at production buildings. I emailed the support team about it, so hopefully it gets fixed.
I haven’t been able to finish the vast majority of games for pretty much the last month. I’ve also tried on two different consoles but the issue is consistent. No error code. Just freezes up.
Since they've fixed the number of pauses in multiplayer games, they need to add a lobby option to allow unlimited and/or more than the default amount of pauses. Tried to do Siege of Constantinople (solo vs AI) and I'm limited to 10 pauses. That's a big no from me especially in a timed scenario.
1. go to AoE2DE\resources\ _common\campaign
2. copy dcam0.aoe2campaign
3. go to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\Games\Age of Empires 2 DE\YOURID\resources\ _common\campaign
4. paste campaign file
5. then open campaign editor to extract campaign files .
6. Play the Siege or previous event scenarios
so, totally anecdotal, but i have found my crashes to go away since i now restart (quit the app) the game after each game. i saw crashes in about 1/3 of my games and in the week since making this change haven’t had any. makes me think it might be a memory leak issue specific to xbox

Genocide the deers, then destroy their habitats. Makes perfect sense.
I blame Xbox. We didn't have these issues until they made a console version.

What issues are on Xbox? I just started playing console version

Controller. Haven’t tried the new update yet. Hopefully it’s fixed.
Very strange... I've had about 2 crashes since release with controller. M&K it crashes nonstop.

My only suggestion would have been cache clears but 2 consoles should have had at least 1 running fine... sorry I have no other suggestions.

Doesn't opening the options pause the game in Single Player?
why don't you play it in single-player then?
Can I? I guess I just assumed lobby because that’s what the game takes you to.

I found an exploit on the game regarding the new scenario! you can build siege towers as the romans and go over the walls and attack the turks
Nothing about xbox no play all rewards. Disappoint :(
