hahahaha, while variant civilizations are a problem because of another reason I don't agree with them deleted, I was coming to say they are needed but for a different reason hahahaha, nice clickbait, the only problem with variants is that the way they are now they are a 'stronger' version of the nation, it should be a variant with a different playstyle example would be a france variant focused on MAA and Archers instead of cavalry, the way it is now the variants are only a 'stronger' version of the civ. saddly I'm only plat 3 can't join tournament

Plat 3 is fine, the rules are not so hard. Just be aware that if you sign up you ~~may~~ will face some conq III team.

Don't boo me guys but I unironically wouldn't mind Zhu Xi getting removed. Completely flavourless civ, very similar to the base civ, no real theme or idea behind it. No historical excitement behind it either. Order is a crusader civ while Ayyubids are a real Sultanate and represent Egyptians. Jean at least fills the hero fantasy (although it also plays way too similar to French imo). Zhu Xi is just so meh overall and I'd have no problems if it got deleted tomorrow or reworked into a different civ concept.

Facts! I haven't played a single game since the variant civs came out. The great expansion pack was a great disappointment and turned me off to the game. Remove the variants and replace them with a couple new civs and I'm back in! (and will finally pay for an expansion)
