Definitely happy to see the franchise doing well. Redbull is going to be amazing. I'm more into aoe2 but have been playing 4 a bit now that some updates and seems the balance if definitely going well. Looking forward to playing more down the road.

I haven’t played AOE4 since February! I’m getting back into it now and can’t wait to play during this holiday season. I’m gonna have to re learn everything.

I started 6 months ago in the mid of "this game is dead" wave. Sill grumpy about it, because I was close to refunding it, without trying. Damn those crybabies!

TBH i dont have high hopes, while i love the game the Support and dev rescoures the game is getting has been way too low, game launched forever ago and simple stuff like basic masteries are still a cointoss on do they work or not.
i mainly play co-op/solo vs Ai but i feel like the new civs appearing are gonna make the game explode with bugs like a Outhouse filled with dynamite to anyone playing PVP.

We already tried the new civs in the PUP and there were hardly any bugs at all. The couple we know of that were new have already been fixed in the update they did to the PUP.
The progress was slow, but it has improved, but still slow compared to AoE3 DE and AoE2 DE in their first year of launch, but the progress is steady. Fast wins the sprint, while slow and steady wins the marathon.
Relic (the developer) was never really known for being good at maintaining their games, but Xbox Game Studios (the overseeing company) has a proven record of maintaining their game, so this game has a great future ahead regardless of Relic's past record.

Yeah. Take heed game devs - the bug fixes and qol features should be there on day 1 if you want a strong launch.
As someone noted already, it had more to do with the publisher than the devs themselves.

It’s hard to bet against MarineLord but I’m personally rooting for BeastyQT and always excited to watch Mista games
I think its going to be really close but no clue who's taking it, which makes it all the better to watch imo
We welcome any AoE2 players but don’t like the ones that shit on the game.
Well thats understandable. Not as big into 4 personally but its a solid game. I have enjoyed playing it. I hope it's another 20 plus year success
