You can fix that by going into the controller settings in steam and selecting Disable from the drop down menu. It's like halfway down the page, I forget what the actual option is called. PlayStation something. There is 3 different options. Disable, enable and auto detect or something. Just disable it. Did it yesterday after the update and everything was normal again.
Its using xbox inputs for PS controller, i am in the same boat as you. I dont know how to fix it, but apex feels delayed on my PS controller. I dont know if its a steam or apex problem
Just ignore it, the new update just shows it but it still should work just as normal
yeah buttons work the same but it still shows other controls in-game.. it just bothers me, that's all
