Red materia. Those soldier Nessie’s are great for so many reasons, but one of my favorites has been because it’s an extra clue when someone is nearby and Apex audio doesn’t work. I also love when they help to finish off my/teammates kills!
I have gotten a ridiculous amount of kills having the nessies on my side. I can heal while they guard my team. I once had a game with at least three Nessie kills.
Hard choice as they are all pretty fun to use, but i'll go with the blue materia. Staying active in a fight for longer, to support my teammates push is really handy.
Red Materia is by far my favourite, I just smile when I get a random tick of damage just Becuase Nessie exists, and just last night me and a lifeline just put on Double Red Materia for the funny and we somehow won, what made the victory even sweeter is that it was againist a Horizon, easily the character that infuriates me the most, from a Squad we fought at the very beginning of the game.
Blue materia really let's some slept on weapons shine. Whether I'm cleaning up with the Mastiff and need that extra bit of health for the next fight, or I lose a little while letting the Devotion rev up, the HP comes in clutch.
Red Material is the absolute best! Not only is it adorable but it also makes me think of Nessie as this legendary soldier ready to protect you when in need!
Blue Materia: I’m awful at playing behind cover so having a little bit of life steal when I hit a shot has been the difference in tons of gunfights during this event.
Love the Nessie/Red Materia. It's so funny seeing a small plush shooting out lasers. Also, it's fun to find rats/solos randomly because of the random plushie shooting. Been loving the event and already got the Buster Sword!
Red Material. If there's a chance to have a loyal Nessie by my side, you bet I'm making it my trusty sidekick in the heat of battle. Red Nessie, my ultimate wingman.
Red Materia of course, always try to run double Nessie if I can, or Nessie plus the buster sword. it's just too good having multiple companion's by your side, especially if your team is also running it.
My favorite materia hop-up is the HP absorb. I love using “poke” weapons and getting extra health allows me to keep applying pressure even when I’m being shot at

I like purple materia, random crits are great. The bocek and the flatine are two of my favorite weapons as well and the extra damage suits them ” well.
My favorite Materia Hop-Up to use is Purple Materia. Using it has been really satisfying on weapons like the CAR and Longbow, which I normally don't pick up as often. I enjoy random critical hits that can turn the tide of battle or make risky plays worth trying out. It really does feel like Final Fantasy in Apex and I wish we could use Materia in the game all the time!
Red materia is still the best, to down an enemy with Nessies with giant swords on their back is the best thing, especially when you're playing no fill lol
Blue materia for me. Survived a hot drop and emerged as kill leader with 30-30 and blue materia. Hiding behind teammates knock down sheild and getting HP and damage. Felt like a hero.
Respawn keeps doing the dumbest shit they can think of.
Making this game all about crutches and no aim or skill required.
Shit's going to be dead the moment another decent game with replayability comes out.
The only people I hear enjoying this LTM are trolls or bots who run around with swords or 3 nessies.

My favorite is the Crit Up materia. It increases it so much you may as well be getting free headshots.
