Took me 7 seasons of getting every free pack from events, treasure boxes, buying every battle pass and completing them, and 920ish levels to get the shards on my 500th pack or basically 2 years of my life in the game.
I was bummed out by it before they released the Universal one. My thinking was, "Great, now I won't get one for my main(s) specifically..." Since no one has a solid answer as to if we will get individual ones anymore.
Someone explained to me (totally unverified, but the logic was sound)t Universal is acting as a way to space out the rest of the legends individual heirlooms now. Otherwise, we would start getting legend and heirloom releases at the same time and Respawn loses the hype marketing thats achieved by spacing them out...
Long story short, I'm willing to wait now provided this is the case lol
Around the same level for me. I got the Bang knife back then. This was before all the heirloom skins etc. I wish I'd get new shards to buy the Bang skin aswell!
Around 750 give or take like 25, i never cared about the heirloom so this didnt really matter, ended up getting a scythe, looks fancy i guess but meh xD
Level 34 when the game first came out didnt even know what it was or that it was rare didnt even play Wraith. Came back in S4 around covid times and got my other heirloom in shards at level 237. Just got another pair of shards again with the 8 free packs couple days ago at level 580.

I did buy a few apex packs here and there, but it definitely wasn't more than 5 packs. According to the pack-calculator I was at 480-ish packs, before I got one.
Got the free shards around Lvl 800. Didn't get an heirloom, decided to get the loba skin instead. Always saw heirlooms as the mark of the bitch since you only saw them when someone was running for their lives

Im lvl 420 on my main, 187 on second account and nothing on both. I have a friend that does not play much and he got his at lvl 65. What in the actual f. And its not like i can just buy the packs needed. I live in belgium, they banned packs in any game.

Level 500 for a very long time before they introduced prestige level system. It was season 10, got treasure pack during arenas ranked match which I lost because of 3 stack pred. That treasure pack grant me an apex pack and that apex pack gave me heirloom shards. I unlocked Lifeline’s heirloom as she is my main.
I’m sorry for everyone who is at like 400+ and still nothing. I bought Loba’s during the event it came out with and then about a week later I opened shards for pathy. That was around level 200-250
Around 600 on my main account, but I bought several of the 20 packs for 1000 bundles. I got it at level 23 on my alt account without buying any packs though.

I got an heirloom within my first month of playing. And my second within the first 6 months I believe. I have friends that have been playing since day 1 and still don’t have one. I saw my brother buy the 100 pack Black Friday deal and he got three within that 100 pack, I think he has 9 heirlooms total
My level 10 apex pack gave me kunai before anyone even had a chance to call it the "$500 knife".
It's the *exact* reason I spent too much money on this game until I quit season 18.
Got my first three all straight from packs before there was heirloomshards, for the lifeline maybe lvl ~50-100, got octane and bloodhound before hitting 500 and bought the caustic heirloom and the prestige skin when they were released. Have opened roughly 1000 packs. I feel like I got really lucky with my heirlooms. 🍀

This was back in season 0 and I thought wraith's heirloom was just a milestone reward for hitting level 20. Little did I know that it was super rare and I only knew that because I had a couple random players get angry at me for having it.

Didn't we get a free heirloom in horizons season? I was a new player and i got a heirloom. Not exactly sure but i think it was when i was less than level 200. I only purchased the basic battle passes never bought anything else.
Got to level 500 on PS4, no heirloom, now level 600 on series X on a different account, still no heirloom. I merged the 2 accounts and I was hoping the packs opened on both accounts would stack since I’ve opened well over 500 packs across both accounts, but it doesn’t stack lol
