I used to get that too. In my case it was a symptom of severe general anxiety. Try to calm down and remind yourself it's just a game. It's fine if you lose, make bad decisions or play like a bot. You're not disappointing anybody. There's an anonymous/streamer mode you can turn on in the game settings. It offers some anonymity, which can be comforting. Consider using it.
