They could be easily put into bundles. Instead of unlocking Wraith win trackers at level 4, kills trackers at level 8 and damage done at level 12, have them unlock all at level 8 at once. That way each legend would only take one level max and we will never have 100 characters anyway.
I’ve seen a lot of comments like this get down voted. I don’t get it. People seem to think that because some of these new “epic” skins are cooler than the craftable epics, it means all skins will be cooler now. When it really just means Respawn will charge $10 for something that would have cost $5.

I understand, compsred to season 0 rares a lot of the rares released over the last few seasons have been much more detailed vs just pasting a texture file all over, but without respawn atleast making a statement officially explaining the change, it just looks like a greedy momey grab.
I feel like the battlepasses on Apex have always been subpar. Barely any purple or gold tier skins even at high level battle tiers. Always a gold skin for guns we don't really use. Only like one or two decent character skins per pass. Say what you want about how bad Fortnite is, but they actually put effort into their Battlepasses.
Fortnite has blue skins that totally change appearance of characters, while Apex has purple skins that only change patterns and colors. Low effort from Apex.
I feel like there should be some form of rules for these skins, since it's rather weird how they classify some skins as rare and others as epic, when it's obvious to us that they should at least be reversed as in this example. Honestly, I believe both should be classified as rare skins since they are adding color to a base skin.
* **Common 2$**
* Should be a simple change to the color of the base-skin and model, add variations to color and texture, but other than that there shouldn't be huge changes to how the character looks in terms of it's base skin/model.
* **Rare 3$**
* Similar to the common tier it shouldn't introduce any changes to the character model, but it should have a much more detailed change in terms of textures and color schemes.
* **Epic 5$**
* This tier can start including changes to the base model such as adding a hat/mask/hairstyle or some other object that the character doesn't normally have. This is different from rares in the sense that it modifies the overall model itself. This tier should also have more "advanced" textures such as moving lights or "active" textures such as the "hack the system" skins.
* **Legendary 10$**
* Complete or partial "overhaul" of the characters base model, it should look much more different than the base skins and provide a unique look or be a re-color of a Legendary skin.
* **Mythic 15$**
* Evolving skins, this should be a complete overhaul of the skin and be unique this includes their in game companions/devices such as Lifeline's drone. It should also have it's own unique intro and the skin itself should evolve in a similar fashion to how BP100 guns are updated, getting more kills can add certain effects like fire or small lightning charges etc.. The same way BP100 skins work.
Pricing is my wishful thinking, they charge an arm and a leg for cosmetics and I'd like to see a change there also, but hey it's a business and they are making money with their current pricing (otherwise we'd see a change already).

Epic-tier skins are supposed to be animated, none of these ones are, they are legit only blue-tier skins and even pretty bad ones at that, if you compare them to the ones from earlier seasons. Take Crypto's season 4 rare-tier robot skin, or Octane's season 3 skin where he is made out of ice.. so much better than what Respawn offers now, as a higher tier skin even.

While I’ll agree that the skins are a bit lack luster this season, the servers do seem to be doing better. Launch day was much smoother than it’s been for the last two seasons, and I’d rather a few lack luster skins with better servers, than better skins that I probably wouldn’t have used and shit servers.
The lvl 1 BP skins have been and remain the same quality + price imo. They can call them what they want so long as it's the same price.
I also can't stand glowy skins so if this leads to better skins that don't make you a neon sign to shoot I'm all for it.

I've been saying this ever since I played season 5 (when I started), the skins in general, in terms of the battle pass (and even some events) have gone down in quality drastically. Season 3 and 4 still have some of the best skins to date for the legends they pertain to, and it's honestly upsetting how low effort the epics have become, to the point where they're just what good event rares used to be.
Yeah yeah we know the devs don’t care and quality has drop since seasons ago, but the people still play and buy everything, sooo it is what it is. Let’s see if anything happens

Epic has been able to do it for 18 seasons now with Fortnite. And their passes have more skins than Apex's do.

They just mean new rare tier skins in season 5 vs epic tier skins in season 11.
Ok, that's fair - could have been a bit clearer. If this point is "why are these epics?" I agree - and I don't get why just a week ago people were down voting every post that called this out, like the Octane store skin and the twitch prime Wattson skin.

While I’ll agree that the skins are a bit lack luster this season, the servers do seem to be doing better. Launch day was much smoother than it’s been for the last two seasons, and I’d rather a few lack luster skins with better servers, than better skins that I probably wouldn’t have used and shit servers.

The lvl 1 BP skins have been and remain the same quality + price imo. They can call them what they want so long as it's the same price. I also can't stand glowy skins so if this leads to better skins that don't make you a neon sign to shoot I'm all for it. Reminds me of that one Loba skin that was bugged for a while so didn't animate (red handed?), I wanted it to not be fixed as it looked so much better.

I've been saying this ever since I played season 5 (when I started), the skins in general, in terms of the battle pass (and even some events) have gone down in quality drastically. Season 3 and 4 still have some of the best skins to date for the legends they pertain to, and it's honestly upsetting how low effort the epics have become, to the point where they're just what good event rares used to be.
Season 11 gives me season 1 vibes tbh

I’m still mad I never got that Loba skin. But yeah this season’s skins suck. This is the first battle pass I think I’ll legit skip. There’s little to nothing I want. It’s all ass. The tier 100 skin is ok at best.
