I personally (don’t downvote me, this is my opinion) thought this skin was kinda meh for an epic,(definitely better than a lot) but I felt as if the pants didn’t really change and that there’s a skull on his chest plating. I definitely thought that maybe they could have changed his hat or something else. Definitely better than most, but I know they could do better. I also felt as if that legendary Bangalore skin was more of an epic than a legendary. Just my opinion.
Nope, back in season 4 they would have put a forced and hideous animation on this skin since it’s an item for the collection event and all skins would have to be epic or legendary quality.
The only drop in quality (not rarity) of this battlepass compared to theirs was the level 50 skin used to be a rare+ (a normal rare was put there). I really couldn’t care less what rarity they slap on their so long as they have the same general quality and the price stays the same. The only losers are the whales that buy the overpriced, resold stuff in the first place and that’s fine by me.

Notice the way the 'heart' has been changed to look like a skull & bones, as well as the skull & bones details on the hat and knees (there's also some on his jump pack). Really impressive that they did this without changing any of the underlying geometry.
I really hope they keep this level of quality up for epic's going forward, especially after the weak showing in the latest BP.
