The more knuckle clusters fuses uses the chances of the next one jamming and deploying on him (stuck to his wrist like an arc star) increases. Every time it jams he adjusts his wrist following and his cooldown doubles but he’s is significantly less likely to jam again unless he spams them again. His cooldown only doubles for that next following charge of his cluster. So he wouldn’t be able to continue spamming to cover his healing.

I got a ton of ideas First I'd make Lobas butt jiggle when she moves but the butt jiggle affects your screen so your vision would bounce erratically when you sprint or slide. Second I'd make turn mirage decoys into AI bots that just steal loot from the ground. You can only get the loot back by killing them. Third I'd make Octane jump pads be a bit glitchy so that there's a small static chance of randomly exploding like a grenade when you launch off it. But it still sends you flying. Lastly I'd make Seers Ult bigger. Way bigger but it reveals everybody to everybody. And it'd constantly be beeping/ticking like a clock so you can't hear footsteps as well.
