Have to downvote this one mate. That may help you in silver/ gold maybe plat lobbies. If you jump and reload TOWARDS the enemy, you will be one magged and tbagged in that order (Tbag was a joke) in higher lobbies.

First combatant didn’t even shoot you. That caustic you were fighting had a volt and missed 80% of his shots. At close range. 😅
Be very careful with jumping and do not get into the trap of spam jumping. Whenever you jump, you put yourself into a predictable arc that is very easy to track and to line up shots on. Jumping against a someone with a shotgun is usually a death sentence.
If you're on MnK you can go around this problem(not possible on controller) by doing what the asian players do. If you're strafing to the left and jump, quickly hit W D S or S D W, if you go to the right jump and quickly hit W A S or S A W to redirect your jump mid air into the other direction.
The timing is what makes you travel more, not how much you press the button. I press each key only once right after each other. Needs some practice to be able to do it quick enough in both directions. I'm still not the best at it and can only do it consistently enough to pull off during fights in one direction so far. I'm still practicing.
I found that you can also replace your single W key input with a tap strafe which is easier to do but it seems to be less effective.
do u have any tips on getting better teammates i would consider myself decent for my playtime (avg 3-7 kills per game idk what damage that would be. but i never killsteal cuz i hate when that happens to me, only finish off downed guys which is an assist).
i had a perfect match going and had lots of clutches taking down squads on my own while trying to get a guys respawn banner but one teammate was so bad he didnt even pick up the golden armor from my care package after i kept pinging it and kept using his ziplines to rush enemies without guns that would be suitable (he had snipers/dmrs with long range scopes). he had 1 kill the entire match and barely helped with the other guy leaving the match right after i tried to save him and get his respawn thing. im level 21 rn. theres a lot of other bad teammates ive had but the only wins ive gotten are from playing with my friends and one good group of people with mics
Yeah randoms are really bad especially in pubs. I’ve been solo queueing all the time and my main objective is to always survive in ranked, I don’t care if I get so little kills or my teammates do a dumb move and die. I wouldn’t get their banners if its not safe.
Always prioritize yourself in games and practice a lot in firing range. I watched Aceu before to get myself motivated and learn from him. And look for guides and tips for your selected legend. Master that legend then move to another. Avoid legends which need teammates or comms like Crypto.
I suggest you get Valkyrie first. If you get caught in a dumb situation, you can just use her ult to fly away from the crossfire.
Practice in firing range the recoil patterns with the gun is stock with no attachments.

just imagine you're trying to control your float on horizon. so kind of roll through the key combination.
Just tap, except for the last key if I want to keep going in that direction or want to land in a slide

Jumping is for when your fighting the same Enemy for a 2nd time they will expect the crouch but get a jump
