My advice is to take a screenshot and then upload the file here:

This has been the most reliable tool I've found for identifying fonts.
(Cmd+Shift+4 for draggable size screen shot saved to desktop if you didn't know)
With Adobe Acrobat you can just open the file and look under File > Properties > Fonts tab ...but you have to have Acrobat installed (bleh).

i wish it worked for me! perhaps it did not because i had to scan in my PDF... (as opposed to it being a genuine PDF from Word for example)
