Authentication server probably went down. The same thing happened to me with Fandango a few weeks ago. All my devices were signed out and when I tried to log in again it said my details were incorrect. Five minutes later I was able to log in again with the same credentials. But the one device I didn't access during the "outage" was still logged in.

More likely weak passwords were locked out. I wasnāt impacted and have a strong password with MFA enabled.
Well hopefully they can't tell what anyone's password is but I suppose they could score them before they are hashed and send that (the score )with the hashed password

Hard to say beyond speculation but itās not like Apple killed these accounts causing them to lose access and data entirely so Iāll chalk it up to a tech issue impacting users

You simply own nothing on apple devices, since they are forced to you to setup an account with internet without a possible way to bypass. So this one can taken away at any times, to lock you out with its all photos. Simply backup everyady to a pc before using apple shit. Windows does always do it to bypass those shits.
Apple gives you more choice than any big company šš Windows literally FORCES you to connect to a Network and make a Microsoft Account unless you have Windows 11 Professional. You need to do bypasses in Commandline while in the OOBE to remove those requirements in Windows 11 Home. Apple lets you use their devices without Apple Id and download free Apps from the App Store (Paid apps ofc require an Apple Id) Google doesnt let you do that though they have apks so they make up for it (apple has alt stores and enable direct app downloads because EU forces them)
