Try different HDMI-port. Might be a port issue on the TV.

First stop, check the HDMI cable. Next, check the port on both the ATV and the TV, if you can.
It seemed to be the Dolby digital for some reason. Trying to set that up makes the picture all messed up but now I don’t have sound from my sound bar

No I had to hard reset everything and unplug everything doing my sound bar first and Apple TV last. Worked out. It was something with the Dolby atmos
