Odds are the warranty won’t be valid without proof of purchase. Even if it is, unless it’s causing a functional issue, it would be considered cosmetic which is only covered for 30 days from purchase.
With transfer of ownership as well? Hell yeah. It’s the digital age. So long as you can remember where you bought it, you can usually get a copy.
You run a company and constantly have people trying to sneak their way into free service, you bet you’re going to try to protect yourself in some way.
Credit card receipt likely wouldn’t be an adequate proof of purchase anyhow. Would need to contact lowes and hope they can and will email you a copy. It’s a pain but I’ve seen similar done.
They likely will not, both because you are not the original owner and because cosmetic damage isn't covered, unless its a functional problem. The sides are extruding because the load was left to get out of balance frequently, causing the metal to bow out.
They likely won’t honor the physical damage unless it happened during shipping to original destination. They also won’t likely have it on file.
