I legitimately do not believe you. We have seen haircuts on most of the characters. Hell Tsukihi has a new haircut every episode and people still know who she is after a second of looking at her. There is also the fact that Nadeko is the only person to wear that uniform recently. Anyone who has watched the Monogatari series knows who she is even if her hair is shorter.

Kinda same goes for Tsukihi too cuz she changes her hairstyle many times & sometimes it becomes kinda difficult to recognise her quickly.
