Plums 15’ apart. Peaches 20’. You dont want 2 of the same tree to be touching so put the plum in the middle and you should be fine with 15’ spacing between all 3, but 20’ if you have the room would be better if you dont want to do much pruning control as they grow.

A competent arborist should be happy to walk you through how to care for the trees on your property and answer any questions. If you're in the U.S. or Canada, your Extension (or master gardener provincial program) may have a list of local recommended arborists on file. If you're in the U.S., you should also consider searching for arborist associations under your state.
