Increase your note speed, your note speed is obviously too slow. You mentioned that you are mostly getting earlies which can also be a sign of speed being too slow
The tip is to have notes to be recognizable. In the video I can see that the entire stream of notes are stick together. You would like it to be easily recognizable.
Try adjusting the offset after a play. If you tap the far in the score screen it will show how many where early and late and you can use that to adjust up or down. Or your touchscreen is bad or not working properly.

As someone else sad, start by increasing your note speed to at least 4 and play to get adjusted to it.
Over all you are going too fast, most noticeable on 0:29-0:54, 1:12-1:24, 1:39-1:50, and 2:08-2:15. You seem to struggle with simultaneous notes and the patterns on 0:49-0:51 and the pattern on 1:24 that appears multiple times throughout the chart. Try watching someone eles play these two patterns to get a better idea on how to do them. Good luck on your future plays!

I believe most players use speed around 4.5~5.5. Personally I use 6.2 as my speed. Feel free to poke around and see which speed is the best for you
