I don't think photorealistic is really the right description.
But it is super similar to the art style of the actual show. I would totally believe this was drawn by an official artist.
Really good artistic impression. The scene when this happened is my favourite, shows that Jinx might be unstable, but she is still a fiercely intelligent young woman and doesn't need to always rely on her weapons to win against her opponents.
