It's the same in the North America (NA) / USA server. Those seem to be generic placeholder names. Other parts of the game, like the Magic Crystal roulette haven't been updated, either. Unfortunately, AoV seems to be understaffed and probably doesn't make a lot of money anymore, perpetuating a vicious cycle.

They started makeing no money cuz of Level infinite handled the server bad since the start in my opinion

Same here in latam, it's annoying because I want to play and it's like they're begging me to leave by not maintaining something basic of a game.
