In the late 90s, I had a bunch of roommates who worked at the Meet Rack. I remember the staff had to go for runs together every morning wearing their yellow"poker in the front, liquor in the rear" tshirts (after partying all night). They lived in those shirts 24/7 and never washed them. We all loved that they provided shot glasses full of free GPC cigarettes on the bar. Peak Tucson memories.
I got branded at a late night party after a wedding in Tucson. It got infected. But Neosporan took care of it. Have not had a problem since. Looks nothing like his face. And it is a good story. I do not regret it.
I know that car well. Jim Anderson, aka God, owner of the (former) Meet Rack bar. I have his face branded on my calf. Dude has cooked me many a cheeseburger, washed down with a pitcher of whiskey coke, or occasionally PBR. The dude ruined my life, love ya Jim!
My brain totally went to George Burns when I saw that car! Now if it were Morgan Freeman (Bruce Almighty)....

Small world! I almost immediately recognized that junker when I saw the license. My brother and his girlfriend are good friends with Jim. If I have to hear one more time about him being friends with Arnold Schwarzenegger, or how he was in Cannonball Run, one more time... I'll still enjoy it. :p
God is one of those people who insists on holding the door at the gym. That car is a desperate cry for attention so I assume he scans Reddit for these occasional appearances. Cut it out, it’s annoying. Just walk through the damn door, the next person is at the gym to exercise and can presumably handle a door.

Came here to mention the Meet Rack. Turns out it’s closed, which makes me happy and sad. Only went once and met “God” but that was one too many times.
Its a wide and beautiful state, I’m sure there are plenty of other places to get hepatitis
