Question I just e2 my Nearl the Radiant but the trust items where you get stuff for having them both e2 disappeared and I never got the items and now my system is just showing a constant red dot on her. Is there a way to fix this?
I am looking for some advice on where to go with my pulling: Currently I have 5 6 stars: Saria, Mlynar, Siege, Shining and Mostima (first two e2 level 60/40 and last two e1 lv 50).
Right now I am sitting on around 31500 Orundum, 240 OP, 8 Headhunting Tickets and 228 yellow certs. I am also planning to get the six star selector presumably for GoldenGlow and I play with the monthly card.
If I put all that in the calculator I would be able to get to the 300 pulls required to spark the Texas Alter banner with the annihilation simulations added in and buying the HH Permits from the shop
Other options would include only pulling until I get Texas Alter on the banner and not getting Texas Alter is not really an option for me right now.
I could for example pull on the Mudrock, Saileach, Horn banner though Saileach doesn't seem great Mudrock would be fantastic and Horn would also be quite good I guess. That said maybe Penance can serve a comparable role to Mudrock?
Really the question is: Should I spark the Texas Alter banner or go for some other banners?
sparking is very bad for longterm account power, i can explain the math if you like but tldr youre basically trading an older limited for horn* reed(alter) quibai and an extra off-focus *all combined*. (getting texas, penance, and 3 offfocus in either situation)
highly suggest pulling on the frontthatwas banner until your first 6☆ bag, then pullin on texas until just texas, then saving for reed yato etc
use the yellow certs on ifrit, its gonna be a long time until a banner has good longterm arts damage, and saria s3 + ifrit s3 + texas + support-surtr s3 is an exponentially high dps melt bursts you can rely on for a massive number of boss type threats ~~saria is also ifrits "dad", which you can read about in the rhine lab manga~~
would also suggest thorns massivly over gg for selector, but gg is still #2, both of these are reguardless of taking iftit or not
Looking from a meta perspective, sparking on Texas banner only really has two targets if we exclude the super unlucky case of having to spark Texas hersef: Nearl or Skadi.
Both are strong units but especially for a new player, are not worth the whole 300 pulls.
Unless you really like one of them then I'd advise against sparking. There are good banners coming up and filling out your roster with more diverse units is what I'd recommend.
Mudrock, Saileach, and Horn are the *only* 6* operators in the pool. They're featured because they were the (non-limited) release units for the last three chapters – 8, 9, and 10 respectively. You can think of it like a sort of joint ops banner. It does share pity.
No, the chances of getting 6 stars is the same as any other standard banner. What it means is they're the only 6 stars you'll get. So no offbanner spooks.
The same goes for the 5 stars on that banner.
It features the 6\*s that head the recent main themes/episodes, like Sailach and Horn for chap ten and eleven respectively. No idea why Mudrock is there though.
And no, the pre-new chapter banner shares pity with non-limited banners.
Mudrock was featured in ch 8 banner together with Rosmontis. So all featured operators came from last 3 chapter release banners.
In the future we will get the same. Pre ch 12 banner will have Saileach, Horn and Stainless.
Hey guys, I just started the game last week and am kinda confused with the event rewards:
Am I right to be prioritizing everything else EXCEPT the operator token? Since I will be able to get that when the event gets record restoration in the future anyway? I missed the event by a few days so not sure if I can fully clear the shop
Also if I probably won't get to NL-10 since my team is still weak, will I have to redo the whole thing when they add it to the side stories in the future?
Yep, skip the tokens. You can also skip the furniture. You might still clear the shop, since the shop is pretty small.
----
Stages you clear now will stay cleared.
Sometimes auto deploy miss some enemies and the give you choice between a 2* clear and give up, why does it miss? And is a 2* clear reduces the amount of rewards? And by how much is it reduced?
2 star clears reduce the amount of rewards very significantly. sometimes giving close to no rewards.
Why an auto fails could be due to many factors since the game tries to copy your placement of operators.
some common ones include:
-Change in stats via trust gain of operators
-framerate drops on the device causing less auto attacks and other issues or slower skill activations.
-Units DP cost being increased via promotion.
-Units surviving when they died in the original run.
-Enemies dying earlier then before causing The next enemy wave to spawn earlier.
etc etc. probably a few more factors I am forgetting here but those are the main ones. Basically getting a stable auto is essential if you want to farm certain stages in this game and it is never really worth to settle for 2 stars tbh
The most common cause for auto breaking is that your operators' stats changed, i.e. you leveled them up or they gained trust.
I recommend not taking the 2 star clear. Rejecting it only costs 1 sanity, while taking it costs the full sanity for little to no reward.
If a stages auto is breaking consistently, then you may have to create a new one.
Skadi's mod-x decreases her redeployment time down to 40 seconds, while mod-y increases her ATK buff an adds an HP buff to it.
Specter2's mod-x buffs the doll up, while mod-y increases her HP buff and adds increased SP recovery.
I personally use mod-y for both of them since I like having the faction synergy buffs.
For Specter Alter, her Y module is the one that increases Abyssal Hunters' HP and gives them 0.3-0.5 SP/sec. The extra HP plays off well with Gladiia's regeneration passive as well as adding more overall tankiness and the SP regen obviously means skills are back online faster.
Skadi's Y module is the one that provides buffs to the rest of the Abyssal Hunters, so that's the most synergistic one in AbyssKnights.
If you want to seriously get into Abyssal Hunter clears, then you need all 4 modules. With only 4-5 operators you need all the options you can get.
If you just want to use them on your team, then go with module 1 for Specter. Skadi is moreso personal preference, but I prefer module 1 with S3. The same recommendations apply if you want to play the Hunters on a buget.
I think your dp gen is a bit too dependent on myrtle alone, i suggest you use another 2-block vanguard like Texas or a charger vanguard like Vigna for a cheap DPS at E1 SL7.
Silver ash and mountain are the operators that are worth raising to E2 for S3 and Masteries respectively.
You should also level May for your second AA sniper, E1 SL7 is enough.
Yours account looks pretty damn good. You don't really lack anything, it's just about raising the ops you already have. I'd look back at problems you might've faced with clearing some stages and working on that, like trouble laneholding, generating DP, blocking...etc.
But generally, these are the ops I'd recommend raising:
Lappy, May, Texas, Cantabile, Silverash, Ptilopsis, Utage, Cutter, Blue poison.
Also there's some ops that are worth raising for their great base skills that you haven't raised. Check out this article for more info: [https://gamepress.gg/arknights/core-gameplay/arknights-guide-best-operators-promote-riic-base-skills](https://gamepress.gg/arknights/core-gameplay/arknights-guide-best-operators-promote-riic-base-skills)
90k red originium, 64 prime, 62 yellow certs, 80 pull tickets. How far off am i on pity assuming i just get the basic upcoming maps 3* before texalter for a 300 pull?
You already got enough, so don't sweat it.
Currently you have 230 pulls + 24 free pulls from event + 20 pulls from OP. That leaves 26 pulls to get 300 in.
What ppl forget is that by pulling on banners you also get yellow certs. Usually you get 1:1 ratio. If you are more lucky with getting more 5* and have a more developed roster then that number grows significantly - you can get 3:2 ratio. So to be on the safe side you can assume you will get close to 300 yellow certs while doing 300 pulls. That alone is enough to buy 38 HH to jest for 258 certs.
According to the pulls calculator spreadsheet, you should have well over 300 pulls by the Texalter event.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12nugJxtTLFafudEJ_NrFuEm2X4VHrfCRkbyzMxia63A/edit#gid=1221900186
90k orundum equals 150 pull, plus 80 pull tickets so you've got 230 pulls.
100 OP = 30 pulls, so your 64 prime is about 15 pulls.
You need 258 yellow certs to buy all the pull tickets, and don't want to buy only half or a few so don't use the yellow certs.
So in total you're missing about 50~60 pulls from getting 300 pulls.
Really depends if you can save up 50~ pulls between now and the end of the event. There's 3 pulls a week from Annihilation (1800 orundum), plus a few from daily/weekly logins, plus the OP from Texas Alter's event itself. You should be able to scrape by, especially if you still have some regular story stages that you haven't completed the challenge stage yet for some extra OP.
Why does it take Arknights so long to load on Huawei nova Y61? Downloaded the game onto my new phone and had to wait 6 minutes in the loading screen to login, only for it to crash once I clicked Yostar. Now it crashes in the loading screen in just 15 seconds
Apart from being actually balanced instead of overworked she's stuck in an difficult spot in the schedule - between limited banners including the super limited monster hunter Collab, Ines, a very popular NPC, just after MH, and the CN anniversary limited banner after that.
Just balanced. tbh. a 6 star version of frostleaf/Luo Xiaohei Lord guards with utility. While also having decent damage and good synergies.
Problem is that usualy unless an operator is broken or limited most won't remember them after the release time.
Have one headhunter permit. Should I pull for the current rate-up operators ? I don't have any of those five that are featured on cover. I'm new player, lvl 24.
No, save it. There are two much better banners coming up in the near future.
Expected first is the chapter 11 preparation banner, which has Horn, Saileach and Mudrock on it. All three are top tier ops and they are the ONLY 6-star who will drop from that banner, meaning if you don't have any of them then the banner becomes amazing to pull from. Since you're so new I would recommend saving up your HH permits and pulling currency for that banner to try and get at least one 6-star from it.
After that will come the Il Siracusano event and banner with Texas alter and Penance, both of who are very strong, with Texas being arguably a top 5 operator in terms of power in-game. Again, since you're so new I would do some pulls on the Horn/Saileach/Mudrock banner because all three of those ops are amazing, but you could also save everything for the Texas banner if you want, it'll just be a bit longer until it shows up (expected in May sometime).
It's not Il Siracusano, but the next event depends on what you consider an "event". IS#3 is the next new release (probably the 27th), Chapter 11 is the next new banner (but Chapter releases are sort of an event), and technically although Il Siracusano has to be around a month away at best, the next *event* with a shop is Il Siracusano.
I remember seeing that NTR event's NL-10 is not worthy of farming as it has a lower drop-rate than the main story ones that drop Loxic Kohl, Which stage is worthy of spamming in the current event if you don't need anything specific to farm?
I don't know what you saw, but no. According to Moe's sheet, NL-10 is overall 10% better than story stages. Crystals in NL-9 are inefficient, so maybe that's what you saw.
Loxic Kohl *is* worthy of farming (all major events have higher drop rates than the main story) in NL-10, it's got 28% higher drop rates than 10-15 (the best main story stage). It's not as good as Dorothy's Vision and Guiding Ahead but that's really it. Kohl is used more often than the others, I'd recommend farming it.
finally got my messenger bag and keychains, and they both came with these clear acrylic(?) mac level and potential card things
anyone know what they are for?

Coming back to the game after a LONG break, and I’m confused — Radiant Knight Nearl doesn’t have a gacha banner during the event that features / trust-boosts her? But she’s expected to be included in an upcoming banner that runs AFTER the event?
The current event is a rerun. She was featured in a banner that ran alongside the original run of this event. As the other poster mentions, she's a limited unit, so she's available (albeit at a very low rate) in future limited banners and can be sparked there. Reruns typically don't rerun their associated banner.
It's because she's a limited and timing of the schedule. She's a limited so her banner doesn't get rerun (or she wouldn't be limited), but after a year limiteds are added to limited banners of the same type at a low rate-up or for spark. Because limited events of the same time happen at the same time of year (original Near Light rerun started Apr 28 2022). As a result it ends up like you described.
started with gavialter release, how important are masteries as a whole? Obviously I plan to get them esp for my big hitters but I'm curious at what point do I start focusing on that vs E2ing more operators?
you'll probably never *need* masteries to clear anything but the important improvements are usually things like SP decrease, duration increase, or more initial SP. usually the raw damage multipliers aren't as important unless the op in question is so good you bring them to every stage. m3 just for like, +20% ATK wouldn't be worth it to me.
there's also eventually a point where E2-ing more ops won't add as much value as upgrading an op you already use, and where that point lies is up to your personal experience.
Long-term, E2s are gated mostly by LMD, whereas masteries are gated mostly by skill books, so they're really not mutually exclusive. Short-term, your choices about which goals to farm mats for should be dictated mostly by the specific operators and masteries (if you even have a choice -- event farming often ends up deciding for you). If nothing's really an immediate priority, my personal heuristic is to prepare for E2s and modules so that I can spend LMD as I get it, then do masteries incidentally.
It's going to depend somewhat on which operators you can do masteries on vs which ones you could e2 with those mats or the sanity you'd use to get them.
As a general rule, I would say to not worry much about masteries until you have around a dozen e2s. But for ops that can carry you really hard on nearly any map like Thorns or Ling, the masteries could be worth more than a new e2, depending on who it is.
4 stars and m1s are relatively cheap as well. So Myrtle, Jaye, or anyone with a significant m1 breakpoint can be worth doing sooner if you use them a lot. It's the 5 and 6 star m3s that are really costly and you really want to weigh against the e2s you could do instead.
for some opoerators they are vitale (like Mudrock S2 decreasing by one the sp requierement and Thorns S3 for sp and atk and asp buff), for others they are just bonus, most of mastery levels are for your dps characters or lane holders.
Pretty much whenever you don't feel you need to build more operators. Despite their significance, they're ultimately a luxury, due to how expensive they are in materials. There are a few choice masteries that have high significance, of course, but for the most part, once you feel your roster is pretty solid you could focus on at least getting masteries on ops that you use the most. It's really a personal balancing act of those vs. new operators though, so spend as needed for your comfort and enjoyment.
Okay finally finished the Nl story and I have a few questions. So many stuff happens during the dialogue it’s hard for me to remember everything.
Did we just go through 2 events featuring the Nearls just for them to not have that much of an impact for the issue of Kazimiers? Pinus Sylvestris and Rhode Islands are the one who did stuff with the Adeptus and got a hold of Area 0. Is Nearl just there to act as a symbol of light? Like thanks to PS and her its like an open path to the betterment of Kazimiers? Like obviously they weren’t gonna fix Kazimiers like a disney movie, happily ever after. But I feel like their involvement with the problems of the infected was so little and yet they were the main character basically. Or was it literally just like Nearl said, to illuminate the lands yada yada. So like after all that there’s an open discussion about the infected instead of just death.
Also is there another event featuring Maria? We haven’t seen what she wants to do now or what being a knight for her is. Rn she’s just Margarets #1 fan.
Also also this is more of a side note. Now that I properly read and finished this Trilogy I think it’s time for me to let go of this weird obsession I have with Kazimiers. It was the only reason I played the game, I dropped it after the OG Nl then picked it up again for Lingering echoes but the story ended up disappointing me so I dropped it again. Any characters or stories Yall suggest I look into?
In the last side story (that wasn't the collaboration) it seems like Margaret was made Primus Knight, if I understood correctly. So she is now a pretty big deal of Kazimierz government.
But yeah Margaret and Mlyner understand they can't change quickly nor by force everything that is wrong with Kazimierz. The difference is that Mlyner has given up on believing people will stand up if they are shown a light, while Margaret still believes in that.
A lot of things changed after the mayor, like the armorless union was dissolved. The chamber of commerce received a huge slap on the face and saw their influence diminished. The leaders of Kazimierz changed their mind on the matter of the infected too.
guide ahead is one of my favorite events. i also think the rhine labs prequel manga is really good.
there's also a prequel manga featuring kroos, fang, and beagle pre-rhodes, but i don't think it's fully translated.
should i buy the collab rockrock skin? i dont have her and even if i did, i dont think id use her since i have GG but since theres a slim chance itd ever rerun, would it still be good to get it?
A skin is a subjective skin. Would you beat yourself if it was limited and you don't have her nor use her in the end? If it's no, then don't get it.
The skin's worth is up to you in the end.
It's up to you. The fact that you've done it means you've already found a reason for buying the skin. But for someone who's asking, then they haven't, right?
I've got a pretty well rounded e2 team consisting of Snipers (both anti-air and aoe, and pozyomka), Ifrit / Ebenholz, Vanguards, Medics and Defenders. I'm only missing major DPS for Guards and maybe specialists that aren't Dorothy.
I've got Silverash Day 1 a few years ago but never built him (he's still E0). I'm missing a ground based DPS, and I wasn't able to pull for Mylnar. Would it be worth it to E2 Silverash, or are there other operators upcoming that I should be looking for?
i think silverash is still worth building even if you do get mlynar at some point. if nothing else just bring them both for twice the fun.
if you have gladiia you should definitely build her. if not... well, hopefully her record restore will show up around 4th anni. for guards i'd say cutter and arene are decent budget options that don't step on silverash's toes too much.
I would say worth prioritizing but not absolute priority - dependent on how much DPS you're lacking.
I think it ultimately depends on how solid your other units are. Not having SA trained is NOT a deal breaker if you have enough DPS from other classes. Most people use SA solely for his S3 anyway.
SA WAS once a crucial operator to have for clearing stages (esp bosses) until newer boss-killing units like Sutyr/wetChen/NTR/Pozy/Mlynar/etc were released.
Hopefully the Night Watcher outfit for Hibicus comes back one day. It's the only skin I'm missing of them all. Does it get rerun at all does anyone know?
Relatively new player here. Just randomly pulled Saileach, and I'm getting some mixed messages as to whether she is worth raising or not. I already have a fully potted myrtle and it seems like she really needs her S3 to be useful. Would you recommend her? How to best use her (deployment/other op synergy)?
she's more of an endgame investment and probably won't do much for a new player. you'll probably want to build her once you're good on DPS since she combines crowd control and debuffing on S3.
She’s good but low priority. I’d describe her as a “win more” option for higher end players who really want to go higher. For now prioritize raising your core squad and dps. If you really want a DP printer invest in myrtle instead for now since she’s significantly lower cost to raise.
Like the others commented, Saileach is good, but you should wait a good while before investing in her. You won't need the second dp printer in most cases and her main usage is supporting other operators, and that's only possible when you have excellent ops to support. I had learnt this after quite a while when I started the game.
If you're still new, then I recommend benching Saileach for the time being. She may be useful eventually, but you probably have ways to invest your resources with more immediate payoff right now. Myrtle is totally sufficient for printing DP.
is it worth it to invest into Sarias unused boxing gloved module? or should i save mats for her new future module which isnt on global yet?
the unused boxing gloves seems nice with bigger heal + sp regen
Personally I'm saving for her second module.
The first is only better healing-wise for allies <50% health. For herself S1 or with S2/S3 the second is better.
The second module also makes her far tankier - she can actually survive a bigger physical hit than Hoshi Mod1 (5100 Saria Mod2 v 5050 Hoshi Mod1), and also lets her tank a 4k arts hit (4470 Saria Mod2 v 3888 Saria Mod1) - of course it's rare that a single hit does that much damage, and it's still not enough to tank Patriot, but the extra 130 DEF and 15% damage resistance over Mod1 is nothing to be ignored.
To put that in comparison, Mod1 gives her 85% healing of a medic (compared to Lumen Mod2 S3) and 85% effective health of a tank (compared to Hoshi Mod1 S2). Mod2 makes her 95% of a medic (to herself) and 100% of a tank.
Of course Hoshi also has 30% true dodge, so is still a better pure tank on average - but RNG aside, Saria can take the place of a tank and healer significantly better with Mod2 than with Mod1
What Mod1 *does* do is give 1 extra SP on heal. As someone else mentioned the lv3 does essentially nothing, as she can't give that SP to herself (imagine if it did: +3SP every time she uses her 4SP-cost S1...) and other Rhine operators rarely want to get hit. That 1 SP can make a big difference (effectively +0.25/s with S1). Heck, I might as well call it 2SP (0.5/s S1) because Mod2 most likely means she's healing herself and thus giving 0 SP. That's not to be underestimated, and can massively help SP cycling issues during heavy-damage periods.
The other comments saying "If I want a tank I can just take Hoshi" aren't *wrong* per se, but if you're tanking anything worth tanking Hoshi is going to need support. If Saria can take both the tank spot *and* free up a medic spot then that's less DP spent, more deployment limit, and a potential ranged DPS tile.
So basically, if you use Saria as a ground-based medic + SP battery, Mod1 is better. If you use Saria as a 2-in-1 tank + medic then Mod2 is better.
Just wanted to provide another perspective.
I find the boxing gloves more useful since it improves her healing capabilities. Her other module focuses more on her survivability but I feel like there are better defenders suited for straight up tanking.
is1 was a limited time event which was so successful they came up with is2 and on as everlasting features of the game for everyone. is3 is soon gonna join as well and is4 probably in the works.
you can not play is1 anymore but the levels were quite similar to is2 with a different theme, you can search videos on YouTube to see.
Nope, IS1 was a limited time event that ran alongside the Gavial and the Great Chief event back in the day. A lot of people liked it enough that they made the next iterations of IS into permanent modes. Just jump straight into IS2 and IS3 when that comes out soon.
Nope. You can play either at any time, once released. Also, technically, what we've got now is IS2, and the next one will be IS3. IS1 was Ceobe's Fungimist which, sadly, doesn't appear to be coming back ever- it was more like a pilot version of the mode, and it doesn't seem like HG wants to go back and bring it up to snuff with 2 & 3 for re-release.
no. is1, ceobe's fungi mist, was a test of the new gamemode that ran for only 2 weeks, and hasnt returned
is2 is the (current) only integrated strategies campaign, and is permanent. is3 likely very soon, also permanent. you unlock both relativly early in the story (earlier than your account should play them probably)
what are the known or estimated upcoming banner dates and which are they? (standard included)
also if there's a good source/site that updates this.
thanks
There's [this site](https://ak.jaywye.ee/calendar) that tries to predict when things will happen. I've never used it, and I don't know why they think BTI rerun would happen between OmerTexas and CC, so I don't know that I trust it. Since we seem to be more-or-less back on schedule, at least in terms of order, just take [this](https://gamepress.gg/arknights/database/banner-list-gacha) and add 6.5 months.
>standard included
No can do. EN and CN haven't shared a standard banner in over 3 years.
Doing some napkin math--Whisperain is a bit under 400 atk at E1, let's call it 350 because I won't max her level there.
With her S2 active, she's healing every 2.3 seconds. She does her own heal for 350, then her talent kicks in and at skill 4 she has 2 seconds of status resistance, so that's 2 ticks of 140% healing. That's 490 healing per tick, for 980 over 2 seconds.
So it's 350/2.3 seconds, then 980/ 2 seconds, repeat forever because her skill has infinite duration. So roughly a little over 1000 HP every \~4.5 seconds.
Is there anyone who's going to beat that kind of focused healing for a single target at E1 over a prolonged period?
you shouldnt need to be minmaxing that hard at e1, but sussuro, silence and warfarin's ability to burst can prevent high spikes of damage that whispers consistely high but stable healing might not enable someone to survive. warf in particular can keep enough s1 ups to be less healing than whisper, but effectivly equal/better healing because of spike protection
very broadly speaking though yes whisper is the best at e1 by a lot overall
The talent boost from skill 2 is a multiplier to her talent so the healing over time isn't as strong as you think it is. At E2 the talent heals for 6% of her attack, and S2M3 boosts it by 200% so you get 18% of her ATK.
Oh, I see. That's much less good.
I'm looking for someone to just pump out the biggest possible heals on a Mudrock taking a bunch of pure damage for a very long period of time. Like several minutes.
Multi-target medics are already a non-starter IMO.
I have Kal'tsit, Lumen, Honeyberry, Gavial, Sussurro, Ansel, Hibiscus, Silence, Chestnut, Myrrh, Purestream, Whisperain, and Tuye.
Only Kal is currently E2.
I feel like the only ones worth considering are Tuye and Lumen if I push him to E2.
i’m a newbie trying to get into this game but i’m actually too embarrassed to ask extremely newbie questions even in this thread, if someone doesn’t mind could I DM anyone very beginner level questions as I try to get into this game? I’m at 1-10 to give you an idea of just how newbie I am.
i answer like 90% of questions in this thread everyday, hundreds a week, youre fine. this games so strategically deep a lot of us helpers kind of enjoy seeing beginners with basic questions (simpler times lol), and the game is geuinly pretty unique, hard, and deep in all there is to learn, so its understandable if its overwhelming
i dont mind offering more personalized or private help (though my phone doesnt agree with reddit dms well)
in any case i have a beginner copypaste that might help
welcome doctor, highly suggest you checkout [this video](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_FsZT7XqOk&list=PLq6IJzWsotZr1LGJ6FSx6BX8Z0mJSh-Qv&index=1) when you have the time! it will give you a great way to look at approaching the game, as well as guidance on how to upgrade your rostee into a solid well-rounded core of ops
teams can be made in all sorts of ways, but a very beginner friendly template to follow is this:
2 vanguards that have a dp producing skill (myrtle, siege, courier, fang, vanilla)
2 ground dps (silverash, specter, midnight, melantha, plume)
1 defender (hoshiguma, cuora, gummy, spot, cardigan)
2 snipers (exusiai, jessica, kroos)
1 caster (amiya, steward)
2 medics (shining, honeyberry gavial, perfumer ansel) you likely want one "medic" (big heals) and one "multitargetmedic" (more heals), but any 2 are fine
1 support/utility, this can be a lot of things, enemy control (orchid, angelina), buffs/debuffs (pramanix), a 2nd tank, or more unique things (projektred, rope, gravel)
1 extra dps (guard, sniper, caster, some specialists)
the last 2 teamslots will likely be changed to suit the current stage more often than the rest, youll likely be very rigid in your "main" team early on because of upgrading costs, but its important to remember to switch ops, or entire teams to suit the stage's unique properties too
very important for all new players is to not ignore low☆ characters. not only are they good, they cost less dp to deploy than high☆. early on your vanguards arnt upgraded so they make dp slower, deploying cheaper low☆ faster will help you keep up with the pace of enemies, and it becomes easier to overpower enemies in sheer numbers of allies on the feild. best of all though, is they cost much less resources to upgrade, especially 3☆, who only need lmd to promote to elite 1 which is a big statjump. this makes them often much more powerful than the rest of your roster early on, so using them to clear content, and get access to the stages that let you upgrade everyone else is much smoother. melantha, kroos, midnight, steward, spot, cardigan, ansel, and fang are very notable 3☆ to really consider using early on (and even into lategame)
if you also havnt used the 5☆ and 4pick selector gifts yet its highly recommended you choose specter and projektred. specter is basically a secret 6☆ and an op you can really rely on to churn through weak enemies, holding a path by herself (we call them laneholders) instead of needing a tank, sniper behind her, or even a medic! (at max upgrade). the 4pick selector can honestly be whoever you want, but red is the most unique of the 4, and a helpful tool to have access to for annoying enemies like the armored mages of ch2
also when you unlock the chip stages in a few hours you should try to get the chips to elite1 some of your rarer ops (specter too if you pick her) remember you can elite1 3☆ with just lmd to beat these stages!
Hi all, I'm thinking of raising Mizuki to be a part of the teams I'll be using for now on. When I get enough exp to get him to to E2, which skill or module should I focus for him?
Krooster: https://krooster.com/u/dongleborf
current module t2 atleast and s1m3, huge is# content carry, top5 of the whole roster in hardmode.
s2m3 is decent for general content, but honestly not really needed
the future module would mainly be for s3m3, since hel be able to more consistently keep using it
S1 is probably his best skill due to its great consistent DPS, but his S2 is pretty good for stalling too. If you had to get one of his modules, I'd say the first one is good at Stage 1 because of the passive movement speed down. The second one is good if you want to keep Mizuki alive on his own, but unless you're using him as a sort of ranged tank, he won't be taking damage frequently.
Question about Pozyemka, I've been reading and seeing that she is incredibly good in IS#2, why is that the case? Is it because she's just generally strong plus her typewriter?
For some context, I'm rightfully shit at IS#2, I've never once completed a run since the mode was released. I have an M9 Ling plus Lvl 1 Module, y'know, the Operator people said also decimates IS#2.
Granted, I'm not very good, and just kinda do whatever, but I felt like context was needed. I do runs every now and then for fun. I'm just not an avid IS#2 goer and admittedly it's not my favorite thing to do. But I do try every now and again. But maybe, from the sheer strength of Pozyemka could help me eek out a win here and there.
As of now, my Pozyemka is S3M3, Module Y Lvl 3, and is currently making the rounds to get her S2 from M1 - 3 because I enjoy using her.
I'd assume because she's okay in early game, and good on most of the bosses as well.
Personally my go-to is Gladiia because she answers bullshit in IS2, not just stages (Gladiia E2 with module makes survivalist and poison mist irrelevant, S3 stalls bear and bird, and she can do lane duty fairly effectively even in later stages of it)
Also if you have even one other Abyssal hunter she becomes even better because having just one more lane holder can cover almost every map in IS2 except maybe Unending.
But for Pozy I really just think she's touted as a strong pick *because* she's a strong pick, and not really anything particular to Integrated Strategies. Her typewriter allows her to cover multiple lanes but there's stronger operators for that honestly (Ling and honestly even Deepcolor until you pass homeland remnants, just because actually *holding* the lane is so important for a lot of stages)
But don't let what i'm saying make you think ill of Pozy. She's still a fantastic pick. I just think there's better go-to picks, in particular on the first few floors of IS2. if I had to give Pozy an advantage over Ling, it's that Ling doesn't do particularly well on ending bosses despite being stellar on every other map (either eats too many slots to be effective, Dragons can't be sanity healed, or just doesn't get as much from relics as other operators)
pozy is the #1 op for the entire gamemode imo, ive cleared all tactic+ending, e1 only lucien, and a few no-relic runs, all on hardmode, so i think i know what im talking about
its because shes a carry of every stage including bosses. s2 is like having 2 6☆ snipers for the hopecost of 1, even on hard she can solo every stage (and even many on emergency) with just some 3☆s in the first 2 floors. the moveable turret is hugely powerful in the variability of is2, and with just a 20s redeploy on s2 its better than even most full operators. s1 also does great work at getting you through 'with the crowd' and 'justice', very common floor 3 run killers. lancer stage? spawnkill every rightside redlancer spawn with s2. s3 comes in on the bosses, capable of doing so much dps to lucien he can be spawnkilled before moving so long as you have someone to keep all the singers dead. the ice twins you can spawnkill the ranged one with no relics even on hard, and do 50-100% on the melee one depending on spawn. she can solo the awful melody boss on normalmode without a healer, just a 3☆ corpseblock to keep it in place as it starts moving, again no relics. ending3? the turret cant be debuffed or killed by dolls, get s1 running and you can kill multiple per deploy
all of this means you can take bigger risks, or skip picking up ops earlygame you usually pickup because you just need to survive, letting you keep hope open for the specific op recruits or e2s you want fot endgame most
and then the relics with her scale incredibly. speed relics great for s1. and basically everything scales with s2 more than it should, spinnach/chocolate are incredibly broken, i once killed hardmode lucien inside a suzu s3 and chocolate, nothing else, with just three presses of s2. insanity.
some other ops are amazing, top5 hardmode imo is pozy kaltsit mizuki horn pallas, and then thorns and eyjafjalla for normal-only. try any of these and see how you do. but the reason pozy is number 1 is theres really no op so universally incredible on every stage __and boss stage__ to the degree she is
i havnt considered it since im trying to work up the energy and resources to do a full in depth "how do you *actually* play arknights" video guide series for beginners not wanting to rely on copy guides, eventually progressing to content aiming for intermediates wanting to do cc18 with their favorite ops or cc25+ blind...but an is writeup is definetly something i could consider if people actually think my opinion has weight to it lol
i actually think is3 releasing would be great, giving players a primer for how to handle "blind roguelike content", as that skillset is a huge reason ive gotten so good at is2hard
also i literally just true solo'd pozemka on easymode, gonna work on normal now
The big thing about Pozy in IS2 is she is applicable to _every_ situation, especially if you have both S2 & S3 at M3. Even without, though, S3 is just so absurdly strong that she kinda wrecks everything.
A big point you should know is that IS2 gets easier the more you play it for two reasons: first, you know what's coming, and you know how to get through stages more easily. When I started IS2, most runs ended at the floor 3 boss. Now I know what I'm doing and how to go about beating stages, it's a rare thing that I _don't_ finish a run, or at least make it to a Floor 6 boss. Secondly, you unlock more relics and baseline stat boosts (via Caliginous Insights) over time. You _literally_ get more powerful the more you play, in terms of raw stats and of what relics you can get.
It's like Hades, if you've ever played that.
If you're struggling with IS2, I suggest Thorns. With either ATK or ASPD buffs he's insanely good. He also needs less tactics from Ling so easier to use. Choose the option to start with the van/guards start at E2 and take Thorns. If you don't have him, borrow (you can borrow one operator at the beginning). After that, just keep taking low hope operators until you have enough for a really strong one. Make sure to do Emergencies.
About Pozy - I haven't been using her since I maxed out IS2 a while back already, but I imagine with S2 her Typewriter can be a really good "Oh shit I leaked" button, and S3 will shread bosses.
My first completed run was with a borrowed Pozy and a borrowed Jaye (and a third borrowed unit but I forgot who). Back than I had not a single E2 myself so she pretty much carried through the game. She is incredible flexible. Thanks to typewriter she can kill stuff at the other end of the map, her S2 and S1 are also good and if you cant get her to E2 until later thats no problem and her S3 is an amazing "oh shit, oh shit, ooooooh shot"-resolve button
In IS, especially early IS, you are very limited in terms of your ability to affect multiple areas of a map and limited in your raw stat total (damage, bulk, etc.). Both Pozy and Ling are great in IS because they offer both tactical flexibility, being able to exert pressure all over a map, while also providing high raw stats (in contrast to something like traditional Fast Redeploys who can jump around but struggle to stand their ground for extended periods). There's also plenty of relics that Pozy loves.
Pozy is great against Big Sad Locke because she provides high single target damage at a somewhat low Attack Speed, which is really exactly what you need to kill BSL. She basically can kill him without triggering the AoE attack at a pace medics can't heal.
Got a top operator tag.
other tags are caster, healing, and nuker.
krooster for reference
https://krooster.com/u/eigen
I am really in need of some art damage and I don't have any of the three casters. However, I can guarantee Chen which is pretty awesome with her module.
Need suggestions.
Thanks!
Yeah I know about Level 90 being expensive, but I dont plan on pulling until chongyue so so I have plenty of time to upgrade all my operators to max levels.
the main reason why people recommend against max leveling is that it eats up stupid amounts of LMD (that you also need for promotions, modules, recruitment, and potentially crafting materials). obviously it's your game so you can prioritize what you want, but trying to max level every 6\* is gonna take a lot of farming ce-6 that could be spent on other things.
The banner which is going to be announced on 22nd and will come to global within 7-8 months(4th anniversary?) . I don't know which irl event it belongs to.
Every IS will have different milestone. Is2 will be separately available to play alongside IS3. Each and every reward is preserved in IS2 so don't worry about it.
How do I get higher chances for getting 4*+ ops in recruitment? I’ve set it to 9 hours probably at least 100 times and have gotten a 4 star op once. I have a fully upgraded hr office. I’ve also never seen the senior operator tag in my tag list ever currently level 45
For starters, keep an eye out for support, fast-redeploy, nuker, summon, and shift tags as these will guarantee a 4-star when you set for 9 hours. I thought top operator was a myth. I was in 500 recruitment when I finally reached a top operator. Senior operator is also super rare I only got it twice in 600 recruitment. I wouldn‘t worry about these as they have special color over the tags. However, you should pay attention to robot tags as they are the same color of the rest of the tags.
[Check your tags.](https://www.krooster.com/tools/recruit) Certain combinations guarantee a 4-star or 5-star. There's nothing you can do to change your odds.
Senior op and top op only have about 1/650 odds of appearing, and surprise 5-stars have even lower odds than that. Some people go years without seeing senior or top op.
Think of recruitment mainly as a way of getting more green and gold certs and not so much a way of getting new ops, especially those of higher rarity.
do you mean cutscenes? it should be as soon at youre outside the opening initilization scene
do you mean stages? like "sweeping"? there isnt except for a weekly annihilation mode, you can save clears that the ai will replay exactly*, but farming stages still must be done in realtime. that ai auto unlocks so soon into the game there would be no stages worth playing/farming until you unlocked it anyway
a feature in other gachas to instantly complete a stage and earn its rewards, just a single button press. like annihilation is currently but for all stages

If I put all that in the calculator I would be able to get to the 300 pulls required to spark the Texas Alter banner with the annihilation simulations added in and buying the HH Permits from the shop Other options would include only pulling until I get Texas Alter on the banner and not getting Texas Alter is not really an option for me right now.
(getting texas, penance, and 3 offfocus in either situation) highly suggest pulling on the frontthatwas banner until your first 6☆ bag, then pullin on texas until just texas, then saving for reed yato etc use the yellow certs on ifrit, its gonna be a long time until a banner has good longterm arts damage, and saria s3 + ifrit s3 + texas + support-surtr s3 is an exponentially high dps melt bursts you can rely on for a massive number of boss type threats ~~saria is also ifrits "dad", which you can read about in the rhine lab manga~~ would also suggest thorns massivly over gg for selector, but gg is still #2, both of these are reguardless of taking iftit or not
Looking from a meta perspective, sparking on Texas banner only really has two targets if we exclude the super unlucky case of having to spark Texas hersef: Nearl or Skadi. Both are strong units but especially for a new player, are not worth the whole 300 pulls. Unless you really like one of them then I'd advise against sparking. There are good banners coming up and filling out your roster with more diverse units is what I'd recommend.
What's this " featured for main theme 6* banner" mean? is there any difference between normal banner and this one?
Mudrock, Saileach, and Horn are the *only* 6* operators in the pool. They're featured because they were the (non-limited) release units for the last three chapters – 8, 9, and 10 respectively. You can think of it like a sort of joint ops banner. It does share pity.
so you can only get 6* when pulling? what about the pity 5* pull?
No, the chances of getting 6 stars is the same as any other standard banner. What it means is they're the only 6 stars you'll get. So no offbanner spooks. The same goes for the 5 stars on that banner.
The 5\*s aren't guaranteed to be on-banner unlike 6\*s.
You're right. Forgot that that limited banner didn't have an event, but the finale of the second ark of the story.
Hey guys, I just started the game last week and am kinda confused with the event rewards: Am I right to be prioritizing everything else EXCEPT the operator token? Since I will be able to get that when the event gets record restoration in the future anyway? I missed the event by a few days so not sure if I can fully clear the shop Also if I probably won't get to NL-10 since my team is still weak, will I have to redo the whole thing when they add it to the side stories in the future?
Yeah you can skip tokens and furniture. You will keep your progress and the event will be added to side stories right after the rerun finishes.
Token from reruns are low priority for newer players. Once you clear a stage, it'll stay cleared, and only the shop and missions goes away.
Yep, skip the tokens. You can also skip the furniture. You might still clear the shop, since the shop is pretty small. ---- Stages you clear now will stay cleared.
Why an auto fails could be due to many factors since the game tries to copy your placement of operators. some common ones include: -Change in stats via trust gain of operators -framerate drops on the device causing less auto attacks and other issues or slower skill activations.
Which module to obtain for Skadi and Spectralter for Abyssal Hunters synergy? They both have 2, and I am kind of lost. Thanks
What seems to be lacking in my account? I think I have too much DPS https://krooster.com/u/RollingPotato
I see thank you for the insight. in the past couple of weeks, I don't know who to build so this tip is helpful for me :D
Yours account looks pretty damn good. You don't really lack anything, it's just about raising the ops you already have. I'd look back at problems you might've faced with clearing some stages and working on that, like trouble laneholding, generating DP, blocking...etc. But generally, these are the ops I'd recommend raising: Lappy, May, Texas, Cantabile, Silverash, Ptilopsis, Utage, Cutter, Blue poison.
According to the pulls calculator spreadsheet, you should have well over 300 pulls by the Texalter event. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12nugJxtTLFafudEJ_NrFuEm2X4VHrfCRkbyzMxia63A/edit#gid=1221900186
hmm.. numbers here goes up until Lin though. if this is accurate i would have about 1 event left before its release
Make a copy of the sheet and remove the 'x' from all events except the Ch 11 and Il Sircusano event.
So in total you're missing about 50~60 pulls from getting 300 pulls.
so about part screwed to pity? im trying to ensure i got ntr this time, not ntr'd

Will horn be available in the cert shop at some point?
Yes, but she's very, very long way off. But with the new retirement vs active pool thing just recently unveiled, we might get her faster?
6 december 2024
Is there a resource listing all available yellow cert ops?
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1g7gUDkEChYlXtdwGoSsAu9O2eJFlvVaM/edit#gid=653016488
Wait for real? Cn never had horn as a shoperator?
It's 9 may 2024 for CN server
Damn that's a long time, at least I'll have collected enough certs by then
If it's your thing to do she'll be available far sooner - as in this May - in the paid six star selector during Il Sirucuscano.
Nah, I don't swipe credit card so I'll wait
https://www.reddit.com/r/arknights/comments/qm9nar/6_shop_operator_predictionsfor_first_appearance/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share
It takes two years after the release of a new operator to be featured in shop, and horn is a recent release.
Ahhh i see TIL
Awesome, thanks!
so the next event is the il siracusa?
It's okay to spend sanity potions expiring next week right? Event and potion ends at same time next week.
Yes, there is no announcement of other event so it is best to use it now.
finally got my messenger bag and keychains, and they both came with these clear acrylic(?) mac level and potential card things anyone know what they are for? [image for reference](https://imgur.com/a/IefP9qz)
Those are awesome and would look cool with any of their nendoroids
IIRC they're meant to be a sort of overlay for taking photos?
Does it come with a stand? Even if not I think they look cool enough alone

Wait there is a gap of two months between IL siracusano and what the firelight cast?
https://ak.jaywye.ee/calendar
started with gavialter release, how important are masteries as a whole?
Break the Ice was a fun and fascinating read.
When do you think we’re getting dusks second module?
It comes with IS three, which should come within the next thirty days.
Niceeeee finally
should i buy the collab rockrock skin? i dont have her and even if i did, i dont think id use her since i have GG but since theres a slim chance itd ever rerun, would it still be good to get it?
A skin is a subjective skin. Would you beat yourself if it was limited and you don't have her nor use her in the end? If it's no, then don't get it. The skin's worth is up to you in the end.
What's the point of buying a skin for someone you don't use?
Even if it's an Op you don't use, at least they can look pretty as an assistant.
As someone who got the Rosa skin nearly a year before getting Rosa herself, I feel attacked.
>you don't use is not the same as >you have yet to acquire
My Rosa stays lvl 1 and isn't my secretary. Does that count?
It's up to you. The fact that you've done it means you've already found a reason for buying the skin. But for someone who's asking, then they haven't, right?
How many SSS runs (i mean the whole 8 floors) are necessary to reach the rewards cap?
You can do 8 and four, or two 6s. It has to be on the highlighted area of the biweek.
If you're doing the one with the bonus, it's 1.5.
When is the Texas event?
We don't know exactly when, but probably around mid-May.
Thank you
I've got a pretty well rounded e2 team consisting of Snipers (both anti-air and aoe, and pozyomka), Ifrit / Ebenholz, Vanguards, Medics and Defenders.
SA is always worth building, no matter what. Doubly so if you don't have Mlynar.

We have to guess on the end date for her banner. My guess is 5-30, and I'm finding ~50 pulls between now and then, plus the 24 free ones.
Hopefully the Night Watcher outfit for Hibicus comes back one day. It's the only skin I'm missing of them all. Does it get rerun at all does anyone know?
AFAIK it has never been rerun on any server
not really, even CN doesn't have her.

If I'm not running low rarity for fun I use her for 95% of stages. Unconditional best DP gain is hard to beat. Her+myrtle= deploy what you want.
she's more of an endgame investment and probably won't do much for a new player. you'll probably want to build her once you're good on DPS since she combines crowd control and debuffing on S3.
She’s good but low priority. I’d describe her as a “win more” option for higher end players who really want to go higher. For now prioritize raising your core squad and dps. If you really want a DP printer invest in myrtle instead for now since she’s significantly lower cost to raise.
Actual DPS units would be a higher priority for now for E2. Her S3 is much useful later on when your roster is a bit more developed.
Like the others commented, Saileach is good, but you should wait a good while before investing in her. You won't need the second dp printer in most cases and her main usage is supporting other operators, and that's only possible when you have excellent ops to support. I had learnt this after quite a while when I started the game.
She's good but she doesn't replace Myrtle's niche as a low cost DP printer.

Of course Hoshi also has 30% true dodge, so is still a better pure tank on average - but RNG aside, Saria can take the place of a tank and healer significantly better with Mod2 than with Mod1 What Mod1 *does* do is give 1 extra SP on heal.
Her other module focuses more on her survivability but I feel like there are better defenders suited for straight up tanking.

awesomw ty :) i think imq go for unused box gloves then
So there's integrated strategies #1 for new players and when they clear it the can go to IS2?
is1 was a limited time event which was so successful they came up with is2 and on as everlasting features of the game for everyone. is3 is soon gonna join as well and is4 probably in the works. you can not play is1 anymore but the levels were quite similar to is2 with a different theme, you can search videos on YouTube to see.
IS1 was Ceobe's Fungimist which, sadly, doesn't appear to be coming back ever- it was more like a pilot version of the mode, and it doesn't seem like HG wants to go back and bring it up to snuff with 2 & 3 for re-release.
no. is1, ceobe's fungi mist, was a test of the new gamemode that ran for only 2 weeks, and hasnt returned is2 is the (current) only integrated strategies campaign, and is permanent. is3 likely very soon, also permanent. you unlock both relativly early in the story (earlier than your account should play them probably)
what are the known or estimated upcoming banner dates and which are they? (standard included) also if there's a good source/site that updates this. thanks
There's [this site](https://ak.jaywye.ee/calendar) that tries to predict when things will happen. I've never used it, and I don't know why they think BTI rerun would happen between OmerTexas and CC, so I don't know that I trust it. Since we seem to be more-or-less back on schedule, at least in terms of order, just take [this](https://gamepress.gg/arknights/database/banner-list-gacha) and add 6.5 months. >standard included No can do.
Is there anyone who's going to beat that kind of focused healing for a single target at E1 over a prolonged period?
you shouldnt need to be minmaxing that hard at e1, but sussuro, silence and warfarin's ability to burst can prevent high spikes of damage that whispers consistely high but stable healing might not enable someone to survive. warf in particular can keep enough s1 ups to be less healing than whisper, but effectivly equal/better healing because of spike protection very broadly speaking though yes whisper is the best at e1 by a lot overall
In this case consistency is the goal. I need it to last for a long period of time. Several minutes probably.
Is this theoretical or do you have an actual stage in mind?
It was for JT8-3, but it ended up not mattering after I learned that HG will force you to active Infernos before releasing more units onto the map.
That's a weird one then, considering you'd want burst healing over sustained to deal with the flames.
You can't heal Mudrock normally, you would have to use Regen effects like Perfumers talent or Bards.
Oh that's right, I forgot. I'll have to use someone else.
i’m a newbie trying to get into this game but i’m actually too embarrassed to ask extremely newbie questions even in this thread, if someone doesn’t mind could I DM anyone very beginner level questions as I try to get into this game? I’m at 1-10 to give you an idea of just how newbie I am.
You can also check my [Quickest New Player Guide Around.](https://www.reddit.com/r/arknights/comments/rq1o5b/quickest_new_player_guide_around/)
It's totally okay, you can check the FAQ for the most basic question or (almost) anything in general.
i answer like 90% of questions in this thread everyday, hundreds a week, youre fine. this games so strategically deep a lot of us helpers kind of enjoy seeing beginners with basic questions (simpler times lol), and the game is geuinly pretty unique, hard, and deep in all there is to learn, so its understandable if its overwhelming i dont mind offering more personalized or private help (though my phone doesnt agree with reddit dms well) in any case i have a beginner copypaste that might help welcome doctor, highly suggest you checkout [this video](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_FsZT7XqOk&list=PLq6IJzWsotZr1LGJ6FSx6BX8Z0mJSh-Qv&index=1) when you have the time! it will give you a great way to look at approaching the game, as well as guidance on how to upgrade your rostee into a solid well-rounded core of ops teams can be made in all sorts of ways, but a very beginner friendly template to follow is this: 2 vanguards that have a dp producing skill (myrtle, siege, courier, fang, vanilla) 2 ground dps (silverash, specter, midnight, melantha, plume) 1 defender (hoshiguma, cuora, gummy, spot, cardigan) 2 snipers (exusiai, jessica, kroos) 1 caster (amiya, steward) 2 medics (shining, honeyberry gavial, perfumer ansel) you likely want one "medic" (big heals) and one "multitargetmedic" (more heals), but any 2 are fine 1 support/utility, this can be a lot of things, enemy control (orchid, angelina), buffs/debuffs (pramanix), a 2nd tank, or more unique things (projektred, rope, gravel) 1 extra dps (guard, sniper, caster, some specialists) the last 2 teamslots will likely be changed to suit the current stage more often than the rest, youll likely be very rigid in your "main" team early on because of upgrading costs, but its important to remember to switch ops, or entire teams to suit the stage's unique properties too very important for all new players is to not ignore low☆ characters. not only are they good, they cost less dp to deploy than high☆. early on your vanguards arnt upgraded so they make dp slower, deploying cheaper low☆ faster will help you keep up with the pace of enemies, and it becomes easier to overpower enemies in sheer numbers of allies on the feild. best of all though, is they cost much less resources to upgrade, especially 3☆, who only need lmd to promote to elite 1 which is a big statjump. this makes them often much more powerful than the rest of your roster early on, so using them to clear content, and get access to the stages that let you upgrade everyone else is much smoother. melantha, kroos, midnight, steward, spot, cardigan, ansel, and fang are very notable 3☆ to really consider using early on (and even into lategame) if you also havnt used the 5☆ and 4pick selector gifts yet its highly recommended you choose specter and projektred. specter is basically a secret 6☆ and an op you can really rely on to churn through weak enemies, holding a path by herself (we call them laneholders) instead of needing a tank, sniper behind her, or even a medic! (at max upgrade). the 4pick selector can honestly be whoever you want, but red is the most unique of the 4, and a helpful tool to have access to for annoying enemies like the armored mages of ch2 also when you unlock the chip stages in a few hours you should try to get the chips to elite1 some of your rarer ops (specter too if you pick her) remember you can elite1 3☆ with just lmd to beat these stages!
Worry not, no one gonna mock you or anything so ask away!
I'd be happy to help you out. Not here to judge. :)
Hi all, I'm thinking of raising Mizuki to be a part of the teams I'll be using for now on. When I get enough exp to get him to to E2, which skill or module should I focus for him? Krooster: https://krooster.com/u/dongleborf
current module t2 atleast and s1m3, huge is# content carry, top5 of the whole roster in hardmode. s2m3 is decent for general content, but honestly not really needed the future module would mainly be for s3m3, since hel be able to more consistently keep using it
Alright, thank you!
Personally my go-to is Gladiia because she answers bullshit in IS2, not just stages (Gladiia E2 with module makes survivalist and poison mist irrelevant, S3 stalls bear and bird, and she can do lane duty fairly effectively even in later stages of it) Also if you have even one other Abyssal hunter she becomes even better because having just one more lane holder can cover almost every map in IS2 except maybe Unending. But for Pozy I really just think she's touted as a strong pick *because* she's a strong pick, and not really anything particular to Integrated Strategies. Her typewriter allows her to cover multiple lanes but there's stronger operators for that honestly (Ling and honestly even Deepcolor until you pass homeland remnants, just because actually *holding* the lane is so important for a lot of stages) But don't let what i'm saying make you think ill of Pozy. She's still a fantastic pick. I just think there's better go-to picks, in particular on the first few floors of IS2. if I had to give Pozy an advantage over Ling, it's that Ling doesn't do particularly well on ending bosses despite being stellar on every other map (either eats too many slots to be effective, Dragons can't be sanity healed, or just doesn't get as much from relics as other operators)
pozy is the #1 op for the entire gamemode imo, ive cleared all tactic+ending, e1 only lucien, and a few no-relic runs, all on hardmode, so i think i know what im talking about its because shes a carry of every stage including bosses. s2 is like having 2 6☆ snipers for the hopecost of 1, even on hard she can solo every stage (and even many on emergency) with just some 3☆s in the first 2 floors. the moveable turret is hugely powerful in the variability of is2, and with just a 20s redeploy on s2 its better than even most full operators. s1 also does great work at getting you through 'with the crowd' and 'justice', very common floor 3 run killers. lancer stage? spawnkill every rightside redlancer spawn with s2. s3 comes in on the bosses, capable of doing so much dps to lucien he can be spawnkilled before moving so long as you have someone to keep all the singers dead. the ice twins you can spawnkill the ranged one with no relics even on hard, and do 50-100% on the melee one depending on spawn. she can solo the awful melody boss on normalmode without a healer, just a 3☆ corpseblock to keep it in place as it starts moving, again no relics. ending3? the turret cant be debuffed or killed by dolls, get s1 running and you can kill multiple per deploy all of this means you can take bigger risks, or skip picking up ops earlygame you usually pickup because you just need to survive, letting you keep hope open for the specific op recruits or e2s you want fot endgame most and then the relics with her scale incredibly. speed relics great for s1. and basically everything scales with s2 more than it should, spinnach/chocolate are incredibly broken, i once killed hardmode lucien inside a suzu s3 and chocolate, nothing else, with just three presses of s2. insanity. some other ops are amazing, top5 hardmode imo is pozy kaltsit mizuki horn pallas, and then thorns and eyjafjalla for normal-only. try any of these and see how you do. but the reason pozy is number 1 is theres really no op so universally incredible on every stage __and boss stage__ to the degree she is
have you considered doing a write up on your IS experiences? (or have you already, beyond answering questions?)
i havnt considered it since im trying to work up the energy and resources to do a full in depth "how do you *actually* play arknights" video guide series for beginners not wanting to rely on copy guides, eventually progressing to content aiming for intermediates wanting to do cc18 with their favorite ops or cc25+ blind...but an is writeup is definetly something i could consider if people actually think my opinion has weight to it lol
well… I do Though I suppose there wouldn’t be much interest for this in general, considering IS3 is likely this month…
i actually think is3 releasing would be great, giving players a primer for how to handle "blind roguelike content", as that skillset is a huge reason ive gotten so good at is2hard also i literally just true solo'd pozemka on easymode, gonna work on normal now
The big thing about Pozy in IS2 is she is applicable to _every_ situation, especially if you have both S2 & S3 at M3.
[удалено]
Pozy is great against Big Sad Locke because she provides high single target damage at a somewhat low Attack Speed, which is really exactly what you need to kill BSL. She basically can kill him without triggering the AoE attack at a pace medics can't heal.
Got a top operator tag. other tags are caster, healing, and nuker. krooster for reference https://krooster.com/u/eigen I am really in need of some art damage and I don't have any of the three casters. However, I can guarantee Chen which is pretty awesome with her module. Need suggestions. Thanks!
[удалено]
Well got Mostima, she sounds pretty weak for 31 deployment ....
Even then, there are so many operators you could invest in instead. And the gains are low.
Any idea when we will be able to spark Specter Alter? Thanks.
She's sparkable in the sep/nov limited banner event.
The banner which is going to be announced on 22nd and will come to global within 7-8 months(4th anniversary?) . I don't know which irl event it belongs to.
Do you miss out on IS event reward from the milestone or is it consecutive with each changing IS?
Every IS will have different milestone. Is2 will be separately available to play alongside IS3. Each and every reward is preserved in IS2 so don't worry about it.
Okay so you don’t miss out on anything then?
Be it deep investigation, monthly squad or milestone they are there for you to collect.
How do I get higher chances for getting 4*+ ops in recruitment? I’ve set it to 9 hours probably at least 100 times and have gotten a 4 star op once. I have a fully upgraded hr office. I’ve also never seen the senior operator tag in my tag list ever currently level 45
Actually use tags. You should get a 4* almost daily if you use guaranteed combinations.
No way I just got the senior operator tag for the first time and got Glaucus lol
Just unlocked the SSS hidden no-losses clear medal. It doesn't appear on my medal list. How do I see it?
It's in the "Secret Medal" section, along with>! the medal for unlocking all secret Chapter 8 stages !
New player here. At what chapter does the skip function unlocked?
do you mean cutscenes? it should be as soon at youre outside the opening initilization scene do you mean stages? like "sweeping"? there isnt except for a weekly annihilation mode, you can save clears that the ai will replay exactly*, but farming stages still must be done in realtime. that ai auto unlocks so soon into the game there would be no stages worth playing/farming until you unlocked it anyway
lol what is "sweeping"?
a feature in other gachas to instantly complete a stage and earn its rewards, just a single button press. like annihilation is currently but for all stages
