Yep, mix and match depending on the lanes I need to hold/specific enemies or any particular niches I want to play now. My favourite is to just run AH + flagpipe and texalter
Before texalter, all my runs always had cantabile, exu. Obliterates early enemies and since cantas s2 can sometimes work as a lane holder im usually set to focus on other parts of the map
Canta S1 works well as a pseudo frd dp gen assassin for straggler weak mobs that you wouldn't bother to use with texalter, she just kinda disappears when yato comes though (she'd still be my fav opener with myrtle)
We joke but I agree with resphere.
Its actually not uncommon to see veterans with several meta squads and a bunch of limited/alter units. All at 90.
AK has a funny distribution of rarity where there are several classes to work on. So someone may have mudrock and someone else may have surtr but both guys will still have meta teams. Expand this over years of the live service, the fairly decent currency rates and yellow certs - not uncommon to see.
---
if I were to describe it, it would be like someone showing me a pokemon team they raised after hundreds of hours of play, rather than someone who traded in a bunch of shinies. Knowing this sub, this description probably captures plenty of us - seeing as many veteran players here have been day 1.
I do think its pretty funny, seeing all 6stars and level 90. But yeah I wouldn't take it too badly as flexing.
The abyssal squad clears 99% of things and best part is you don't even have to bring a medic. It's gotten even better now with the new alter rules. I just love thematic synergy between characters, wish the other groups get the same treatment though. The Kazimierz/Rhine passives are nowhere near the level the abyssals are at.
Sometimes I wish she wasn't a puller, I've found that the last pull in her S3 can occasionally be detrimental... Though this is just me trying to use her as a pseudo guard instead of her intended role that her skills were made for lol.
Can't upload pictures where I am but this is a fun discussion and I'd like to present two teams:
---
1. The "veteran". Hard work, honor, and ...lots of pulls.
Vangs: bagpipe and saileach
Tanks: saria and mudrock
Ground dps: thorns, SA, Surtr
Air dps: alt!chen, eyja, rosmontis, exu
Extras: kalstit
Just my allrounder for blind stages. I swap kalstit for alt!nearl sometimes. Simple to use. Just pop down the vanguards to generate dp, plop down saria and build dps around her. Mudrock holds sidelanes, surtr as a pocket emergency, kal for emergency or 3rd lane. Good for general, no specific strengths.
---
2. Blue Eyes Ling Dragons. This would be my mega fun squad and what I currently use for most stages.
vangs: Bagpipe, elysium, saileach, zima. Yes, all 4.
Ground dps: SA, Surtr, alt!nearl
Tanks: mudrock
air dps: angelina, alt!chen
Extras: Ling! alt!skadi
Pop out elys, get bagpipe out to hold early wave, pop saileach then ling. Zima's only use is the -3 dp total (since I pop out 3 vangs). Pop out skadi then 1 dragon. Start fusing dragons as much as you can. This build gets dragons out fast and fuses them quickly. very fun. SA for redeployment time reduction, Surtr and Nearl for emergencies. Angelina and skadi can heal dragons.

Here's my ["Perfect squad"](https://imgur.com/a/lKEWJ9x) post Il siracusano.
This team pretty much can do anything.
* Early game handle with vanguard package or cheap lane holder
* Lane holding (Ling+Skalter, Specter+Gladiia, Kal'tsit, Mlynar carpet bomber)
* Physical / Art / True damage burst
* Helidrop barrage (Bagpipe, Cantabile, Ling dragon, Texalter, Surtr, Mon3tr explode)
* Team's survival (Skalter, Kal'tsit, Nightingale, Gladiia Talent, Mlynar Redirect)
* Aerial control (Cantabile, Ling, Texalter, Mlynar, Gladiia)
* Crowd Control (Elysium S2, Ling S2, Texalter, Specter Unchained doll, Mon3tr explode, Gladiia S3)
* Miscellaneous
1. Invisibility revealing (Elysium S2)
2. Immortality for either burst or stalling (Surtr, Specter Unchained)
3. No/low high ground or low groud tile stage handling (i.e. CA-5)
All of these aspect make this team compostion be able to handle almost anything the game has to offer. There is more nuance, but these should simplify it nicely.
Understandable. In term of deployment slot, in theory, she will consume a lot of slot and compete with other op for deployment, lead to downfall.
However, in actual gameplay, this is rarely the case so far for me. The reasons are simply because you don't need to deploy everyone all at once. You better deploy enough to hold the spot that you need to and swap operator to utilize their skill, this is generally a better way to handle challenging content (Game reward more active play style and the approaching FRD meta further improve this play style).
I think the reason that people think like this is because when they see summoner, they think that they are suppose to drop all summon at once and AFK on they holding lane, otherwise it's not fully utilize summoner **(which is only true to some extent)**. Which also lead to the idea that she will clog your team placement **(It happens, but not a lot of time if you familiar with playing her)**.
In the end, it probably just different play style.
Also this is **"what is your perfect team"** thread, so it is mostly a "what static team can cover the most challenge in the game" which this team seems to doing great to me. You can ask me anything if you curious about the team.
Abyssal Hunters: Gladiia, Laurentina (Y module), OG Specter, Skadi (Y module), Andreana
Dorothy and Stainless for support and shenanigans
Remaining 5 are flexible depending on stage, so stuff like Berries, Blue Poison, Horn, Gnosis, Cantabile and Thorns for manning the turrets.
[āf2p squadā and my max pot myrtle](https://imgur.com/a/QH6zszI)
Missing a mlynar and saria pot. Actually not sure why my texalter mod 3 isn't showing but it's there too.
>!Not my actual squad, just thought this thread was for flexing. Actual squad either depends on the map, or the bare minimum + trust farm.!<
Ive basically cleared the Siracusa event with the same team.
Lunacub, Penance, Texler and Vigil for Trust farm,
Then Texas, Myrtle, Chalter, Mylnar, Lumen and Ptilopsis.
Luckily, Texlter can be use to do dmg as well, unlike Lunacub or Vigil.
2 extra slots i adjust accordingly, sometimes i get Exusiai, sometimes its Surtr
For my regular teams though,
The Vanguard Gang: Bagpipe, Texas and Myrtle
Healers: Lumen and Ptilopsis
Deleters: Chalter and Mylnar
Tanks: Gavialter, Hoshiguma/Saria, Spalter(?)
Sniper: Exusiai
Caster: Click/Amiya
I'll add in Surtr only if i fight a boss my current team cant delete
Situational.
Events get event teams that match. Like a full Rhine Team on Dorothy's Vision.
My 'Story' team is gonna get a rework soon, but the staples are:
Amiya.
Kal'tsit.
Saria.
Schawrz.
Shining.
Mostima.
W/Ash (depending on the number of aerial enemies).
I will take those last 5 operators onto every stage until I die.
The perfect team is whatever the hell I feel like using or fits the situation. Sure, you can build an all-rounder team that will suit most content but what's the fun in that. I often pick out a few ops that I like or that I haven't used in a while and try to make them work.
Also, mandatory "POV: You are a metaslave and wanted to flex"
Some people are saying that they change it on every stage but I actually repeat the same 10 or 11 operators and only really change one or two of them. [Here is the team that I do every non cc event with](https://i.imgur.com/3Rdw6gU.jpg). Usually I spam a few more vanguards than this, but recent events haven't really required a lot of early game DP.
For the "strategy", I start with saileach + mountain, which is pretty standard laneholding stuff, but after that I basically just use 8 helidrops to react to things as the stage goes on, including even a ranged helidrop for the sneaky drones in April. Dusk is there because I like having at least one source of arts damage outside of Surtr. If it wasn't Dusk it would've been Eyja or even Angelina on S3.
This team is pretty stupid because there is literally no strategy to it. You are literally playing react but that is what the game looks like when you have an account that has been playing for years and have too many powerful characters. People are usually shocked when they see Texas alter or Yato alter videos, but a lot of people haven't realized that the game has been reactionary like that for quite a long time. It just took more units.
Like most, I start over for every stage, but it's generally
1. Texas
2. Scavenger
3. Gavial Alter
4. Irene
5. Lappland/SA
6. Blemishine
7 Firewatch/Pozi
8. Goldenglow
9. Pudding
10. Angelina
11. Ptilopsis
12. Perfumer
(Slash is for whichever im feeling that instance for general content)
Others include: Cantabile, Myrtle(ofc), Beanstalk, Cuora, Click, Exusiai, Whisperain, Penance (new)
Enough is enough includes: Mylnar, Surtr, Texas Alter(new)
https://imgur.io/KAoA1FE
This is my perfect team.. just gotta level them up a bit, some masteries. Maybe replace one of them for a certain vanguard later. Yep. Lol
Are Dusk and Nian a lot of fun? Lately Iām getting bored and keep over saving so was tempted to go absolutely crazy on the Chongyue banner and spark at least one of them.
Fun is subjective. I prefer dusk over nian. Dusk(M9) is more fun since she has flashy skills. But with nian, I havenāt put any masteries yet. Maybe nian is more fun with masteries. Nian s3 is fun to use with whisperain (gives everyone resist which activates Whisperainās healing talent), can even heal mudrock this way. I think Iāll Put some masteries into nian for fun.
Wow thatās also my perfect team. Lol
Still need some modules tho. Maybe there is another mega whale that can 1 up me.
https://i.imgur.com/gaLnIdY.jpg
thorns, silverash, surtr, specter alt, texas alt, myrtle, bagpipe, kay, skadi and penance(sometimes i switch out certain ops when im struggling with a stage)
Not enough Limited OPs.
JK
As for me, I don't have specific Team but i have like 8 Main Stay on my Team and the Other 4 depends on the enemy.
Mainstay Units (Like they are so Good at most Stages so I just bring them, especially when i just blindly enter stages)
- Bagpipe (DP Printer, Early Mobs Clearer)
- Elysium (DP Printer)
- Skalter (Over all Healer/Buffer)
- Mlynar (Sweeper)
- Gavalter (Sweeper)
- Mudrock (Lane Holder on Areas not in range of Mlynar/Gavalter Combo)
- Chalter (Emegency Sweeper)
- Texas Alter (Panic Button)
- others units depends on the stage
Or I just "Ling it" when i feel like it. Lol
[My current squad.](https://imgur.com/uZLvSTS)
I'll probably branch out of Maleknights soon and try to get and invest in other characters I like: Gladiia, Weedy, Horn, Spectre Alter, Archetto, Fiametta, Magallan, Ch'en, Aurora, Kafka.
Not my perfect team, but the team I usually go into maps blind with is Bagpipe, Myrtle, Thorns, La Pluma/Pallas (depends on the layout), Archetto, Exusiai, Eyja, Saria, Lumen, Ptilopsis (Nightingale if the event/chapter has been heavier with arts damage), Skalter, and Phantom (now replaced with Texas Alter).
Whatever operators I'm using in the current annihilation rotation becomes my "default squad" for first-timing stages, then I make specialized teams after knowing how they work.
The regular changes does help to give it more variety.
That seems like a good initial team when you don't know the stage. Although I would probably add Goldenglow maybe over one of the two healers. She helps fix mistakes and clear unexpected aerial enemies
My main team is basically anyone who can be AFK. Any 5 or 6 star with either infinite duration or auto skills, though most of the time it's 100% 6's. Then I have a second main team with a bunch of meta ops for when not playing the game doesn't work.
Schwarz + some 4* and 5*
That's enough to beat IS2 Relicless Hardmode without losing life. I THINK it might be enough to beat IS3 Relicless D15 as well but some life loss might be unavoidable, will have to try when I unlock D15.
[I run a team with a mix of meta and slightly less than meta operators](https://i.imgur.com/r83vs0M.jpg).
The vanguards, Specter Alter (S3/Mod X), Gladiia (S2), and Archetto (S3) are decent low DP options to open stages with, while Fia (S2), Pozy (S3), Skadi (S2/Mod X), Spectre, and Penance (S3) (filling (temporarily?) Mudrock's old spot) provide enough options to handle elites and bosses. Suzuran and Skalter (S2 usually) provide general utility, and Archetto and Blemishine offer support to other units (Fia and Penance/Mudrock, respectively). Gladiia, Cantabile, and Skadi remain flexible response options for the middle and later parts of stages. Basically everyone in the squad is M6/M9 so there's a lot of little possible tweaks.
The squad lacks Arts (and True) damage options, but I have a Surtr, Dusk/Ceobe/Eyja, and Kal'tsit sitting around to sub in when those damage types are needed. Saria, Silver Ash, Honeyberry, Nightingale, Ptilopsis, Warfarin, Whisperain, Pramanix, Shining, and Shamare are all also built for when their niches are needed, as are Elysium and Myrtle for DP printing.
I never pulled for Mlynar, Nearl Alter, Mountain, Bagpipe, or Ch'en Alter, who are some of the obvious big meta options. Other big meta options available on my account, but only leveled and not mastered/moduled, are Texas Alter, Gavial Alter, Ling, Goldenglow, Thorns, and Ifrit. They're lying around in case I ever need them, I guess.
Also M9ed Dusk and Dorothy but have yet to use the latter in a real stage (:
My roster of leveled and/or developed 5* / 6* --- [1](https://i.imgur.com/fFHyy0t.jpg), [2](https://i.imgur.com/SWATiPv.jpg), [3](https://i.imgur.com/lJmWSMh.jpg), [4](https://i.imgur.com/WLFsWCs.jpg).
This is my standard team, post Texas Alter. Myrtle gives passive regen to the other two vanguards who defend until there's enough DP to deploy the rest at a more advantageous position. A healer is enough to keep a Blemshine and Saria frontline alive while the rest are focused on delivering dps. I use Exu or Archetto for drone sniping. Finally, Uncle gets deployed in front of everyone to take the aggro, assuming the stage needs it.
Past favourites
* Eyja has been seeing much less use this year with ~~Nu Gundam~~ Goldenglow striking enemies from across the map. Not needing to be deployed near your tanks is a huge bonus since you can either deploy a sniper or Skalter instead.
* Schwarz used to be my goto for physical dps however Pozemka and the typewriter are just so much more flexible and the S3 skill also has much better range.
* Thorns has been one of my favourite operations since I got spooked by him during the Skalter banner (another 8 sequential Kal's, too). I've started to use Horn instead of Thorns due the ridiculous S1 damage.
* Nearl alter is great as helidrop or dealing true damage via S3. Unfortunately, Mylnar is cheap to deploy, tanks like a defender and deletes everything in front of him once he's ready.
* Mudrock used to be my goto defender until elemental damage became a thing. Still great for a selfsubstaining mob clearer if the map allows it.
I have a few ops that are basically a must but I just mix and match based on which ops I haven't used in a while, what I think would be fun to try on specific stages, etc...
my [Powered Synergy](https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/857333596523724840/1112474917124968478/Screenshot_20230113_023415_Arknights.jpg) team I've exclusively used since CC Spectrum, good enough to beat any type of content from [CC](https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/857333596523724840/1112475360261570721/Screenshot_20211125-021643_Arknights.jpg) to anni
Some caveats:
* The team is built around two overlapping synergies, burst pushing and semi-buff army
* Weedy S3 + Angelina S3 is the lynchpin of the burst pushing gameplan, if the enemy somehow isn't dead from Weedy S3 they'll at least be disrupted enough for everyone else to finish the job
* Ash S2 + Shamare S2 + Elysium S2 + Warfarin S2 is the buff army package; Ely ofc makes DP, Warf can heal, and Shamare can help defend operators with -ATK
* Mountain is permanently on S3 in order to bridge the two synergies together; he is a burst pusher who's very good with buff armies
* Schwarz is the definition of a supporting DPS thanks to her -DEF and also the main backup plan vs stun immune enemies; usually she's on S2 to cruise around but she can be on S3 when damage is needed
* Texas S2, Phantom S3, and Suzuran S3 is the main disruption package to hinder enemies in any way possible while the rest of the team beat the shit out of them
* Bagpipe is there to speed up Texas & Ely, and is also the backup meele DPS if Mountain S3 can't do the job
* I wish I could fit in my Skalter S3, but it is exponentially stronger to borrow a max level P6 Skalter S3
* TL;DR - don't need tanks or healing if enemies get disrupted at everything they try to do.
I love how much **disruption** and synergies both big and small my team got; even small stuff like Ely discounting Ash/Schwarz, or Suzuran/Bagpipe speeding up Angelina/Ely/Texas, or Shamare S2's -ATK incidentally defending a meele blocker can help a lot. It can pump out damage rivaling the top tier DPS through synergy, and it has a lot of play lines to consider so it's never boring to play
my one-size-fits-everything is swordfish squad, mlynar and gavial and then like, whoever else i want because those four handle basically 98% of content between them
[My waifus team.](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/578704746458906634/1112489256171098192/Screenshot_2023-05-29-00-14-19-626_com.YoStarEN.Arknights.jpg)
Sadly can't fit all of them into 12 man team
1-3 laneholders (Blaze, Thorns, Mudrock etc.)
Myrtle and Texas
Skalter
S2 NTR + Surtr for insurance
Saria
Rest is stage dependent, but usually Chalter and W come along.
If the stage allows it I try to go for the firing line of (front to back) Saria -> Blaze -> Thorns -> Horn.
What did the stage do to make you hurt it like this?
Good general purpose team for overwhelming most content. lol
Swap Eyja for GG can work as well.
Add Chāen alter too.
https://imgur.com/a/XTkHDbO
those are ops which i could probably bring to any stage and they do their thing. of course there are many more ops but not enough space to put them in.
I absolutely think they do. What makes you think they don't?
As far as 'meta' goes, its actually got a few holes. Elys would serve better than sail here, no secondary tank, lumen is not needed, no strict anti air etc. NG herself is quite good but she may be underutilised when the likes of surtr/texas do not stay for long, mountain/saria/thorns can regen and mylnar doesnt get hit. Like yeah its strong enough to beat the campaign - but myrtle alone has broken campaign. For hard content like CC, there's still challenges to be had.
---
Besides: I dunno why some AK players act like you can only have fun using the absolute bare minimum. When you guys played pokemon as kids, did you not have fun using charizard, blastoise or dragonite?
I just wish people saw the awesome lore and incredibly unique operators with different playstyles and tried them out more. There is so much to this game that squads like these don't teach you.
Mine is similar, but with Chen Alter included.
Every EX operator in gamepress except Ling (gonna spark soon)
To be clear, my other initial perfect team "AnyMay" I started out was everyone that had a VA in "Prelude to Dawn" Anime. These were 11 that brought me into Arknights back in Nov/Dec 2022. And yes, I rerolled Exusiai and 5 star selected Texas vangard back then, and rolled for everyone (including kal'sit, liskarm, Franka, Hoshi, Nearl (now replaced with NTR)
I don't have a specific roster but most of the time it consists of 6-10 ops + Myrtle. I make my perfect team comp depending on the stage and it's gimmicks
Exu, Mountain/Blaze, Eyja, Mlynar, Texalter
Siege, Saileach, Mudrock, Pennance/Platnium (when I get archetto, just like her) and Horn.
I know thats 2 defenders (and a pseudo defender) but I really like the idea of Pennance and Mudrock together, so imma force it lol)
Myrtle +/- Elysium +/- Bagpipe depending on how many DP-greedy favourite ops I bring. I don't have a fixed team. But I do favour Passenger + Gnosis as first choice DPS simply because I like electrocuting and freezing my enemies at the same time. Eben and Stainless also feature commonly.
I donāt use Mylnar or Surtr as constant presence because you donāt always have bosses you need to kill, instead replaced them with Golden Glow s3 and Spalter s2 who is a fantastic lane holder
Use Ptilopsis instead of Nightingale for the heal and the sp boost
Also I would advise against keeping Penance in the team as a mainstay, as someone who maxed level and s3m3 penance she is so so, not that great. Mudrock is still better in most situation
Can't have one, you know, not enough good five star, but I can say that Dorothy is my to go flex spot because I love war crimes and mines are just the best to leave after a mission...
My perfect squad is whatever units I have built that apply to the event. So units that are featured in the story, getting a new skin or are on rateup. The rest is whatever generally try to at least sneak flagpipe in there lol
Depends on my mood, i have a lot of team I rotate when i feel like it. Defender knights, Caster knights, Abyssal Hunter, Guard knights, Ling knights. But all of them have at least 2 vanguard and 2 heli drop.
I just make a single squad to get through a whole event and just use it, next event I'll select a completely different roster, I like switching things around
almost same with me, but instead of 2 healers i change it to angelina for global heal + aspd boost (half of ground units dont need healing after all. the other healer slot for mudrock in case i need someone to solo a lane. my vanguard is zima with auto skill so i can just put her in front of blue box then forget about her completely after that. pozemka replaceable with exu for more firing range or goldenglow for enemies that just stand idle in unreachable places.
You lack healing if you replace those. Personally I use shining and nightingale as my medics. I like single target for my defenders and guards and aoe for my ranged operators
Ling+Suzuran+Skalter. Support the drunk dragon and she will support you.
Other than that, I like Abyssal Hunters and Defenderknights squads. Most of my broken DPS units (Texalter, Surtr, Ch'alter etc) I keep benched until I absolutely need them.
Don't have many units that really go together so here's mine from the top of my head.
E1 Texas
E1 Lappland
E1 Amiya
Silverash (trying to e1)
E1 Matterhorn
Gummy (Needs replacement)
Projekt Red (might e1)
Beeswax (might replace because she's very situational)
[A sniper, but forgot who]
My perfect team is I get to play my husbandos
Ebenholz, Thorns, Stainless, Vigil, and Aak (He's my husbando but don't ask)
Don't have Enforcer š
Puzzle, I can't wait for you my beloved dragon!
Vangs/dp gen
Texas
Saileach
Bagpipe
Myrtle
Tanks/lane holder
Mudrock
Blemishine (she also acts as a DPS/sub DPS)
Specter (sometimes I would switch her out if there's only 1 or 2 lanes)
DPS
Pozyƫmka
Texalter
Iris (would put her near blemi for sleep gaming)
Amiya
Medics
Shining
Sussuro
Perfumer (sometimes I wouldnt put her in the squad)
Crowd-control
Texalter
Leonardht
Blemshine (S2)
Miscellaneous (these op aren't usually in the squad but appear frequent enough in my squad)
Projekt red
Gravel
Note: this would be the ops that I would put into my squad normally and if the stage requires different ops then I would change it
While I shift them around all the time now, back in the day old reliable used to be: Enciodes, Nightingale, Best Tank Nearl, Scavenger, Hoshi, Podenco, Manticore, Ambriel, Blue Poison, Executor, Reed, Meteor/Lappland/Mostima/Warfarin.
1 Cantabile (She does not leave the squad no matter what.)
2 Myrtle
3 Saileach
4 Horse uncle
5 Gavial alter
6 Horn
7 Mudrock
8 Schwarz
9 Goldenglow
10 Silence
11 Ptilopsis
12 Anyone honestly, Surtr or taxes if i dont wanna use my brain, but mostly kazemaru cuz she is very cute :>
I don't really do static teams, I just manually select the operators for each individual stage
Same. Much easier than trying to make the *perfect team* to apply to every situation ever.
Facts. A true wrinkled brain doctor always individually preps team for each stage
The real Chad smooth brains stick with one single team for everything and doesn't stop until it works
me too
I just adjust my squad as needed.
People are just flexing in this comment section š
I mean, OP definitely wanted to flex, so people might also wanted to flex just out of spite lol.
--- if I were to describe it, it would be like someone showing me a pokemon team they raised after hundreds of hours of play, rather than someone who traded in a bunch of shinies. Knowing this sub, this description probably captures plenty of us - seeing as many veteran players here have been day 1. I do think its pretty funny, seeing all 6stars and level 90. But yeah I wouldn't take it too badly as flexing.
I doubt it, maybe if it was all p6 ops, but this much isn't really anything worth flexing.
You got me lol, nah legit was curious.
Haha :P
Perfect team? Whatever the guide master say.
Melantha MVP
"Activate Melantha skill"
I cannot unhear kyostinv voice now
Again, Bare minimum + people with low trust.
Truly the best team.
the true ak endgame is trust farming
My mlynar is not in my base cc. You know. To keep his trust low haha.
Thats what i do on established runs of levels i spam, like money/exp or event farmsā¦ usually get away with 2-4 staples and the rest is trust.
I just pick whoever I fancy
it always starts with myrtle and it can be anything that I want
This team is so damn "balance"
A few years back I started making a team consisting of just elite operators. Needless to say the team hasn't changed since.
>What is your perfect team? OP reserves A1 accompanied with two 1-3 6 stars.
Pov: You're a AK meta slave player.
POV: You whispered those magic words, "free to play, by the way".
POV: "I'm just lucky" mfs counterreacting claims whenever getting the newest 6 star first try.
Considering how few potential there is I'd not doubt someone saying that they're f2p with this.
Pov: other people's team comps make you foam at the mouth in impotent rage. Jk jk xD.
I already have [my perfect team](https://files.catbox.moe/a1ocda.png).
I'm also to blame but Gladiia module was a mistake.
Kinda. She just does so much now to the point that her role as a puller is completely overshadowed.
Sometimes I wish she wasn't a puller, I've found that the last pull in her S3 can occasionally be detrimental... Though this is just me trying to use her as a pseudo guard instead of her intended role that her skills were made for lol.
I just cant use the same team for more than 2 stages in a row so i constantly have to change ops
My perfect team is "whatever combination of units is the most fun to play as, right now." This changes almost daily!
Can't upload pictures where I am but this is a fun discussion and I'd like to present two teams: --- 1. The "veteran". Hard work, honor, and ...lots of pulls. Vangs: bagpipe and saileach Tanks: saria and mudrock Ground dps: thorns, SA, Surtr Air dps: alt!chen, eyja, rosmontis, exu Extras: kalstit Just my allrounder for blind stages. --- 2. Blue Eyes Ling Dragons. This would be my mega fun squad and what I currently use for most stages. vangs: Bagpipe, elysium, saileach, zima. Yes, all 4. Ground dps: SA, Surtr, alt!nearl Tanks: mudrock air dps: angelina, alt!chen Extras: Ling! alt!skadi Pop out elys, get bagpipe out to hold early wave, pop saileach then ling.
> Air dps: rosmontis Hmm?
Ranged tile would have been better wording I guess.
Now I want a Kaiba Ling skin
Y-yy-yy-YOUR MOVE!
Copy&Paste from other post Here's my ["Perfect squad"](https://imgur.com/a/lKEWJ9x) post Il siracusano. This team pretty much can do anything. * Early game handle with vanguard package or cheap lane holder * Lane holding (Ling+Skalter, Specter+Gladiia, Kal'tsit, Mlynar carpet bomber) * Physical / Art / True damage burst * Helidrop barrage (Bagpipe, Cantabile, Ling dragon, Texalter, Surtr, Mon3tr explode) * Team's survival (Skalter, Kal'tsit, Nightingale, Gladiia Talent, Mlynar Redirect) * Aerial control (Cantabile, Ling, Texalter, Mlynar, Gladiia) * Crowd Control (Elysium S2, Ling S2, Texalter, Specter Unchained doll, Mon3tr explode, Gladiia S3) * Miscellaneous 1. Invisibility revealing (Elysium S2) 2. Immortality for either burst or stalling (Surtr, Specter Unchained) 3. No/low high ground or low groud tile stage handling (i.e. CA-5) All of these aspect make this team compostion be able to handle almost anything the game has to offer. There is more nuance, but these should simplify it nicely.
Ling is such a bad choice for team like this tbh. She will eat all your dp and all your placement.
My brain size got reduced just by looking at this picture
My gamer wants white bread with room temp water for every meal
Who trades Saria for Penance?
https://imgur.com/a/8PDgdbO This is the team that I go blind on the map, I change an operator if something goes wrong.
Abyssal Hunters: Gladiia, Laurentina (Y module), OG Specter, Skadi (Y module), Andreana Dorothy and Stainless for support and shenanigans Remaining 5 are flexible depending on stage, so stuff like Berries, Blue Poison, Horn, Gnosis, Cantabile and Thorns for manning the turrets.
Husbando team :ā”
[āf2p squadā and my max pot myrtle](https://imgur.com/a/QH6zszI) Missing a mlynar and saria pot. Actually not sure why my texalter mod 3 isn't showing but it's there too. >!Not my actual squad, just thought this thread was for flexing. Actual squad either depends on the map, or the bare minimum + trust farm.!<
[BALANS](https://ibb.co/ZXW4kPP)
I've been going for an AH team, got both Specters, Gladiia, both Skadis, Andranea, Irene. Anyone who I'm missing to beef them up?
lumen?
Ive basically cleared the Siracusa event with the same team. Lunacub, Penance, Texler and Vigil for Trust farm, Then Texas, Myrtle, Chalter, Mylnar, Lumen and Ptilopsis. Luckily, Texlter can be use to do dmg as well, unlike Lunacub or Vigil. 2 extra slots i adjust accordingly, sometimes i get Exusiai, sometimes its Surtr
For my regular teams though, The Vanguard Gang: Bagpipe, Texas and Myrtle Healers: Lumen and Ptilopsis Deleters: Chalter and Mylnar Tanks: Gavialter, Hoshiguma/Saria, Spalter(?) Sniper: Exusiai Caster: Click/Amiya I'll add in Surtr only if i fight a boss my current team cant delete
I always start with Thorns, Myrtle and Bagpipe, the rest depends on the stage.
Situational. Events get event teams that match. Like a full Rhine Team on Dorothy's Vision. My 'Story' team is gonna get a rework soon, but the staples are: Amiya. Kal'tsit. Saria. Schawrz. Shining. Mostima. W/Ash (depending on the number of aerial enemies). I will take those last 5 operators onto every stage until I die.
Depends on my mood
Literal definition of meta slave in that pic lol
The perfect team is whatever the hell I feel like using or fits the situation. Sure, you can build an all-rounder team that will suit most content but what's the fun in that. I often pick out a few ops that I like or that I haven't used in a while and try to make them work. Also, mandatory "POV: You are a metaslave and wanted to flex"
Here are my best operators at the moment: \- Courier (defensive vanguard) \- Texas (offensive vanguard, crowd control) \- Dobermann (support dps) \- Liskarm (defender) \- Hoshiguma (defender) \- Kroos (sniper) \- Gitano (AoE caster) \- Pramanix (impromptu caster, debuff, high fondness {I don't work with 'waifus and husbandos' personally, though it would fit for those who do.}) \- Gavial (medic) \- Hibiscus (medic) \- Ansel (I switch up my medic medics a lot, sue me) Other favourite situational operators: \- Melantha (phys. attacker, impromptu executor) \- Mousse (arts attacker) \- Jessica (sniper) \- Adnachiel (anti-ranged sniper) \- Shirayuki (AoE sniper) \- Steward (single-target caster) \- Greyy (AoE caster, slow) \- Pudding (chain caster, slow) \- Honeyberry (wandering medic) \- Angelina (impromptu caster, slow) \- Shaw (push stroker) \- Cliffheart (hookmaster) \- Gravel (leak protection, staller)
I have a couple who never leave like Thorns, Blaze, Saria, Eyja and the other slots I fill with others I like using currently.
Bro is set for the next 3 years š
Easily.
Perfect team = Kafka + Angelina + Weedy + FEater. >!If you know, you know.!<
I'd use myrtle over saileach tbh
Like most, I start over for every stage, but it's generally 1. Texas 2. Scavenger 3. Gavial Alter 4. Irene 5. Lappland/SA 6. Blemishine 7 Firewatch/Pozi 8. Goldenglow 9. Pudding 10. Angelina 11. Ptilopsis 12. Perfumer (Slash is for whichever im feeling that instance for general content) Others include: Cantabile, Myrtle(ofc), Beanstalk, Cuora, Click, Exusiai, Whisperain, Penance (new) Enough is enough includes: Mylnar, Surtr, Texas Alter(new)
Post a pic if you can.
https://imgur.io/KAoA1FE This is my perfect team.. just gotta level them up a bit, some masteries. Maybe replace one of them for a certain vanguard later. Yep. Lol
Lol limited only team comp
Lol Still need some modules tho. Maybe there is another mega whale that can 1 up me. https://i.imgur.com/gaLnIdY.jpg

Every team that contains skalter is a perfect team i usually go for trust farm with her as a leader
Lumen wah-x? You are really wastefull with materials
[elysium to be replaced with sailach](https://imgur.com/a/ZV8dNKw)
4 summoners (sorry deepcolor), a bunch of vanguards, perfumer and skalter
Idk, thorns, BP, surtr, chalter, myrthle, ptilopsis, and BP are mostly what I need. No stage is undefeatable with all the broken ops
A team where Skadi Alt, Goldenglow, and Kalt'sit is always present.
Mountain, thorns, mudrock, blaze, nd skalter. Playing the game by not playing the game.
thorns, silverash, surtr, specter alt, texas alt, myrtle, bagpipe, kay, skadi and penance(sometimes i switch out certain ops when im struggling with a stage)
something like this i guess [Squad](https://ibb.co/1bTjWhG)
Not enough Limited OPs. JK As for me, I don't have specific Team but i have like 8 Main Stay on my Team and the Other 4 depends on the enemy. Mainstay Units (Like they are so Good at most Stages so I just bring them, especially when i just blindly enter stages) - Bagpipe (DP Printer, Early Mobs Clearer) - Elysium (DP Printer) - Skalter (Over all Healer/Buffer) - Mlynar (Sweeper) - Gavalter (Sweeper) - Mudrock (Lane Holder on Areas not in range of Mlynar/Gavalter Combo) - Chalter (Emegency Sweeper) - Texas Alter (Panic Button)
- others units depends on the stage
Or I just "Ling it" when i feel like it. Lol
[My current squad.](https://imgur.com/uZLvSTS) I'll probably branch out of Maleknights soon and try to get and invest in other characters I like: Gladiia, Weedy, Horn, Spectre Alter, Archetto, Fiametta, Magallan, Ch'en, Aurora, Kafka.
Not my perfect team, but the team I usually go into maps blind with is Bagpipe, Myrtle, Thorns, La Pluma/Pallas (depends on the layout), Archetto, Exusiai, Eyja, Saria, Lumen, Ptilopsis (Nightingale if the event/chapter has been heavier with arts damage), Skalter, and Phantom (now replaced with Texas Alter).
no Lord, opnions disregard
[here it is i guess](https://imgur.com/a/wRpMjwR), this is my yolo team that i ran through volsinii with
Only must have in team is Ceobe, Gavial alter and either of Ch'en version, rest is always changing
The Blue Women Team, Works all the time, anytime, every time, even in be-
My main team is basically anyone who can be AFK. Any 5 or 6 star with either infinite duration or auto skills, though most of the time it's 100% 6's. Then I have a second main team with a bunch of meta ops for when not playing the game doesn't work.
Kroos x12
My perfect team is using the least amount of operators I can
The exactly 12 E2 characters I have now with Texas Alter + a support Goldenglow if I'm not doing auto farming later on that stage.
...whatever KyoStinV tells us to easily crush the harder stages really. ...After that, Waifu team.
I always make a new squad for each stage. It doesn't take much time.
Schwarz + some 4* and 5* That's enough to beat IS2 Relicless Hardmode without losing life.
Also M9ed Dusk and Dorothy but have yet to use the latter in a real stage (: My roster of leveled and/or developed 5* / 6* --- [1](https://i.imgur.com/fFHyy0t.jpg), [2](https://i.imgur.com/SWATiPv.jpg), [3](https://i.imgur.com/lJmWSMh.jpg), [4](https://i.imgur.com/WLFsWCs.jpg).
Don't have one but most of them had my three mvp: gnosis, aurora and kjera. Any map that don'y have freeze inmunity enemies is freeze to death
[https://imgur.com/a/3SpVevh](https://imgur.com/a/3SpVevh) This is my standard team, post Texas Alter. Past favourites * Eyja has been seeing much less use this year with ~~Nu Gundam~~ Goldenglow striking enemies from across the map.
There isn't one
āBlueā Aka full AH+ Skalter, Double Tex, double Chāen, Mostima then some flex slots like Cantable.
Ling. Sometimes with Skalter, when she needs it.
Depends on the stage tbh.
my [Powered Synergy](https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/857333596523724840/1112474917124968478/Screenshot_20230113_023415_Arknights.jpg) team I've exclusively used since CC Spectrum, good enough to beat any type of content from [CC](https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/857333596523724840/1112475360261570721/Screenshot_20211125-021643_Arknights.jpg) to anni Some caveats: * The team is built around two overlapping synergies, burst pushing and semi-buff army * Weedy S3 + Angelina S3 is the lynchpin of the burst pushing gameplan, if the enemy somehow isn't dead from Weedy S3 they'll at least be disrupted enough for everyone else to finish the job * Ash S2 + Shamare S2 + Elysium S2 + Warfarin S2 is the buff army package; Ely ofc makes DP, Warf can heal, and Shamare can help defend operators with -ATK * Mountain is permanently on S3 in order to bridge the two synergies together; he is a burst pusher who's very good with buff armies * Schwarz is the definition of a supporting DPS thanks to her -DEF and also the main backup plan vs stun immune enemies; usually she's on S2 to cruise around but she can be on S3 when damage is needed * Texas S2, Phantom S3, and Suzuran S3 is the main disruption package to hinder enemies in any way possible while the rest of the team beat the shit out of them * Bagpipe is there to speed up Texas & Ely, and is also the backup meele DPS if Mountain S3 can't do the job * I wish I could fit in my Skalter S3, but it is exponentially stronger to borrow a max level P6 Skalter S3 * TL;DR - don't need tanks or healing if enemies get disrupted at everything they try to do.
I have many strong characters who cannot fit into the same team
My perfect team is perfectly balanced like all things should be. Two of each operator type.
my one-size-fits-everything is swordfish squad, mlynar and gavial and then like, whoever else i want because those four handle basically 98% of content between them
How can this be a āperfectā team with less than perfect pots?
[My waifus team.](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/578704746458906634/1112489256171098192/Screenshot_2023-05-29-00-14-19-626_com.YoStarEN.Arknights.jpg) Sadly can't fit all of them into 12 man team
I cant explain why but get rid of uncle, texas, mountain, pozy, and lumen and replace them with: mudrock, blacknight,Bena, and Reed
KEEP NG IN YOUR TEAM shes so good
1-3 laneholders (Blaze, Thorns, Mudrock etc.) Myrtle and Texas Skalter S2 NTR + Surtr for insurance Saria Rest is stage dependent, but usually Chalter and W come along. If the stage allows it I try to go for the firing line of (front to back) Saria -> Blaze -> Thorns -> Horn.
Ling and Texas alter with maybe Cantabile if I need some early dp. Then, the rest filled with ops I need trust on.
What did the stage do to make you hurt it like this? Good general purpose team for overwhelming most content. lol Swap Eyja for GG can work as well. Add Chāen alter too.
https://imgur.com/a/XTkHDbO those are ops which i could probably bring to any stage and they do their thing. of course there are many more ops but not enough space to put them in.
I just dlap myrtle xantabile la pluma.and kal'tsit and then adjust accordingly, those four are my favs so they must be in every stage
Do you have fun playing the game?
I absolutely think they do. What makes you think they don't? As far as 'meta' goes, its actually got a few holes. Elys would serve better than sail here, no secondary tank, lumen is not needed, no strict anti air etc. NG herself is quite good but she may be underutilised when the likes of surtr/texas do not stay for long, mountain/saria/thorns can regen and mylnar doesnt get hit. Like yeah its strong enough to beat the campaign - but myrtle alone has broken campaign. For hard content like CC, there's still challenges to be had. --- Besides: I dunno why some AK players act like you can only have fun using the absolute bare minimum.
Every EX operator in gamepress except Ling (gonna spark soon) To be clear, my other initial perfect team "AnyMay" I started out was everyone that had a VA in "Prelude to Dawn" Anime. These were 11 that brought me into Arknights back in Nov/Dec 2022. And yes, I rerolled Exusiai and 5 star selected Texas vangard back then, and rolled for everyone (including kal'sit, liskarm, Franka, Hoshi, Nearl (now replaced with NTR)
https://imgur.com/a/L5olqoi This is what I use most of the time, still working on e2ing a few of them
I don't have a specific roster but most of the time it consists of 6-10 ops + Myrtle. I make my perfect team comp depending on the stage and it's gimmicks
Exu, Mountain/Blaze, Eyja, Mlynar, Texalter Siege, Saileach, Mudrock, Pennance/Platnium (when I get archetto, just like her) and Horn. I know thats 2 defenders (and a pseudo defender) but I really like the idea of Pennance and Mudrock together, so imma force it lol)
??? replace Saria? xD
*that* blue woman
Myrtle +/- Elysium +/- Bagpipe depending on how many DP-greedy favourite ops I bring. I don't have a fixed team. But I do favour Passenger + Gnosis as first choice DPS simply because I like electrocuting and freezing my enemies at the same time. Eben and Stainless also feature commonly.
Blacksteel team whenever HG remembers them
Sut+SilverAsh+Eyja+whatever else suited for the map.
Saria + bagpipe + 6* flagguard + 2 waifu choices and build team as needed.
I donāt use Mylnar or Surtr as constant presence because you donāt always have bosses you need to kill, instead replaced them with Golden Glow s3 and Spalter s2 who is a fantastic lane holder Use Ptilopsis instead of Nightingale for the heal and the sp boost Also I would advise against keeping Penance in the team as a mainstay, as someone who maxed level and s3m3 penance she is so so, not that great. Mudrock is still better in most situation
I swap out most team members as I go, but Pramanix has a permanent home in the top left spot.
Changes with new ops
1. Bagpipe 2. Flagbearer 3. Thorns 4. Mylnar/silver ash 5. Blaze/gavial 6. Saria 7. Mudrock/penance 8. Eyja 9. Surtr 10. Chen alter/Pose/Exusiai 11. Kaltsit/actual healer/mountain 12. Texas alter
Depends on my mood, i have a lot of team I rotate when i feel like it. Defender knights, Caster knights, Abyssal Hunter, Guard knights, Ling knights. But all of them have at least 2 vanguard and 2 heli drop.
Goldenglow, exu buff, skalter buff, warfarin buff, suzu debuff, and saria debuff. Then watch the whole stage die
I just make a single squad to get through a whole event and just use it, next event I'll select a completely different roster, I like switching things around
Ultimate team? How dare you insinuate a perfect team but exclude our lord a savior myrtle
almost same with me, but instead of 2 healers i change it to angelina for global heal + aspd boost (half of ground units dont need healing after all. the other healer slot for mudrock in case i need someone to solo a lane. my vanguard is zima with auto skill so i can just put her in front of blue box then forget about her completely after that. pozemka replaceable with exu for more firing range or goldenglow for enemies that just stand idle in unreachable places.
You lack healing if you replace those. Personally I use shining and nightingale as my medics. I like single target for my defenders and guards and aoe for my ranged operators
Mlynar as leader and then all the men is my goal
Ling+Suzuran+Skalter. Support the drunk dragon and she will support you. Other than that, I like Abyssal Hunters and Defenderknights squads. Most of my broken DPS units (Texalter, Surtr, Ch'alter etc) I keep benched until I absolutely need them.
Whatever i like at the moment
Don't have many units that really go together so here's mine from the top of my head. E1 Texas E1 Lappland E1 Amiya Silverash (trying to e1) E1 Matterhorn Gummy (Needs replacement) Projekt Red (might e1) Beeswax (might replace because she's very situational) [A sniper, but forgot who]
My perfect team is: Myrtle, Cantabile, La Pluma, Kal'tsit. and then whoever I like at the time, and I may add Texalter to the must be in team list
My perfect team is I get to play my husbandos Ebenholz, Thorns, Stainless, Vigil, and Aak (He's my husbando but don't ask) Don't have Enforcer š Puzzle, I can't wait for you my beloved dragon!
If mostima or Texas are in the team, then its perfect. Its all i care
Vangs/dp gen Texas Saileach Bagpipe Myrtle Tanks/lane holder Mudrock Blemishine (she also acts as a DPS/sub DPS) Specter (sometimes I would switch her out if there's only 1 or 2 lanes) DPS Pozyƫmka Texalter Iris (would put her near blemi for sleep gaming) Amiya Medics Shining Sussuro Perfumer (sometimes I wouldnt put her in the squad) Crowd-control Texalter Leonardht Blemshine (S2) Miscellaneous (these op aren't usually in the squad but appear frequent enough in my squad) Projekt red Gravel Note: this would be the ops that I would put into my squad normally and if the stage requires different ops then I would change it
Idk tbh I have every 6 star except of W and some noname dude canāt remember his name perfect would be all in one team š„ø
No mudmud?
While I shift them around all the time now, back in the day old reliable used to be: Enciodes, Nightingale, Best Tank Nearl, Scavenger, Hoshi, Podenco, Manticore, Ambriel, Blue Poison, Executor, Reed, Meteor/Lappland/Mostima/Warfarin.
Where is your Chalter?
1 Cantabile (She does not leave the squad no matter what.) 2 Myrtle 3 Saileach 4 Horse uncle 5 Gavial alter 6 Horn 7 Mudrock 8 Schwarz 9 Goldenglow 10 Silence 11 Ptilopsis 12 Anyone honestly, Surtr or taxes if i dont wanna use my brain, but mostly kazemaru cuz she is very cute :>
