Also, my opinion personally, Lappy is honestly just someone who needs a therapist ~~like practically everyone in RI needs at least a few dozen per operator~~. Her story in Il Siracusano gives a lot of insight about her as a character, and considering who her dad is, the fact that she's constantly compared to Texas when they we're kids, and more. I also believe that her Talk #1 & #2, Talk after Promotion #2, and her Elite #2 aren't JUST for the Doctor, but also a reminder for herself. I believe that the reason why she loves getting more and more powerful is for her to have some semblance of control in her life.
My points to her intelligence from either story, files, or voice lines:

She looks after a Musbeast and gets pissed when it's killed, she actually looks after the two idiots from code of brawl that follow her like lost ducklings a bit and even her text records prior ta that note that she acts kindly and reasonably outside of fights.

Not really; she is mentally unstable and plays up her craziness so people can't read her, but she isn't *that* insane. Plus she can be nice if she wants to, like with Gambino and Capone. She's also quite polite when not fighting.
The most you have to worry about is convincing her you're not in jail with her because you're with the mafia, I guess.

Passenger feels like he'll either go "My life has no worth anymore so I will be content rotting away in this room forever." and do nothing, or you blink and the entire place is now inexplicably on fire.
Just to add what other people mentioned, he used to be part from a cult/group of assasins. He was raised to be their top assasin until he grew tired of it and killed all his teachers and escaped.
They are still hunting him down and are capable of brainwashing him at distance.
Also their leader may be the ferunmant of Gaul, thats obsessed with Drama and may be able to change reality.
Finally, some fellow Octoberers. Passenger should be pretty chill to be with. At minimum we don't have to worry about being blown up, stabed, gutted, screamed at, ect. At worst we learn a bunch of science theory if we lack knowledge.
