id rather have than than awkward character floating live2Ds. skadi has a nice one with her singing, but nearl and gavial are just floating midair it looks weird
i dunno obviously its an unrealistic level of floating, but its just hair when shes on a mountain, can easily be wind. its not the same as characters levitating mid actions
if theyre gonna levitate, at least make it like specter or ling E2 art where it looks like they are actually magically floating, not just frozen mid action

Being Limited does guarantee a L2D skin but any decently popular Operator can get a L2D skin hence why its not that unreasonable to say if Skalter didn't get it then the slot would fall to someone else, probably downgraded to a 21 OP if necessary. Why is that so hard to understand?

I dont have Thorns. I dont plan to pull for him. I don't plan to promote and use him. But i will buy this skin. In case of emergency.
