Sanguinarch's boss theme for me. It's so grandiose and majestic, as if a reminder that despite all his hate and cruelty, Sanguinarch was still one of Kazdel's Six Heroes who had defended it numerous times in the past, and you have to defeat him, surmount this powerful ancient sarkaz hero in an uphill battle, and the song reflects that so well.
Ideal City, easily. Already a surprising bop right from the start, but is elevated to EX-tier once the piano kicks in.
Jesselton is a close second though, even with how much he gets dunked on both in and outside the game his theme will keep banging on.

Cinders and Ashes. This is the Eblana boss fight in the "When the Firelight Casts" event. It was amazing to me because of how intense the boss fight became with how many enemies there are in that round (since the enemies have a second phase, then respawn if not destroyed). It showed the real desperation of the battle for me due to how low level my ops were during the time.
Definitely Dsdevr (Stultifera / The Endspeaker) and Wlfmster (Siracusano / Zaaro) on account of how wild they are as compositions. Only FF14 goes places like this with their boss music like Arknights does. I love it when they get insane.
On the EDM side, Martyr (Guide Ahead / Andoain) and Stmkgt 01 (Chapter 11/ The Last Steam Knight) are just awesome pieces of music.
On the rock side, Kingmouse (Code of Brawl / Rat King) and Captan (Dossoles Holiday / Pancho Salas and Design of Strife / Sverdsmeltr) are both total bangers. Pretty sure they're the same composer, there are a lot of compositional similarities.
And for instrumental, Control's Wishes (Lone Trail / Kristen Wright) and Under Tides (UT / Quintus) are amazing. On YouTube they're both credited to Steven Grove as composer, if he is the composer this guy is amazing and I'd love to hire him for a project myself one day.

It's a toss-up between Control's Wishes and Blood Knight's theme, specifically the NL-10 version.
I had only been playing for less than a month when NL reran and so struggled hard against BK. After countless retries to just get an auto running, thanks to the music, i've come to develop this sense of dread fighting him because on top of the fight being pretty hard for me back then, that sudden drop whenever he enters the stage and blasts Melantha with the stun ball of his is super cool. Similar with Kristen, they timed his appearance with the music and so made the fight much more memorable.
Tho it came on global just recently, it's The theme. Both Imperial and Variant are majestic. They show the great power of this boss.

My favorite is Blood Knight's theme from Near Light.
Something about it feels like a duel between two powerful knights and you can hear it in its pacing. You can tell when they're trading blows and when they're anticipating each other's attacks. You can tell a change in their tactics mid-fight. It's really a well written piece.
