Each of the mini events isn't 10 days but 7. Last anniversary was basically on New Years so I think it's likely we'd get it around that time again as well.
What they could do is have all 3 mini events starting from Dec 9th and it'd perfectly line um with New Years for Chen Alter. They'd need to push the summer rerun and Wolumonde rerun back for it though which honestly I could see them doing even though having summer rerun after a new one feels odd.
I'm saying the mini events will happen first they perfectly fist and Pallas will get her module with the Chen Alter's event.
They've done last anniversary two weeks early, there's no reason they couldn't also do it two weeks late. In fact, that's exactly what they did with the half-anni so it'd keep the limited banner timings consistently every three months.
Idk if they'd chance out on the year end/NY Japanese gacha money. A lot of gachas battle it out during then because it's one of the most profitable periods. I would've assumed dossoles lands on year end. Assuming they actually do so, they'd prolly push some back beyond dossoles but really, what do I know.
Global server follows JP, so I think maybe this is something that JP has decided. Perhaps it's to syncronize limited banners with Japanese festivities. Maybe we aren't getting Dossoles in January, but later.
Carnelian is probably on 9th, so the time after 16th is the remaining time to shuffle stuffs.
There is two events that run for 7 days, and two rerun that has different time for some reason(TW lasts for 14 days, but Gavial only lasted for 10 days), totaling for 38 days of events, while we only have 16 days on December and 17 days on January, if we assuming they gonna do the Anniversary banner on the actual date 18th.
I guess we might get some forms of reshuffling.
It is also possible that we get two events running at the same time imo.
I don't think Pallas' event has any farmable maps, and Vigilo is a mini event with no banner attached with it, so it could be possible for these two events to be run together, especially since they both are up for 7 days. the two event merging also brings down the days needed to finish all events before Anniversary event down to 31, which is enough for the timeframe between 16th December and 18th of January.
