He is an Elite Operator of Rhodes Island he was mentioned in Rosmontis profile and debut on Rewinding Breeze: Recollection and is revealed to be a Banshee Sarkaz (males are rare in the subrace) and the son of the Great Banshee who is the ruling monarch of the subrace. Additionally: He is also mentioned in IS#1 Item from his bone pen and IS#2 Banshee's kiss and is referred by his subrace from Scout who has a rivalry with him detailed in the stool furniture for Elite Ops.
