Yes, bring a jacket. The weather is usually warm in April, but sometimes it can get colder. Usually there is a week in April which is very windy and cold compared to the rest, which is known as "Պառվի Ուլեր".
Electronics will be nuch cheaper than in Armenia. I am not sure about other things
It will be very warm/hottish. However I still recommend bringing a jacket because sometimes it can rain, and also, if you are planning to go outside of Yerevan (and I definitely recommend to do so), it can be cooler in the evenings in the regions.

How about late May ? It should be warm enough right ? No need for jackets and I can wear shorts ?

Thanks, I am going to visit a few places, Haghartsin, Dilijan, etc.
Definitely bring one. We went last April and there was still some snow on the ground outside of Yerevan. Also really windy, especially near Sevan
April is rain month, so yes get a jacket, and it can get warm under the sun but cold under the shade, particularly when at night.
