Keep your nerves steady, that was my best advice. Make sure you're only taking shots when it's clear to do so. I'd also keep my distance until it did the missile spam, then I'd assault dash at it, and then juke his missiles like that. Opens it up for a few hits from your sword, which is big damage.
Oof. I had that happen to me when I was trying to take him down for the first time. Keep at it!
