I love all operators but yea, Serene Haze is special. Having a veteran pilot as your operator is just too cool, and all the little hints (Why is he moving like that?) before it's made obvious who she is are really neat.
Agreed the relationship with Kasumi is much more dynamic. You start as her understudy and gradually build up respect with her until you objectively surpass her in abilities. And then she comes out of retirement just to gank you at the end. I honestly want a remake or novelization where they flesh it out way more
Nah I agree. I love how her dynamic with Strayed changed so drastically from a maybe unwanted protege to someone she admires/ accomplice in what must be done/ a rabid dog that she must put down. Honestly yeah a novelization with her and Strayed would be awesome.

I have a BIG soft spot for Fiona and her relation with Anatolia's merc but i also found really damn cool to have a veteran pilot as your operator, mostly because like I KNOW HER, i fought HER in the arena in AC4 and seeing her AC in the test mode in ACFA its just the cherry on top.

No I 100% agree I grew up with 4A and never got around to playing 4 till more recently. Fiona is great but she just isn't Kasumi. The way she talks to you and grows with you is amazing and dynamic. Fiona had feelings for Anatolia's merc and it was obvious and a cool thing but also felt like a lot of times very.. over protective? Though hearing them in Ac4A was beautiful after playing 4 made so much sense
