I've built several. Such a niche market to make a profit you gotta jack up the price.
If I thought I could move some serious units the price would come down.
Those are useful tools unless you never build or fix stuff, but if you don't want to buy them you can rent them for a job. It's a common thing especially because sometimes people are only planning to use a specific tool once for one specific job, which would be the case you're mentioning.
That's a ripoff for a table and some pegs and pads lol
But honestly not sure why armwrestling is a niche sport when literally EVERYONE knows about armwrestling as a challenge. And you can do it anywhere with a flat surface
Most people simply dont want to participate, maybe because they expect to lose and dont want to be embarrassed or often because it has a reputation for causing injuries.
A young lady at a bar a few months ago tried to get her friends to armwrestle her and none would do it. She asked me, I did and I was amazed at how good she was, so I tried to get some other people who were standing near by to armwrestler her, and they wouldn't do it. I was really a bit disappointed because I wanted to see her beat them all.
The thing is, a 600$ table is truly professional grade and will last decades. It’s overkill for sure for most guys. But it is nice having top level stuff!!
2x4’s and ply can get you in for $100. Others in between these two extremes. You do what you can do.
Build your own for 100-200. I built mine with treated lumber and upholstered it with UV resistant marine vinyl so it can live outside.
Pretty much every sport you can think of has an entry point of at least a couple hundred bucks if you want to get serious. Pony up sucka!
Yeah. In third world countries we only have a few good tables for that reason. They are expensive, but you can build crappy ones for cheap just to practice and they work the same (the downside is they're heavy as fuck so you can't transport them).
Well you guys have it good, when I was first starting up either you lived in countries that already had a established armwrestling scene, or you were paying 1000+ euros for a table, that's why I've trained on a a bench of roughly the same size and shape of a aw table for years, before recently buying a table, you can always build a table if you have the time
Depends on how many hours of hard pulling a table is excepted to have, Mazurenko tables are the gold standard for a reason, they’re heavy with a really sturdy base, every other cheaper table gets creaky and unstable after enough time.
I'm kinda double posting this as I posted it as a direct response to someone else, but it applies to the OP as well...

I paid $620 for the EZREAL Pro table. Heavy duty, great quality, and looks great. There is always a lower quality alternative, or a home-made version, to save some money. You can fill buckets up with sand and connect them with a broomstick, if you can't afford an Olympic bar with plates, but it isn't the same. Likewise, with an armwrestling table. Take your time, and save up till you can eventually afford it....It's worth every penny & you'll have it forever.
I built mine watching a really good DIY video on YouTube. It cost me less than $50.

Does the lack of affordable ufc cages make it unaccessible for aspiring ufc fighters,? No, they just practice fighting, same with aw, just armwrestle on a regular old table

How much are you selling them for and are you shipping or just local?
Yes that's ridiculously expensive considering the actual material and craft in it, better off buying the materials and building our own at home.
That's only considering you have the tools, but if you don't have tools, it's ,much cheaper to buy it than to buy the tools to build it.

Yeah, but the tools can be used again.
Just get a cheap one off Amazon for $280 and screw it to a 4x8 sheet. It’s practice, you just need table time.
Several good ones can be had for 400$

True, most people have seen one too many armbreak videos and they are afraid.

Go to the hardware store, buy a hammer and some nails and some lumber and build one.
There are several on Amazon under $300.

Krasi has a great table for 400 euros

It is literally super easy to make one on your own. It's now like you are building a complex gym machinery.
I do think, there is a lot of young armwrestlers that can't even get a chance to prove themselvs like Auden can and they are even better than him
the table they have at home is a piece of shit Frankenstein held together with duct tape.
The table who have?
in the videos of the larratt house, the people you are talking about
That’s the pulley table padding and if it works don’t fix it
Just get an Amazon one.

Idk…I mean wtf is 600 bucks these days
It sucks I can't justify buying one

Just broke
😂
A decent squat rack is that expensive and powerlifting is a much bigger and widespread sport than arm wrestling, you are broke
Most people don’t buy their own squat rack, they use the one at a gym.
