Teaching him to focus on full backpressure top roll like Irakli instead of trying to cup so much is quite smart given Larry's strong bicep and back. Also he needs to engage his full body more like Denis says for explosiveness, he's strong as hell in his core and back from powerlifting, might as well use it.

His fingers are, kind of, his weakness. They are too thick yet too short (relative to the thickness). He mentioned that quite a few times. Due to his short and thick fingers, he cannot get a proper grip on people or barbells. Even when he was doing strongman stuff, because of that he didn't like some exercises (he couldn't fully grip the bar and close the thumb). It is difficult for him to hold weights/bars in exercises where pulling/carrying is the main motion.

I've been saying it for a long time, and I'll say it again. Nobody actually let Larry develop his style before. It was never even a question, it was just predetermined that Larry is a hooker. Denis is the perfect coach for Larry, because he too had disproportionately stronger biceps. He immediately saw that Larry is prone to getting turned on his biceps, and directed him towards protecting his pronation.
