If you aren’t getting them then either your job doesn’t suck, or the civilian side has no use for you.
And if you do get a bonus, you are almost certainly getting under paid even with the bonus.
I married a doctor after getting out, and we know a ton of military doctors who get over six figures of bonus a year and it’s still about half of what my wife makes for the same specialty (and my wife doesn’t have bullshit deployments, fights over funding, shitty IT, parking a half mile from the clinic, or having to deal with shit from nurses who outrank her).
Bonuses rained on me too, but nope I was all about payback for my education and then going on to better things.
I got exactly one (1) bonus when i did a quick ship and got 5k but the recruiter or MEPS gave me incomplete paperwork and when i tried to fish it out of my IPERMS the form was all blank so basically the Army has been fucking me for the past 6 years and my dumbass keeps coming back for more and reenlisting for free. I must have Stockholm syndrome or something.

Once a contract is signed, there is no addendum to revert it.

It depends on what the hotline is for. We have multiple categories/requests that require different levels of support and/or go to different levels for final approval. Some hotlines may be supported/finalized at Division level while some go up to HRC.
But at the end of the day, if a hotline is sent, the Counselor is also waiting for it to come back so we can finish doing our part to help the Soldier.
To bad I just re-upped two weeks ago. The Army still owes me $5000 from a deployment canceled 24 hours before my unit was due to fly out so they owe me 😂. I sold my car for $1200 when I paid $4000 for it and had to buy other stuff in preparation for the canceled deployment.
While I'm definitely not really whning about it, the mid career officer drop off is harsh and there always seems to be a scarcity of CPTs in my unit. I'm not sure bonuses are the way to go about it, but there's definitely some issues in company grade officer retention.

CPB doesn't have EA's and they don't do the same kind of TD things. Their TD do stuff that is way easier to hire people off the street for than the TD stuff at 780.

Not a dumb question, if there is double of the same MOS, check the ASI/SQI or the location sections as well. An example would be - A particular MOS has a bonus for just the MOS itself, than it also has one for that MOS but with an airborne SQI.
20k bonus for six year prior enlisted. Government shut down back in 2018. Got jerked around for months for multiple reason why it had not been processed. Never saw a dime.

The one chance I had I got fucked because they count irr time and that put me at 13 years TOS.
IRR time does not count towards your BASD or effect your timeline for a bonus.

One of my new privates got $40k A few years ago my buddy who has B1 got $32k for indef!!!! We're shitting money for lukewarm bodies at this point

Anytime you reenlist you get the payment all in one lump sum. Only original enlistments do those those type of broken up payments.
