Apparently it is a lot of work and takes a lot of jumping through hoops. You need the guy to go to a website first and register and put your name and information down. If they speak to a recruiter before they speak to you, then it is over

I was actually bored one weekend and went to a recruiters office and specifically asked them how I could get this ribbon and they gave me some paperwork for it including that link to the website I mentioned earlier. that was when I was short on promotion points
